If you tweak you can make it to Newmoon Island and Flower Paradise, the resting places of Darkrai and Shaymin, respectively.

I dunno, guys. Steel-types are currently the anti-meta type, considering Dragon is arguably the best offensive type, and Steel is the only resistance.

 

You have things like Jirachi that can do pretty much anything, Metagross for physical attacker, Scizor for revenge killer, even Bronzong for mixed/physical wall.

 

Steel-types are a staple on any non-monotype team, and I think this guy deserves a good Steel-type as a spot on your team.

If you had chosen Piplup as your starter (WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE, DOUCHE), you'd have an Empoleon. And since Water nullifies the Fire weakness, you have a pretty good defensive typing.
