Dark Demons Contest (CLOSE. Results posted on page 2)

If you go to the fanfiction section, you'll notice I'm getting one started called Yu-Gi-Oh GX : The Next Generation. The main villain is going to use a new archtype I'm creating called the Dark Demons.

 

So, this contest is to have you all make some of these cards.

2. All cards must be a Dark Demons card

3. All cards must center around removal.

Make one or more of the following cards, and/or create your own to add to the set.

6. The Dark Abyss (Field Spell)

The effects must center around removal, as to be used with cards like Macro Cosmos and such. You chose the level and attack/defense.

[spoiler=[b]Lore:[/b]]You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing 2 Level 4 or higher DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, select 1 monster in either player's Graveyard. During this turn, if this card battles, remove the selected monster and increase the ATK of this card by 500 points until the End Phase. If this monster is changed to face-up Defense Position, it cannot change its battle position while it remains on the field.

FLIP: If this card was flipped because it was attack by a WIND attribute monster the monster that attack this card is removed from play.

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card cannot be special summoned except by discarding the top 3 cards from the top of your deck and removing them from play. When summoned by this effect you may perform one of the following tasks.

- Remove your opponent's hand from play

- Remove one monster on your opponent's side of the field from play. Inflict damage to your opponent's life points equal to the discarded card's attack.

When this card is sent to the graveyard as a result of battle, remove from play the monster that destroyed this card.

Remove two monster cards in your graveyard from play. You may then search your deck for a monster with "Dark Demons" in the card's name and special summon it to your side of the field in face up attack position.

These are some other cards i made for the heck of it that i thought would work with your set:

When this card is summoned remove all monsters in your graveyard from play. Increase you life points by the amount of removed monsters x500.

This card cannot be normal summoned. This card cannot be special summoned except by the effects of "Dark Demons Unleashed". When summoned remove from play two cards on your opponent's side of the field.

You can only active this card when your opponent attack a monster card with "Dark Demons" in the card's name on your side of the field. Negate the attack. Your opponent then must remove from play 3 cards from his/her hand. If he/she cannot do so, you can select 1 monster on your opponent's side of the field and remove it from play.

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]

This card can only be played by removing from play 1 spell or trap card on your side of the field. This card increases all Fiend-type monsters attack and defense points by 250. If the monster has "Dark Demons" in the card's name increase its attack and defense points by an additional 500 points.

You can only play this card when you have a "Dark Demons Beast" on the field. Remove a "Dark Demons Beast" on your side of the field from play. Special summon 1 "Dark Demons Savage" from your hand or deck to the field in face-up attack position.

This card cannot be destroyed in battle. Once per turn, during your standby phase remove from play one monster card from your hand. If you cannot do this, this card is removed from play. After you remove 5 monster cards from play using this effect, destroy this card. Inflict damage to your opponent's life points equal to the amount of stars on the 5 monsters you removed from play x250.

Once per turn you can remove from play on monster on your side of the field to infilict 1000 points of damage to your opponent's life points. If you use this effect this monster cannot attack this turn.

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]

When this card is tribute summoned, flip a coin. If heads, remove from play all the cards in your opponent's hand. If tails, remove from play all the cards in your own hand. Once per turn you can discard 3 cards from your hand, if you do so this card can attack directly until the end phase of the turn you used this effect.

[spoiler=Lore]

Remove from play all monster cards on the field with "Dark Demons" in the card's name. Then inflict 750 points of direct damage for each monster you removed from play.

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]

This monster's attack points are equal to the amount of cards removed from play x250.

 

 

[spoiler=Lore]

As long as this card is in face-up attack position all DARK attribute monsters gain 500 attack points. If this monster is destroyed as a result of battle you can increase the attack points of one face-up DARK monster on your side of the field for 2 turns.

"Dark Demons Rookie" + "Dark Demons Trainer"

This card cannot be special summoned except by fusion summoning. As long as you have enough spaces on your monster zone you can remove from play 2 monster cards to special summon 1 "Dark Demons Rookie" and 1 "Dark Demons Trainer" in face-up attack mode on your side of the field. The monsters you special summoned this way cannot be used in a fusion.

As long as this card is on the field you can remove from play 2 cards in your hand to fusion summon a DARK attribute fusion monster.

LORE:1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more DARK non-Tuner monsters

This card gains 300 ATK and DEF for each of your removed from play cards. When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points to have this card removed from play instead. While this card is removed from play, any cards sent to the to the Graveyard is removed from play instead.

 

 

[spoiler=Dark Demons Knight]

LORE: When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points to have this card removed from play instead. While this card is removed from play, increase the ATK of "Dark Demons" monsters you control by 200.

 

 

[spoiler=Dark Demons Beast]

LORE: When this card is sent from the field to the graveyard, you can pay 800 Life Points to have this card removed from play instead. While this card is removed from play, "Dark Demons" monsters gain the following effect: When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, discard 1 card randomly from your opponent's hand.

LORE: Activate only if you have 3 or more "Dark Demons" removed from play. Your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters. This card is sent to the Graveyard during your 3rd End Phase after activation.

Quick question. Can I summit "Dark Demons Unleashed" as "Dark Demons Evolution"? They do the same basic thing if you consider using "Dark Demons Savage"

As to questions asked before...

 

1. It is not too late to join. You can join and post your submissions at any point up until July 12th.

 

2. You can submit any card from the list I have provided, or any card you come up with yourself. I will most likely use the majority of these cards in my fanfic, and the best one will be rewarded.

 

3. To post your pics of card correctly, save the image to photobucket or another file sharing site and copy the direct link coding onto a post.

 

4. The contest as of now will run until Monday July 12th, but may be extended if the need arises.
