*Another of my video game polls* Hardest Level

You know the rules:

 

first 20 people to post a level and give an in-depth description as to why it is so hard (you can even use a video to describe it).

Is it ok if I add the suggestion of Labyrinth Zone? To everyone who has played Sonic 1, you should know what I am talking about. To those who don't know, here is how come it is difficult:

 

1. Most of the level takes place underwater (and you know if you stay underwater long enough, you die).

2. Too many tricky jumps to make.

3. The end zone boss is a lie.

Damn. I was going to say Labirynth Zone D:

 

I say Onimusha: Dawn of Dreams Sawayama Castle and Ouskirts level.

If your doing it in a first time play, expect to die a lot. When you start off, you get soki and Ohatsu, but you end up getting jumped by random enemies and a moving cannon. If your lucky, you can get out of there without a scratch. however, you have to face a giant crab spider thing which spits out more enemies and can jump to damage you and get away from you. Mixed with his high health, you have to use both of your characters to beat him and the other enemies before they kill you. Then your near the castle and you get jumped by archers and enemies that can dig into the ground and stop you from getting to them. As your in the castle, you have to use both of them to open the puzzles, which is hard to do because some of the puzzles are in another room and when you walk into another room, your partner follows and you have to restart the puzzle all over again. Not only that, you get enemies that don't flinch when you attack them, because they have two layers of armor and they can take out a chunk of your health with their clubs. Also, when they die, you have to get away from them, because they explode when they disapear. After that, you have to open the elevator, which is hard to do because of the contant puzzle catastrophe when you have to access both puzzles in different rooms. When you do, you fight a boss, Numemori Yagyu, who is honestly cheap (but my favorite villain). every time you take him down and get too close to him, he throws sand at your eyes to stun you so he can take out even more bits of your health. When he's halfway down from his health, he activates his ability, his red eye glows, he can now teleport and is faster, not to mention that he heals almost all of his health. You can't use Oni Magic over level 1 while he's standing because he can jump over you and cut you, not only knocking you over, but taking out almost 25% of your health. After you beat him, you get a useless item, A jewel that opens a chest next to the door, which the treasure inside is a Level 1 Oni Medicine (which barely helps against enemies later in the game)

 

 

 

I missed some things. But, I couldn't really explain them.

The Path of Hades in God of War 1.

 

 

It was literal platform hell.

 

 

Also: GOD DAMN MOTHERFUCKING SPIKE TOWERS!

 

You climb one, which takes forever, and then your reward is....another, more difficult one that is 2.5 times as tall.

 

 

When I replayed this and actually got both towers on my first try, I half expected "Don't Stop Believing" to start playing midway through the last tower.
