Yu-Gi-Oh! The Nirvana Project [OoC Thread/Started/Accepting]

After realizing that they could make a lot of money out of it, Kaiba Corp decided to reprograming the Virtual Reality Pods that Seto Kaiba created years ago. They totally redesigned the game. It now takes place on a tropic island with an ancient looking city thrown in. This city is called Shambhala and the game is driven by three AIs named VISHNU, BRAHMA and SHIVA.

 

They called the game The Nirvana Project.

 

After several tweaks and debugs they invited two dozens of duelists to a beta test. When the players were comfortably placed inside their pods, Kaiba Corp realized their mistake. They had, somehow, made the AI way too complicated, and the AIs achieved their own wills and minds. Their minds was not good.

 

They locked the players inside the game as hostages. What their goals are is currently unknown, but one thing is for certain; something has to be done.[/align]

Age: Unknown, but appears to be 20.

Gender: Female

Faction: Duelists

Appearance: A young woman with long, flowing silver hair, a form-fitting, silver bodysuit, and the same outfit that her ace card, Clown Princess, has on, but silver, black, and purple. Her face is porcelain-white, with the same facepaint design as Clown Princess, but hers is silver and she has a small red clown nose.

Personality: Pandora is calm and collected, yet curious about this virtual game, considering that she has never played a video game before.

Biography: Pandora is the daughter of Itsu Solace, Damian Atlas, and Protheus (Don't ask. It's a long story.) and grew up not knowing what video games are, or dueling, for that matter, until necessity required her to learn, and learn fast. She eventually met another interdimensional traveler named Banashime, who was the Clown Princess, the leader of several hundred human-Duel Monster hybrids, including the elite Clown Warriors, and inherited the title after Banashime was defeated. Now the Clown Princess, and separated from her mother, she is wandering around the Duel Monsters multiverse looking for her true home.

Now close to home, Pandora became interested in the trial run, and, with the help of her Clown Warriors, she has managed to digitize her entourage as well, allowing them to come into the game with her. She thinks she is ready for anything that comes her way, but she has no idea how different the virtual world is.

This card can only be Synchro Summoned while "Toon World" is on your side the field. This card cannot attack in the turn that it is Synchro Summoned. Unless you pay 500 Life Points, this monster cannot attack. When "Toon World" on the field is destroyed, this card is also destroyed. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Gender: Appears Male

Faction: Duelists

Appearance: Ozono appears as a male at the age around twenty, with shoulder length, black hair and icy blue eyes. His clothing consists of a white tuxedo and a pair of glasses. However, when the "Virus-Side" of him takes control his color scheme get's reverted, with his hair turning white, his eyes turning red and his tuxedo turns black. Also, his glasses turns into sunglasses.

Personality: As an AI created to defend the players from the three sinsiter AIs, Ozone was given a friendly personality with an ability of exceptional leadership. He cares for the players and will do anything to prevent them from coming of harm, but the Virus inside him is not as co-operative, and tends to do as it wants.

Biography: Ozone is an AI created after that the three AIs took control of Shanbhala, and he was sent into the game to defend any players that might come to harm by the AIs reign. Ozone is in fact a reprogramed virus, and this gives him some perks like exceptional infiltrating skills and the ability to slowly destroy data, but it may also unlock a more malicious part of his personality.

Appearance: A tall woman with neatly arranged red hair. Her eyes are a pleasant blue, and she has a scar just beneath her right eye. She wears a formal turquoise blouse and black pants.

Personality: Destiny is soft spoken, even while angry, and her voice has a firmness that often snags someone's attention. She views herself as an elegant and formal speaker and tries to be a diplomat in all circumstances that allow it. She becomes harsher when people refuse to listen but keeps a cool head at all times, often reprimanding others for acting rashly or losing their temper.

Also, if anyone wants to apply as one of the three AIs, that's okay. For the time being I will control them. There's no limit to have many characters you can have, but you can only control one of the AIs.

Nura has white hair and black eyes and slightly tan skin giving him an ire feel, he has a personality that draws people to him and it shows on his face. Nura was wearing his school uniform when he entered the simulator and still wears it.
