Theme of Deck: Utilizing the various card effects the deck offers, summon Reptilianne Vaskii and Synchros and control the field whilst beating down.

Playbook: Each card serves its own unique purpose in the deck. Dandylion, Spawn, and Ojama Trio all create Tokens to Tribute for Vaskii/Medusa. Gardna and Oshaleon search almost the entire monster line-up. Medusa is there as a beater and as a quick way to drop a monster to 0. Naga is one of the key cards, being a wall that sets up for Viper and Vaskii. Scylla is a beatstick, Viper is a Brain Control in a Tuner, and Ryko is decent tech all around. The Spell and Trap line-up is mostly used to take advantage of the monsters low stats, aside from standard staples. Offerings is basic destruction, while Limit Reverse once again revives a good portion of the deck. Recurring Nightmare returns Vaskii to the hand, getting her out of the Graveyard while working around the Nomi clause. Creature Swap is excellent tech for your 0 ATK monsters like Naga and Gardna that can be an easy target in attack position.
Stars: 6

Name of Deck (Optional) : ZOMBONIES

Theme of Deck: Zombies

Playbook:

The idea is to play this build at a controlled pace and not overextend. With Mezuki and Burial limited to 1, this is crucial. However, that doesn't mean you can't make aggressive plays, but more on them later. Your standard opening is to set Turtle or Goblin; I have Turtle at 3 to add consistency, and they are also an excellent defence against the more aggressive decks like Sabers. You basically just search whatever fits the situation. If you have Mezuki in hand, search Zombie Master. If you have Plague in hand, get Goblin to board with turtle, etc. Note that if you're holding Trag then you should usually summon Goblin and not set it, for obvious reasons.

Book of Life is at 3 to compensate for Burial and Mezuki at 1, but they work very well. Bringing back Turtle is important; you keep doing that and baiting them into attacking until you have a decent set up. They are also great for dropping Caius, another thing you can use to slowly beat down your opponent and remove threats with ease. Most spells explain themselves but E-Con is just some tech that works very well with Goblin Zombie.

Now, before going in for the kill, make sure you have everything set up the way you need it. The idea of playing at a controlled pace as I said earlier is so that you can use Turtle and Goblin to get everything in place. Dust Tornadoes should help to make lighter work of their back row before you do this. Then, it's pretty much down to situation/common sense. If you have a massive hand, go for Brio and pitch your Mezuki, Necro and such. If everything's set up in grave, make Revived King once because you can use him later to go for some lv8s. If you have RftDD set, this is even better because you can bring back Mezuki and Plague, sync them for something and THEN have them both back in the grave where you need them.

There's probably more I can say but I trust you're intelligent enough to figure the rest out for yourselves. Please judge the deck for what it is and not what it's not (coughmetacough)

Name: Traps in the Coliseum

Theme of Deck: Gladiator Beasts

Playbook: Basically this is a Gladiator Beast deck that relies on the high number of traps that it is permissible to run this format thanks to the invention of starlight road. The monster line up has forgone test tiger, which I find to breed inconsistent draws, and so instead monsters with high ATK like TKRO and Laquari are maxed to make it simple to run over opponents monsters. 3x Book of Moon assists in this task, and proving ground is maxed to either pull out Laquari to run over something with >1800 ATK, or pull out Bestiari for an instant gyzarus since this deck can almost always keep a monster on the field. The trap lineup is all control, of course the Chariot Loop makes an appearance (And one Samnite mained actually works well for searching it, especially as running over recruiters is a + with him, and they tend to have lower ATK and DEF). Starlight Road permits this kind of excess, and if someone uses decree, which is uncommon, I can simply summon Bestiari to destroy it without fear, now that they've locked all their possible responses to me doing so. Bestiari itself can be destroyed and I won't care, as this deck only uses Gyzarus when a good situation presents itself and isn't actively pursued, instead grinding the opponent down with beatdown and blocking any counteractions with the toolbox of traps it has.
Name: Dark Armed Duelist

Stars: 5

Name of Deck (Optional): Personal Tech Zombies

Theme of Deck: General Zombies with the current banlist with a few tech choices of me thrown into it.

Playbook:

It's very easy really to play with really;

Mystic Tomatos are used for thinning the deck you want.

Caius and Dark Armed are there for control.

Deep Sea Diva are used for easy Synchro (obvious)

etc. It's pretty standard really.

The tech choices I made however are a bit unusual from other Zombie decks.

I'm not running Sangan because most targets are searchable by Pyramid Turtle and Mystic Tomato, and swams the field as well so I can easily use the monster from Synchro Summoning and Tribute Summoning, making Sangan a bit slow for my taste in this deck. Plus, the 2nd Sangan gives me easier acces to the Zombie Synchros.

D-Hero Malicious is very easy to dump in this deck, as Zombies are known to dump Zombies into graveyard easily and use them with to ditch D-Hero Malicious into the Grave with, for example, Zombie Master and Foolish Burial. I'm calling it a tech choice, since everybody stopped running it after the limitation of Destiny Draw.

Dark Grepher is my favourite Tech choice in this than Arma Knight, because it effect is greatly superior in this. Ditching Malicious is incredible easy with this guy, since the opponent cannot stop the discard effect of both his Special Summon condition and the cost of its effect. Special Summoning Dark Grepher makes it rather an excellent Tribute/Synchro fodder and can even lure out bottomless, plus Grepher gives me another option other than Foolish Burial to ditch Malicious or other Zombies from the deck to the grave other than Foolish Burial.

Maxed out Book of Life due the invention of Synchro Summoning and the format being grave heavier than ever, it became incredible easy to use this. It's barely a dead draw anymore.

PWWB is in this over Lightning Vortex, since it gives me another option to ditch Zombies and D-Hero Malicious and people are starting to Side or even main My Bodies and Starlight Road.

Playbook: Use Emergency Teleport to summon the Psychic Tuners, Synchro Summon, and beat down the opponent. Alternatively, summon Dark Armed Dragon and use it's effect to clear the field and attack. Theme of Deck: Twilight Merchant Turbo

Playbook:

Magical Merchant: Because of the large amount of monsters in the deck, whos effects may best be fit and used from/for the graveyard, this card is a great way of quickly doing so.

Phantom of Chaos: Simple enough. Gain effect of monster from my grave. use with norleras, dark creator, etc.

Treeborn: Wall if in a pinch. Tribute fodder if needed

Lightsworns are used for more speed and swarmation of the deck, aswell as being the LIGHT aspect of the deck.

The Dark Creator: Easily Summoned, Special Summon Various Monsters, like Superbia, who wold then summon ANOTHER Fairy from the grave.

Jinzo: Dark for The Dark Creator. Since i dont run traps in the build, this will stop any traps being used altogether.

Darklord Edeh Arae: Dark. Target for Superbia. Peircing Damage.

" Zerato: Beater. Raigeki.

Norleras: Nuke, used by means of Phantom of Chaos

All other cards should be self-explainable

Basically: Easy sending cards to the Grave. Easy Swarm. Opponent will/might be blocked from Traps. Battle would be simple because of high average attack of my monsters.

1 Ancient Fairy
Name: Judgment Dragon (obviously)

Stars: 6

Name of Deck (Optional) : DemiseTown

Theme of Deck: Demise OTK (Geartown variant)

Playbook: Basically the win condition is to drop Demise, nuke the field and using Geartown, summon Gadjiltron Dragon and Megamorph it, use Swing of Memories to revive a BEWD after nuking with Demise and bringing out AGGD or use Swing of Memories to revive a dumped BEWD and Megamorph it and attack for game. Advanced Ritual Art is usually the preferred way of getting Demise out although End of the World also has to be in here since ARA is Limited and it does still summon Demise. Demise and the Rituals can be searched via Manju of the Ten-Thousand Hands and Megamorph is searchable via Hidden Armory. Trade-In also helps deal with potential dead draws like redundant copies of Gadjiltron Dragon or BEWD and the Rykos are there to sort of speed the Deck up while providing removal. The Extra Deck looks like it isn't needed but there is honestly no excuse to not have one. It is basically your general generic Extra Deck with generic Synchros and Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. Solemn Judgment also looks like an odd choice in a Deck like this but it deals with a lot of stuff that could stop the OTK.

Name of Deck (Optional) : Bouncy RFGing

Theme of Deck: It's a bounce Deck with the ability to RFG monsters

Playbook: This Deck is round built, so every card matters. The idea is to use Degenerate Circuit along with the other bounce effects to RFG your opponent's monsters, making a simple compulsory evac device turn into a dimensional prison you can activate anytime.

Your build:

Monsters (20):

3x Guardian Sphinx

3x Penguin Soldier

3x Nightmare Penguin

3x Hyper Hammerhead

3x Mist Valley Soldier

2x Krebons

3x Golem Sentry
SpinnyChairOfDoom's Entry.[/s]]Name: SpinnyChairOfDoom/Chair/SCoD/Oleon's best buddy.

Stars: 5

Name of Deck (Optional): Frosty the Snowman Eater

Theme of Deck: Summon Ab0, swarm with beaters, negate.

Playbook: Obvious sh!t:

Stratos adds Neos Alius. Both are Heroes to summon Ab0. Crusader adds to the Gemini Portion of the deck and is a beatstick. Rai-Oh is a beatstick and negates. Honest is Crusader, CyDra, Neos Alius, and Rai-Oh's best buddy. Neos Alius is a beater and summons Ab0. Gorz wins games. CyDra is a free beater, and can be used against Machine decks to summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon. Spark destroys and draws. Miracle summons Ab0. Brain steals their monster to attack or synchro or whatever. Heavy destroys. MST destroys. RotA adds Neos Alius and Stratos to hand. D prison ruins stardust. Solemn negates. Mirror force destroys. TT destroys. Counter negates. Starlight negates, destroys, and Stardusts. Cylinder negates the attack, just like Mirror and D prison. But instead of removing/destroying the monster, it inflicts damage. Wins games often. Skill Drain slows down the game and doesn't affect ANYTHING you control except for Ab0's little ATK-gaining effect and Chimeratech, but who plays Ab0 for that reason, anyway? (the CPU's on WC games) Synchros are obvious. Chimeratech is obvious.

Snowman Eater Build is a negate and destroy the sh!t out of everything deck. You anti-meta them to pieces and then you summon beaters and beater them to death before you summon Ab0 for game. Dust Tornado stops Launcher and other cards.

Lancer Build is more focused on the Gemini Attribute of the deck and uses more counter and spark instead of Dust Tornadoes because they can be played more consistently.

Your build:

Lancer and Snowman versions included because I'm indecisive.

Deck(40):

Monsters(18 ):

3| Crusader of Endymion

3| Elemental Hero Neos Alius

3| Thunder King Rai-Oh

3| Snowman Eater/Gemini Lancer

1| Mirror Force

1| Torrential Tribute

1| Gemini Counter

1| Starlight Road

2| Dust Tornado/2nd Counter and 3rd Spark if Lancer is played.

11| Generic including at least 2 Stardusts.
Name: Manjoume Thunder

Stars: 6

Name of Deck (Optional) : Gadgets ...

Theme of Deck: 5th Gadget

Playbook (I am soo bad at doing those ): The Gadgets generate advantage and the 1-4-1 spells and traps simplify the game. Running 9 Gadgets makes you draw into multiple Gadgets hands more often BUT unlike a 6-Gadget variant it does not mean "GG!". Some -1 Traps are included due to their higher utility and the fact that Gadgets make up for the lost advantage. Break is worse than Dust for destroying Launcher and worse than Dimensional Prison for getting rid of monsters, but can do both things. The cost is not a problem, because I often draw surplus Gadgets. Horn of Heaven is a great counter to cards like Jinzo and LADD who might cause problems. It also stops Monarchs, Hyunleys, Boggarts, etc ... The Gadgets are used to play the cost. Dark Bribe does give the opponent an extra card, but negating a Cold Wave or a Launcher can save you the game. Royal Oppression stuns most decks and pays for itself at activation. TKRO and Banisher are used to counter popular decks like Infernity, X-Saber and Herald.

Your build:

15

3x Red Gadget

3x Yellow Gadget

3x Green Gadget

3x Banisher of Radiance

3x Thunder king Rai-Oh

11

3x Fissure

3x Smashing Ground

3x Book of Moon

1x Lightning Vortex

1x Mystical Space Typhoon

Deck Theme: TeleDAD

Playbook: Use Emergency Teleport to summon the Psychic Tuners, Synchro Summon, and beat down the opponent. Alternatively, summon Dark Armed Dragon and use it's effect to clear the field and attack. Destiny Draw, Allure of Darkness, Ryko, and Charge thin the deck. Avarice recovers monsters and can help fulfill Dark Armed Dragon's summoning condition. Gold Sarcophagus can search out any card. Caius is generic card removal. The Destiny Heroes provide a draw engine. Everything else is basically staples.

Name: Dark Armed Duelist

Stars: 5

Name of Deck (Optional): Personal Tech Zombies

Theme of Deck: General Zombies with the current banlist with a few tech choices of me thrown into it.

Playbook:

It's very easy really to play with really;

Name: GenzoTheHarpist

Stars: 5

Everyone is accepted, except for championduelist, for a reason, and THe ReBeL for what I stated before.

Because, Kyosuke Kiryu is banned, so therefore cannot enter anything. ^^

Basically - stop pretending to be him.

Now, I've scanned over the Judge Forms thoroughly - and I've decided to pick a few people, with limited spaces.

I will only pick one of you for the time being and will select my other final Judge of the three later. I'm a Judge, but not included as the three. The three people chosen have more of a role in this than I do, I will simply be background testing and such. The three Judges will be hands-on and selecting which Decks to go forward for testing, and which would be a waste of time and such so on.

For now, I urge you Klavier to go into deeper depth about the Regionals, basing onto what you had done there.

Also - one final thing to Cypress.

There is no Deadline for a long time - the process will probably be long. :/

Name: Akira

EDIT: What do I have to lose?

Name: Bringerofcake

Stars: 5

Your build:

2x Ryko, Lightsworn Hunter
