II DEFiiNED II
I make a cool looking background in GIMP with brushes that I downloaded, and when I saved it, and tried to open it on Photoscape, it didn't show up because the file type is .xcf Is there a way that I can make it .png on GIMP 2? Kizzi
Yes, and it's incredibly easy.Open the .xcf file in GIMP then "Save As".If it has .xcf after the file name, delete it. If it doesn't, skip this step. Then, after the file name, just type .png.
ITI3L33
I do not know anything about GIMP but I think you have to save it as a different kind of file.
