Type doesnt matter' date=' its a lvl 100 Lucario V.S a lvl 70 Mewtwo, hes got a thirty level advantage

[/quote']

Who said there was a Level difference? Since Kitty didn't give them levels, we assume they are both Lv100. A Lv100 Mewtwo with Aura Sphere destroys a Lv100 Lucario.

*facepalm*

I'm going to assume both are 100.

Mewtwo.

Also, in the movies, from what I know, Mewtwo couldn't even be touched. He just was convinced to stop his ways.

Lucario is not legendary, nor is he Chuck Norris by way of never being able to be touched.

Mewtwo.

BTW

Fight does X2 damage to physchic

and physchic does 1/2 damage to steel

Dumbass.

PSYCHIC does x2 damage to fighting >_>

lolno

Fighting does .5 to Psychic. Fighting does x2 to Steel. Fighting is x1 to Fighting.

Lucario is Fighting/Steel and Aura Sphere is a Fighting Type attack. If Mewtwo uses Aura Sphere, Lucario is screwed.

Btw guys, Lucario isn't weak to Psychic. He's part Steel. <____________<

Lucario doesn't even outspeed Mewtwo, so Mewtwo is obviously the winner.

130 Base Speed, 154 Base SpA and Aura Sphere really hurt Lucario.

There's a reason Mewtwo is Uber and Lucario isn't.

I'm pretty sure Mewtwo can switch in on Lucario's SD, and not die to ExtremeSpeed, since Mewtwo will always outspeed Lucario.

Actually, a +2 Lucario ExtremeSpeed does 68.1% - 80.2% to a standard Taunt/CM Mewtwo. Meaning Mewtwo can waste a turn switching in, and still not die.

Even with Crunch, Lucario still needs the +2 boost to KO. Meaning a +0 Crunch does 68.4% - 80.8% to, again, a standard Taunt/CM Mewtwo. That, again, is not even a KO. A combination of Crunch and ExtremeSpeed can kill Lucario, but that is assuming Mewtwo is switching in on Lucario and it isn't a straight-up battle from the beginning.

On the other hand, a +0 Mewtwo (no CM boosts) does 106% - 125.3% to Lucario with Aura Sphere. That is a guaranteed kill, unless it has Focus Sash.

Meaning that Lucario can still win. Mewtwo can Aura Sphere the Lucario, activate the Focus Sash, while Lucario attacks with Crunch. ExtremeSpeed finishes it off, but then you have a worthless +0 1 HP SD Lucario.

It depends what item Lucario has, so I laugh at anyone who says Mewtwo will outright win and Lucario will outright win. It's both ways, dudes.

And I love how everyone forgets Lucario has a pretty high Base ATK, plus Crunch. Yeah, Aura Sphere is useless seeing as it's nve against Mewtwo and Mewtwo has higher SpD than Def.

Mewtwo can also pack Flamethrower, while very rarely and only on certain sets. Either way, the damage calcs still are the same. Flamethrower can KO without a Sash, and can 2HKO with a Sash. Mewtwo still won't be OHKOd by any of Lucario's moves outside of a +2 Crunch, which isn't likely whatsoever because that would require an SD on the switch and a Sash.

what if the Lucario was completly EVd in all stats' date=' and Mewtwo wasnt at all

[/quote']

There is an EV cap of 510. If you were to spread that across every stat, and Mewtwo didn't have any EVs, Mewtwo would still be able to win assuming Lucario does not carry Focus Sash.

what about dark pulse? Lucario can learn that as well. Lucario can also beef itself up with calm mind and swords dance. Mewtwo has calm mind and possibly light screen (can't remember) But like Dark said either way

Yes, a Lucario with Crunch and Focus Sash can beat a non-EVd Mewtwo with Lagging Tail.

Then again, a +6 Modest Luvdisc in the Rain can OHKO a non-EVd Blissey, so I don't see what was accomplished.

Dark Pulse coming from no STAB and on Mewtwo's higher SpD won't do all that much.
