No. They are sent to the Graveyard after the chain resolves by the game mechanics' date=' not by an effect, and this only prevents non-destructive ways of removing cards from the field [b']by effects[/b]. It blocks stuff like Compulsory Evacuation Device and in general is designed to reverse Stardust Dragon's influence that makes non-destructive removal more powerful than destruction. Link to comment
