Daichi couldn't stop laughing as he saw Gaogamon run around in circles. "That's grate. Now we just have to figure out a way for you and Lucemon to digivolve in to ultimate. That's the only way that we will be able to beat EBEmon." Daichi sat on a chair and started thinking. "We have no way of knowing how well the VB Enchant will work on a mega, or for that matter, if it will work at all." Suddenly Daichi had an idea. "Draeg, could i see that metal piece again?"

"Uh ok" Said Draeg as he neared the VB Enchant to Daichi, he looked again at Gao, fully grown, "Damn, they grow so fast..." said Draeg in a lower tone so Gao wouldnt hear, "Well, Daichi, about Ultimate... the other day I heard about a item that forces digivolution, its only one use and costs a lot, but would make a Ultimate or even a Mega if used.." Said draeg a bit inspirated, "But the only way for us to get it is to steal it from the shop, I mean, now with a big bad Gaogamon, we could make it easy"

"Three things." Daichi said. "First" He held up one finger "Forcing your digimon to digivolve is a bad idea. It's like forcing a child to become an adult overnight. They wont be able to control themselves." Daichi then held up a second finger. "Second. Having Gaogamon in champion level will only drain your energy, I suggest he turns back in to a rookie. I know from experience, if he runs out of energy he'll turn in to his baby form.... or worse." Daichi stood up and tossed the VB Enchant back to Draeg. "Third. I think we might be able to use that to digivolve Gaogamon again. I think that it can not only drain energy, but amplify it as well. If my theory is correct, then we might be able to fight EBEmon sooner than we thought."

"Use the energy of an item to digivolve? Dude, gimme of that weed becouse you are turning crazy!" Said Draeg, that was a common expression from were he was born in human world, he looked back at his Gaogamon, "Just one detail before I make Gao back to a common Gaogamon... I dont know how" Said Draeg as smiled, at that moment his eyes rolled back at Gaogamon, "I dont want to be a Gaomon again!" Growled at Daichi, "Dont you dare"

"Fine, stay the way you are. But don't come crying to me when you turn into a digiegg after using up all of your energy." Daichi walked to his room. "It's getting late, I'm gonna hit the hay." He walked in to his room. "You guys might wanna rest up too. Were gonna need all the energy we can get if we're gonna fight EBEmon. Especially you Gaogamon, your gonna need more than twice the energy if you're gonna stay like that." He stopped for a second. "If you want to turn back, all you have to do is want to do it. No concentrating, no imagination. Just want."

Gao sighed, "I dont want to be a weakling puppy, nevermore... " he said as looking onto the ground, Draeg huggedhe again as the same as before, "Better to keep you as a cute puppy than as a big bad wolf, that way would be easier for me to hug you..." Said Draeg, he didnt liked the way that guy acted with Gao, all that Draeg wanted was to keep he happy... "And thats true, night is calling, Gao, we need to o to sleep.. If you go back on your original form..." Draeg thinked fast, "... can sleep tonight at my bed" Said Draeg, Gao always liked to sleep at the bed of Draeg, since they met Gao asked to sleep with Draeg, low times he made it...

"Really?!" exclamated the wolf

"Yup" Said Draeg... at the moment the light beam appeared and a cute and small Gaomon appeared,

"Good night!!" Both Draeg and Gao shouted at Daichi...

During the night, two figures were walking down the path. One of the figures was a sixteen year-old boy named Saskuto Uchigya. The second figure, was his digimon partner, Veemon.

 

Veemon looked at Saskuto, who looked like he had alot on his mind, and asked,"Saskuto..are you alright? Whats wrong?"

 

"Huh? Oh..yeah I'm alright." Saskuto said with a sigh. He was thinking of his other digimon partner, Wormon. "I miss him, Veemon." he said.

 

Veemon nodded. "I am too...but at least we have each other." he said with a smile. "We just need to find a few more people with partners like me and we'll be fine."

 

"Yeah...you're right Veemon." Saskuto said smiling at Veemon.

Gao didnt felt asleep, Draeg did it almost before reaching the bed... "I've gotta clear my mind..." Said in lower tone Gao to dont wake up Draeg, Gao stood up from the bed, took his gloves and headband and went outside to take a stroll, surely something there would clear his mind... "Dude, if I were senior I would buy some alcohol or something like that, they say it always clear their mind" Said for himself the Gaomon, he sought a pair of shapes at the distance, he hided between a pair of building and sought the scene, "Veemon, a rookie, dude, the blue is IN or what?" said in lower tone the Gaomon, at that moment Gao were scared, it was well known that Veemons could digivolve on almost any kind of digimon...

Veemon looked at the Gaomon and said,"Oh hey there! I'm Veemon, so do you have a nickname or do I just call ya Gaomon?"

 

"Veemon..what are you doing?" Saskuto asked stopping next to Veemon.

 

Veemon looked at Saskuto and said,"Trying to make a friend and to see if he has a partner." Veemon looked back at the Gaomon and asked,"So, do you have a name?"

Gao eyes blanked, "I-Im gao" Said Gao with his eyes still blank, the street was a dead end, nowhere to run, "Fast fast fast... Maybe will work"Tought the gaomon, in a quick movement he jumped over the walls, from one to another, a few seconds ago he ended up in the roof of the building, "What do you want?" Said the gaomon now a bit more corageous, "He got a partner... well, I think he wont attack... now"

"Hes trying to talk to you." Saskuto said looking at Gao. "And dont worry..we won't attack you. We aren't like most tamers out here that will kill other peoples digimon partners or other digimon for fun." he said.

 

Veemon nodded. "Yeah and we're really looking for a group to hang out in. It kinda gets hard when you're fighting evil digimon on your own." He shook his head and said,"Especially for me...since Wormon left...."

Gao started remembering a old agumon from his infancy... "Ok, I will trust, this tiem" said the gaomon as he jumped from the building to the ground, "Trying to find a group?, well, we are not exactly fighting Evil , we just want to go out of the city, I think you guys can join us" Said Gao as he offered his paw to the trainer, Gao looked onto the eyes of that human... trying to see his spirit, trying to trust on he, "For now, another VB will come handy, but, if a Veemos is it... I think we can take it" tought for himself the Gaomon

"Thank you, Gao." Veemon said smiling. He looked at Saskuto and said,"And you said talking to strange digimon would be a bad thing for me to do. Looks like you were wrong."

 

Saskuto shook his head. "Whatever." He looked at Gao and asked,"So, are you guys staying at this place for the night? Cause if so, then we'll be able to get out of the city in a matter of hours tomorrow. If not then it'll take longer."

Gaomon agreed with the head, "We are staying in the abandonated hotel by there, I came for a walk, I cant sleep..." Gao started remembering, his head and ears lowered and a tear felt, he realized he were infront of the tamer, "Uh yeah, I were saying, Its not that easy to get out of here, EBEmon would kill us if we go trough the frontier, or if we handle to ender his fortress, a lot of nunemons guard both places, I heard a rumor when I were caming that the personal guards of EBEmon were a Platinium nunemon and a Gold nunemon... " Gao sighed at the moment, "It will take us a lot to go trough..." Gao took the tamer hand, "By the way, I havent know your name" Said the Gaomon as started walking forcing the tamer to go with he

Saskuto smiled and said,"I'm Saskuto Uchigya and this is my partner, Veemon." He then smirked a bit. "And if its EBEmon you're worried about, don't worry about it. Me and Veemon can take care of him. Isn't that right, Veemon?"

 

"Thats right Saskuto." Veemon nodded. "My Magnamon form will take care of him for good. So that means you have nothing to worry about."

Gao eyes blanked again "Ok, I think wont be good Idea to try to attack this guy" Tought gao, he shaked his head, "Uh yeah, I really dont think so..." Said Gao, he didnt liked that Veemon, but, he needed it to try to find a way out of here.... "We are near to the hotel..." Gao yawned, he wanted to sleep now "Dude... I'm so tired" Said Gao, mostly for himself... A while after that Gao felt to the floor, they were about 3 meters away from the entrance of the hotel, "I want some sleep" Said Gao, he tried to stood up and ended up in the ground again... "Mind helping?"

Saskuto walked over to Gao and picked him up. He motioned for Veemon to open the hotel door and him, Gao, and Veemon walked into the hotel. Saskuto put Gao back onto the ground and said,"Ok, you alright now? You're not gonna fall over again, right?"

Daichi was in a training room punching a bag hanging from the roof when he spotted Saskuto and Draeg enter the hotel. "Looks like he found a new recruit." Daichi gave the punching bag one more kick, causing it to go about half way to the roof, and then went in to the lobby to meet Saskuto and Veemon. "What's the highest digivolution you've gotten too so far?" He asked when he saw Veemon. Lucemon flew out of the hotel room to see who was there.

Veemon smiled and said,"I've gotten to Imperialdramon when we had Wormon on our team...but now I can digivolve to Ex-Veemon and then Armor Digivolve to Flamedramon, Raidramon, and Magnamon."

 

"Yeah, so you have a Lucemon, eh? Looks very strong." Saskuto said looking at Lucemon and then at Daichi.

Draeg woke from his dreams, Gao were not on his room, "Where did that puppy went?" asked Draeg to himself, he went outside, fully clothed and sought a new guy talking to Daichi, his gaomon were on the floor, aparently without energy, "Who are you and what you did to Gao?" Asked Draeg, he were on the third floor, altough, he jumped out of the building and felt on the middle of the garden, he rised his sword, "What you did to he?" Draeg pointed his sword to the trainer who didnt known...

"Magnamon? Ultimate level vaccine type. He will be very useful in the coming battle against EBEmon." He placed his hand on Lucemons head. "Say hello to our new teammates Lucemon." He held placed his hand in front of Draeg's sword. "Relax, he's just tired."

"Hello." Lucemon waved. "I can turn in to Angemon. He's not as strong as Magnamon, but he's still very strong for a champion digimon."

"The weird part is I cant tell if he's being modest or if he's bragging." Daichi laughed. "Well I look forward to fighting with you later on."

"Sweet." Saskuto said. Then he looked at the other guy and said,"You must be Gao's tamer. He went out for a walk and met us. He then fell over, have no reason why, and I brought him here."

 

Veemon nodded. "Yeah, he said we would be able to join you're little group if you all would let us." he said to Gao's tamer. Then he turned to Lucemon and said,"But Angemon is pretty cool."

Draeg lowered his sword and lifted Gao on his arms, "Dude, you ok? why you were out? what happened?" Draeg asked fastly to his mate ,Gao only answered by putting his paw on Draeg lips, "Im ok" said in lower tone the small dog as he smiled, then he closed his eyes and felt asleep on Draeg arms... "Dude... I will go and make the breakfast, D-Daichi, could you please take Gao to his room?" Said kindly the guy, then he looked back at the new guy, "Im Draeg, thanks by taking Gao here, please, go in, rest a bit, the breakfast will be ok in a while"

"Ok, Draeg. I'm Saskuto Uchigya and this is Veemon." Saskuto said talking to Draeg. "And don't worry about us resting. We rested before we walked and saw Gao. Its easier traveling by night than it is by day."

 

Veemon nodded. "Yeah, not many digimon are out at night, they're mostly out in the day. I just hope Gao is alright, it kinda freaked us out when that happened."

 

"By the way, Draeg...that is a nice blade you're carrying." Saskuto said looking at Draeg's blade on his back.

Draeg smiled at the half of his way, "Thanks, I have it more for protection, only I have needed to use it 2 times, I tought this one could be the third, you know, that ol were garurumon is no more a dot in the map..." Said Draeg as he smiled, he liked the way Veemon was, "But I insist, find a place, all this place is abandoned, so, choose a room, I think it will take us a while to get out of the city, even if we defeat EBEmon, still, the other citys were been taken, I've heard rumors..." Said Draeg, "I think I will make you a test after breakfast" finished Draeg as he entered the kitchen and started working...
