100 years have passed since Avatar Aang's legendary exploits, most notably of which was defeating the Phoenix King. The world entered a time of peace for 100 years. In that time, a new type of bending was developed. Darkbending. The few group of people who can bend darkness to their will. They have waged a war on the peaceful nations, and their plan is still unknown, for the most part. Some think they are just trying to take over the world like the Fire Nation 100 years before.The only thing that can stop this mad rampage is the avatar, which hasn't been seen for over a decade. Some believe that he is still alive, and some believe he is dead, and the new avatar should be born soon. The avatar was born, but the avatar, was, in fact, two twins, both avatars. The leader of the Dark Benders Known as the Dark King Kidnapped one of the Twins and Raised it as his own. As the war rages on and The 2 Avatars are Trained to fight each other Which side will you join.

Personality: Ailong is the strong silent type. The wisest amongst most and usually holds back in battle in order to get analysis of his opponent.

 

Bio: Brought up within the Fire Nation Ailong was trained as a typical soldier. However, there is more power within him then one would have imagined. Always making the wisest decisions his name suits him well. The first part; "Ai" means love, this means he is a likeable person and the second part "long" means dragon, this represents his authority and power over others.

 

At the young age of ten he was sent to Ba Sing Sei, where he later met the avatar.

Appearance: Much like his ancestor, he has enormous sideburns. However, his eyes are much kinder than the Moonslayer, and for some reason are a somber grey.

Alliance: The Avatar/The Fire Nation (Firebending teacher)

Personality: Again, much like his ancestor, he is passionate and fearsome when he is angry. Thankfully, he is not angered much, which serves to his benefit.

Bio: A descendant of Zhao, the Moonslayer. While he received the title that he so coveted, the context was precisely the opposite of what he had desired. The Moonslayer was an infamous and despised name since the end of the war, and the fact that Lung He was a chair of the Fire Nation Reconstruction committee did little to change that. However, that didn't stop him from conducting sweeping reforms of many aspects of Fire Nation life and culture. He took the long standing celebration of Avatar Day from a small Earth Kingdom village, and applied it nearly worldwide. The school system that was in place was given more leeway, and the students given more freedoms and rights. The Fire Sages (with the permission of the Fire Lord, of course) reaffirmed their sole loyalty to the Avatar, and Lung He worked to make sure that was possible. He is an idealist with power, a deadly thing if used improperly, but slowly, the Nations were coming out of their shells thanks in part to Lung He.

He wears a black formal suit (think Long Feng in that aspect) at all times, but in the instance of a fight he will remove his suit to reveal a basic tunic and pants underneath.

Alliance: Dark Avatar/Teacher of Airbending

Personality: He is very rough and surly when dealing with people that he hasn't met and/or he feels is threatening the Avatar, his charge. However, get to know him and he's really a stand-up guy: kind, charming, and courteous. He is also a decent gambler.

 

Bio: Dayan is the product of an experiment by the Dark Nation to see if they could manufacture their own Avatar to avoid the trouble of stealing one. The exact methods are unknown, but the best they could do was develop his natural talent for bending into two areas, one of them being Darkness. The other, they figured, would allow him to catch most of his enemies unawares. They had scoured the Air Temples to find the scrolls necessary to teach him enough Airbending to allow him to develop his own style. At the age of 15, the King of Darkness needed a caretaker for the new Dark Avatar, and immediately Dayan volunteered. Since then, the two have shared a bond closer than that of most brothers.
