I've never 100% SM64, but I did SM64DS. The reason SM64 was a lot tougher to 100% was because the controls were terrible (not like there was much improvement for the DS version), meaning that some of the latter Stars (especially those in Level 15) were tough to get. SM64DS had advanced controls making the whole game a bit easier, and the added Stars weren't too difficult. The game was made even easier when the 3DS came out because you weren't stuck with a floppy D-pad. Circle pad + SM64DS = God smoking pot. I got this in the mail today. :3 Time to add 51 songs to my music list. ...fuuuuu- I'm not a Club Nintendo member anyways so I couldn't have gotten it. But still, I'm super jealous.
