Name: Ailong (愛-龍)

Age: Unknown

Gender: Male

Nation: Fire

[spoiler=Appearance:]

Ailong wields a long and thin Kwan Dao. He wears traditional crimson fire nation robes and has long ebony black hair. His eyes are a dusk black and his face is firm and strong yet has a gentle welcoming gesture about it.

Element: Fire / Lightning

Alliance: The Avatar

Personality: Ailong is the strong silent type. The wisest amongst most and usually holds back in battle in order to get analysis of his opponent.

Bio: Brought up within the Fire Nation Ailong was trained as a typical soldier. However, there is more power within him then one would have imagined. Always making the wisest decisions his name suits him well. The first part; "Ai" means love, this means he is a likeable person and the second part "long" means dragon, this represents his authority and power over others.

At the young age of ten he was sent to Ba Sing Sei, where he later met the avatar.

Might as well reserve this for the future:

Name: Lung He Zhao

Age: 30

Gender: Male

Nation: Fire

Appearance: Much like his ancestor, he has enormous sideburns. However, his eyes are much kinder than the Moonslayer, and for some reason are a somber grey.

Element: Fire/Lightning

Alliance: The Avatar/The Fire Nation (Firebending teacher)

Personality: Again, much like his ancestor, he is passionate and fearsome when he is angry. Thankfully, he is not angered much, which serves to his benefit.

Bio: A descendant of Zhao, the Moonslayer. While he received the title that he so coveted, the context was precisely the opposite of what he had desired. The Moonslayer was an infamous and despised name since the end of the war, and the fact that Lung He was a chair of the Fire Nation Reconstruction committee did little to change that. However, that didn't stop him from conducting sweeping reforms of many aspects of Fire Nation life and culture. He took the long standing celebration of Avatar Day from a small Earth Kingdom village, and applied it nearly worldwide. The school system that was in place was given more leeway, and the students given more freedoms and rights. The Fire Sages (with the permission of the Fire Lord, of course) reaffirmed their sole loyalty to the Avatar, and Lung He worked to make sure that was possible. He is an idealist with power, a deadly thing if used improperly, but slowly, the Nations were coming out of their shells thanks in part to Lung He.

Well, we haven't stated that a new Avatar was born after Aang, therefore we can assume he lived for a hundred years (which is highly possible, take Bumi and Pathik for example). Therefore, if we know that Aang has survived for that long, we can only assume that the next legitimate Avatar is born in one of the Water Tribes. Thus, being "due" there.
