Jecht was getting fed up with this. Their was a thief girl, some dragon dude. Jecht still couldn't from the fog that surrounded them. Jecht stomped his foot on the grounf, lifting a large plate of earth into the sky with his arms and brought it crashing down with such force the mist was blasted away. He looked at Ven and Reina in the creek. "C'mon guys we have to go." He looked at the girl ith his sword drawn. "Leave us in peace, theif. Last chance." Jecht looked to the dragon person. "Who are you?"

She was still in her full demon form. Reina didn't answer. The hawk started to fly at soul trying to scratch him with his claws. He was upset about dropping Reina. Once he got rid of Soul he was going to go after Reina. Reina was still unconscious. Her heart kept racing. The hawk kept trying to attack. He was determined to finish his misson. He wanted to please his boss. Just like he always had before. He was going to be the one to bring her back to him.

Ven held Reina and then glared at the hawk. He grabbed Fenrir and looked at the hawk, sighed and called for it. "Hey you stupid hawk!" he said. "You think you're all that in a bag of chips, but you aren't anything. You are some dumb bird who can't think for himself!" he taunted. He knew that if he taunted the hawk enough, he would come and be in striking range. Then he'd be able to kill him.

THe hawl glared at Ven and flew at him. His claws out. He didn't want to deal with Ven. He was aiming for Reina so he could grab her. If he grabbed Ven then that would be okay. He flew closer to them. His claws out. He was almost there. Reina was nearly in his grasp. He could already see the look on his bosses face when he brings Reina back. A grin appeared on his face. He kept coming closer to Ven and Reina knowing he was going to get them.

Jecht shot several rocks at the bird that was attacking them. He continued to fire, aiming to kill. He'd killed bird like this before. He's taught himself how to hunt. Jecht fired the rocks like he was training with a punching bag. He threw punches to fire off the shots of rocks, them getting a little larger each time. Retarded birds. Demon birds. The only things their useful for is eating them. He thought as he fought.

Ven saw that Jecht kept the hawk distracted. He knew that now was his chance to strike. He jumped and said,"SAY BYE BYE BIRDIE!" Then he slashed the hawk and sent him flying straight into a tree. He smirked and said,"That should've done it." He saw the hawk slowly get up and he said,"You stupid bird..I want you to send a message to your master! Tell him that no matter how many people he sends...they wont be taking Reina. You tell him that Ven Hawk and Jecht said this."

After being attacked by both of them he flew off once without a word. Reina started to wake up. She looked around trying to figure out where she was. SHe saw Ven and Jecht and knew she was still there in the forest. She started to relax some. Reina transformed back to her half-demon form. Her heart was racing. Her head was hurting where she had been hit. She still felt like she was being carried away. Reina sighed knowing that she hadn't been taken once again.

Ven put Fenrir down and looked at Reina. "Reina...are you alright?" he asked with a smile. He smiled to see she looked alright and still alive. He thought about what would happen now, he knew Reina's master would still send people to come after her. But he knew this...as long as he was still alive and breathing, he would protect Reina and get her back to Heartfall.

The young woman's plan to steal the necklase was broken when what appeared to be a hawk started to attack the group, aiming specifically at the cat-girl, and did not raise a finger to help. Watching the man who had tripped over the cat-girl transform into a dragon and then back into a human, all in an attempt to help a person he knew nothing about, she felt a bit . . . intriuged about the situation. Finally the one who had threatened her eariler, the others called him Ven, fought off the hawk enough that it turned tail and ran. With Reina safe on the ground she reverted back to her humanoid form and was addressed by the others.

Acting out of character the young woman walked beside her and stooped down, so that she was hovering a bit over her, before resting a hand on her head. A colling sensation washed over Reina's head where she had been struck, the throbbing pain vanishing as the young woman's hand rubbed it, and once it disappeared she stood back up. Seemingly no longer a threat the young woman gave a smirk before wrapping her fingers around Reina's collar, pulling on it hard to try and snatch it off . . .

Soul looked at the boy and he gave him a slight smile and said "Im Soul Yamuki...i work for the king of Abroh Village."He looked at the girl worried about her wounds and back at the boy."Im the knight he hired to gather swords for his collection."."By the way i have smuggled a couple of the swords from the king."He looked at the two boys and asked "If she can yurn into a cat...what can you two do?"

Ven looked at Soul and said,"I'm just a great swordsman. If there is something else I can do....I haven't figured that out yet." He let his fingers run through his brown spiky hair and said,"So you're a knight from the Abroh Village...I heard many things from that village. All of them good and that not many battles or anything happening in that village. Me..I was born in Heartfall, but I moved with my father to the outskirts of village of Galahad."

As Ven and the knight continued their conversation they seemed to have forgotten the young woman, but that really didn't bother her. She prefered not to be noticed. And since she was going unnoticed she didn't try to hide the fact she was pulling and tugging on Reina's collar to try and snapp it off. Again and again she'd pull, each time breifly choking the cat-girl, and yet was never able to snap it off.

Ven noticed the girl as she tugged on Reina's collar. He grabbed the girl's hand and made her let go of the collar. He let the hand go and said,"Seriously? Have you not been paying attention? The collar won't come off by force!! It has to be taken off by a Shaman...and I really don't think you're a Shaman. So if you don't mind, stop choking Reina."

Jecht wondered how stupid those two were. Reina was getting litterally choke and they just sat there and chatted about themselves. Jecht shot a large piece of earth at the theif that was trying to steal Reina's collar off her neck. The earth was in the shape of an open hand, that matched Jecht's except much larger, and when it got to its target Jecht would close the rock around the girl's body, and subdue her. They could decide what to with her from there.

The rock that Jecht had thrown at the girl missed, due to Ven pushing her back of course, and flew by them without ever being noticed. After that Ven went on explaining that a Shaman had to remove the collar and that he doubted that she was. Scowling, looking more menacing than before, the yougn woman stood right up to Ven and looked down at him; she was almost three inches taller than her, but she made it look like an entire foot, "That collar . . . I want it . . ."

Not wanting to hear this stupid little kid's speech about needing a shaman and what not to remove the collar she waved her hand towards the cat-girl and froze the collar around her neck. Walking over she gave a swift chop to the back of her neck, unintentionally ratteling the young girl a bit, and the collar snapped off without anymore problem. Picking the frozen collar off the ground the young woman gave a satisfied grin, "Guess uncle being a magi was not so bad after all . . ."

THe collar suddenly flew back over to Reina and wrapped back around her neck as if it were never off. Reina stepped back some. SHe couldn't take anymore. She didn't like people fighting over her. She didn't like any of it. Reina started to get mad and water started to circle around her own body. Her eyes started to glow blood red. She was mad and losing control of her powers. The ground shook a little. Reina had had enough. She wasnt something to pull on like an old toy. She wasn't a pet to fight over. She had lost control of her feelings and that made her lose control of her powers.

Jecht looked at Reina and his eyes widened. Okay, protect yourself first. HE thought. He knew Reina had lost control. He knew when someone lost control, that there was no limit to their power and control was just out of the question. Jecht got into a defensive fighting stance, ready to both protect yourself and attack the girl that was hell bent on taking REina's collar straight off her neck. "I would recommend you get behind me." Jecht said to Ven, his eyes darting from Reina to the other girl.

Water flew in every direction. Her mind was full of darkness. Every time she had lost control before she had been stopped cause of the collar but this time seemed different. It seemed like the collar was wanting her to lose control. Reina was trying to take control once again but couldn't. Water just continued to fly around. Soon water wasn't going to be the only thing she was controling. Reina knew that if she didn't take control someone was going to get hurt. And it would be her fault for it.

Soul had overheared ven being yelled at to get behind the other boy he quickly ran into one of the tees and shouted at Ven "Whats happening to her?".He felt the wind circle aroundd the girl and he could feel it going straight through his long dark hair.Soul felt the wind shake the tree and he jumped out of it then ran really far back from the girl.

As the water neared her the young woman would stoop and move aside; completely dodging the water as if it were nothing. Continuing on she could feel that Reina was starting to be able to control something else . . . and that wasn't good. Ignoring the man in front of her she stepped forward, ever dodging the water attacks, or freezing them outright as they neared. In fact she was probably the only person who could get close enough to her without having to worry about any of the water attacks, as they would instantly freeze once they got too close. Now standing in front of Reina she gave a curtious bow, "I . . . am sorry."

Reina heard someone talking to her and the darkness in her mind started to fade. She looked at her and the water started to slow down then vanish. Her ears flattened back and she lowered her head. Reina couldn't believe she had lost control and nearly hurt people. She was really out of hand. She felt so embarassed. She started to back away then ran off. She hoped no one was following her. Reina started to cry as she ran. She nearly hurt the people trying to help her and now they knew she couldn't control her powers. She didn't want anyone getting hurt so she ran as fast as she could away instead of faceing her problems. She had always ran away cause that was what she had been taught to do by her master.

As Reina ran away the young woman watched, not sure what to do. The prospect of someone crying for, what she assumed, was a dumb reason was beyond her. Watching her leave she decided that, once again out of character, to give chase. Following she watched as Reina continued to flee. Managing to get ahead of her she dropped down, allowing the cat-girl to slam into her. Looking down at her she held out her hand, "Come . . . your . . . friends are waiting . . ."

Reina stared up at her. She couldn't understand why she was doing what she did. First she had tried to take her collar. Now she is helping her. Reina was confused. Were they mad at her for what happened? Were they mad for her leaving? Slowly Reina took her hand. She stopped her tears from falling. Was it right for her to run? Or should she stay and take what had happened? What if someone had been hurt and she just ran off? Reina kept beating herself up more in her mind for what happened. She felt so stupid.

"Reina.." Ven said walking from behind Jecht. He watched Reina run away and sighed. He shook his head and said,"So now shes gone..." He walked over to the stream and picked up a stone and skipped it across the water's surface. I could understand why she lost control....but now that she ran away..I guess I should just go back home. he thought to himself.

Not saying a word, instead lightly tapping Reina on the head, the young woman took her hand and began to lead her back to the group. She didn't really care much about the girl or her friends, but something in her heart was telling her to take this girl back. After a couple minutes of walking she broke through the thicket of bushes and showed everyone that she had brought her back. While the Reina stood there, her tail wrapped around her leg, the young woman stepped forward to face Ven. With not even a smile she sidestepped and pointed at Reina, "I . . . brought her . . . back."
