If he's in Sky Form, then Shaymin would win. If it was regular Shaymin, Celebi wins.

I hope to god you mean Shaymin Land Forme versus Celebi, because otherwise you are pitting an Uber against a not-very-used OU. :/

 

Shaymin-Land versus Celebi, eh? That's an iffy situation. I'd say a tie, tbqh.

 

Shaymin can run SubSeed and Specs, Celebi can run Cleric sets and iirc even CM. It's really a toss-up here, because Shaymin has Air Slash to dispose of physically defensive Celebi, but Celebi has CM and Recover to do stuff.

 

It's very interesting, because both are Grass-types (with Celebi having a sub Psychic), have BSTs of 600, and have Natural Cure. I'd honestly have to say it is a tie, but I see myself using Shaymin more often than Celebi.

Okay I'm going by stuff I saw on You Tube, when I was watching Pokemon Battle Revolution.

 

Celebi - Psychic is pretty powerful. And Celebi is pretty cool

 

Shaymin - A Hedgehog? Seriously. I hear that it is rare Pokemon? Right. Seed Flare is pretty powerful at level 50.

 

I think they'd both KO each other tbqh.
