Then I read some fan fiction reviews.

 

I never made it halfway past chapter two. :D

I feel that because I'm reviewing so many bad fics as of late, I might have more knowledge on what makes a fanfiction good.

 

Knowing me, it would really just be an overexaggerated parody of YCM, but... meh.

 

Yeah, I'm probably never going to write a fanfic, but feel free to use that idea for one if you're bored as hell one day.

I only made it up to chapter 2 on my last fanfic. I didn't finish because no one was reading it and Double C-4 was a horrible reviewer. This fanfic will be PG-16. You can tell if you read through it. In fact, here is my first chapter so far (unedited and done on Notepad of course):

 

"As the clouds clear up after one cloudy day, a Shiny Shinx stands by various mounds of wood. This wood was set on a savanna in the plains of a faraway continent. The Shinx appears as though he were mourning over the mounds. "I will avenge you mom, and all of the other Shinx, Luxios and Luxrays who were killed in the incident. Damn those legendaries for casting judgment upon my pride! I remember everything clearly as though it just happened a minute ago........". As the Shinx said that, his memories of that day were unraveled to himself. One day back, he remembers how the legendary Pokemon attacked his pride. "Sparky! Wake up now! We need to hide quickly!" The voice was from the panicked Luxray. Sparky was woken up by the voice. He appeared to still be half-asleep. "Mom, I still am tired. Couldn't it wait?" "Sparky, we have no time to wait. The legendary Pokemon are attacking us!" With those words, Sparky snapped out of his half-way trance and rushed out of his home, where he met his sister Danielle, a Luxio. "Sparky, run to the shelter! Get there as quick as possible!". Sparky was horrified to see the fields he once played on set aflame, the blue sky he used to look up to distorted by clouds of thunder and the placid water holes frozen. Perhaps what shocked him the most was seeing the burnt and frozen corpses of all the people he used to know with blood still coming fresh out of their throats. "It doesn't feel like home anymore. It feels more like a land of disaster now....." "Sparky, come this way!". Danielle was one of the leading Luxios of the pride due to her intuition and her familiarization with many landscapes. Just then, a Ho-Oh appeared out of the Chaos of the sky. "Foolish pokemon, you can never beat us!". Both Sparky and Danielle had chills sent down their spines. They know the legends of Ho-oh all too well. "Sparky! Danielle! Run to the shelter without me! I will try to hold off Ho-oh just to buy you some time!". Unknown to Sparky and Danielle, this would be the last time they hear their mother, for Ho-oh had killed their mother with Sacred Fire. Before the fatal blow however, their mother had crunched Ho-oh, dealing massive damage. "You inferior being! I will kill you!" were the words before Ho-oh had used the dreaded Sacred Fire. All that was heard from her was a scream that no one but the sadistic Ho-oh heard. As Sparky and Danielle were hiding from the shelter, everything became quiet, as though all of the calamity stopped. When all of the Pokemon in the shelter walked out, they were mortified by what they see. They see only a battleground with hundreds of burnt and frozen corpses. However, the most gruesome death was Sparky's own mother, who not only had muscles burnt beyond belief, but a bit of her skeleton was charred. Seeing this monstrosity, all of the people who survived felt overcome with grief over their loved ones. Two luxrays who never got their son in time decided to bury him where he was. A Luxio found both of his parents and buried them under his home. A Shinx found three of her siblings and requested help to bury them. Sparky and Danielle then prepared the makeshift graves for every resident who has died. "Danielle, our mom is dead......I can't believe this happened." Sparky would have cried if his rage over the legendaries had not angered him more instead. "Those bastards! Killing a pride of Pokemon, thinking like they can do whatever they want!" Danielle, however was apalled at Sparky's behavior and slashed him. "Hey, that hurt! What did you do that for?" "Don't you ever curse anyone Sparky. Mom has always told us. With mom dead and dad nowhere to be found, I have to be the adult here because no one else is going to take care of us. Everyone feels angry about this incident, your not the only one." Sparky, realizing this, became overwhelmed with sadness again. "I'm sorry sis, it's just that we are orphans now. We have no one to take care of us because the only person who loved us dearly was mom......" Sparky then cried, feeling remorseful and coped by hugging his sister. Later that night, imnosia has befallen over Sparky. He found it hard for him to sleep. He decided to walk outside to get some fresh air until he heard a voice calling him. ".....Sparky.......". As Sparky went closer to the tallest mountain in the savanna, the voice became louder and more clearer. When he made it to the top of the mountain, Sparky can clearly hear the disembodied voice. "Ok, whoever is calling my name, talk now! I had a bad day and now I am pissed off!". When Sparky said those words, the spirit of a Pokemon started to materialize, but remained phased like a spirit. "Well, aren't you a spunky little shinx?" The Spirit was none other than Arceus, god of all Pokemon. Sparky was surprised that he had said that to Arceus. "Arceus, sorry that I was so rude. It's just that legendary pokemon had killed off most of my pride today. You may be a legendary, but I don't think you would have anything to do with the incident. Still, I wouldn't mind knocking them down a level if it is the last thing I could do". Hearing this, Arceus felt power in his speech. "Hmmmmm, an aggressive additude and a score to settle with the legendaries. You just may be my successor". "Successor? What are you talking about? Why are you saying that I can be your successor?" "Actually, I was looking for a Pokemon who would gather 17 of my lost plates scattered throughout the world. No other pokemon has the same rage and hatred of the legendaries as you do". Sparky suddenly vibed a confused look. "Why are you looking for someone who hates the legendaries if you value them as your messangers?". "Well Sparky, it's actually because those Legendary Pokemon took all 17 of my plates and defeated me. They realized that Once I lose all of my plates, I become powerless. As a result, I turned into stone. I was able to communicate with you here because this mountain is the gateway to the heavens, where my statue exists". Everything started to make sense with Sparky. "Well, is that why the legendary Pokemon attacked my pride, so that they can stop you from communicating with me on this mountain?". "Ohohohoho! A brilliant young Pokemon! Yes, but the reason why I am communicating with you today is to tell you of your destiny". "Destiny? You mean my destiny of gathering the plates and defeating the Pokemon that destroyed most of my home?". Arceus nodded. "There is more that I must explain. You, your sister and pokemon who you befriend on your journey will aid you in the fight of the Legendary Pokemon. But even with that power, you are still no match for them. You will need the power of Judgment on your side". "You mean your signature technique Judgment?" "Yes. Only then can you defeat the Legendary pokemon. So, will you gather the plates for me? You shall save the world once I am revived by the power of my plates". "Arceus, I just have to tell you two things: I. AM. SPARKY! and I will do more than defeat the Legendary Pokemon. I will kill them! Kill them like how they killed my Pokemon". "Ohohoho! Spunk again! Well Sparky, it seems that I can give you my gift after all! Please, accept it!". As Arceus said that, a bright ball from heaven descended upon the mountain. Everyone woke up to see what was going on. Among the Pokemon that woke up was Danielle, who noticed that Sparky was missing. "Sparky!". With that gusto, she rushed to the mountain where the light descending is coming onto. When the light enshrouded Sparky, he shone with power. He was feeling a bit more different, like an enormous amount of energy is transfigurating every cell in his body to learn the technique. However, the ordeal is proving to hurt Sparky as he screams in pain as a response to the cellular reconstruction. When Danielle reached the top of the mountain, she was horrified to hear Sparky in so much pain. "Sparky! What is happening!?!?!?!?". As the light was finishing it's purpose, Sparky's color began to change; His soft, blue fur became an electrified yellow and his body gleamed like a crystal. Afterwards, the light of Judgment faded away. "Ok now, stop screaming, the process is over". As Sparky floated down to the ground, she also has seen Arceus' spirit. "Lord Arceus!". Danielle knows how to present herself to royalty, especially since she sometimes sneaks out of her home to visit the Alpha male and his son, who was also a Luxio. She bowed down in honor to Arceus. "I see you know how to address the royal. Very well. Sparky, get up! I need to tell you about something very important". Sparky got back up from the ground and was eager to listen Arceus' words. "Sparky, the light of Judgment has turned you into a Shiny Pokemon". "A...Shiny Pokemon? Danielle, what is a Shiny Pokemon?". Danielle, knowing the answer decides to tell her younger brother. "Sparky, a Shiny Pokemon is a pokemon that has a different coloration than almost all Pokemon of their species". Sparky opened his mouth in joy. "Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow! I can't believe I turned into a Shiny Pokemon!" Sparky then ran around in excitement, realizing his agility has slightly increased. "Arceus, why am I faster than usual?". "It is because that is one of the benefits to being a Shiny. You have a slight advantage over every other Pokemon of your Species. BUT, you must beware. This is what I wanted to tell you. There is an organization of Pokemon called the Shiny Hunters, who absolutely despise Shiny Pokemon like yourself. They consider them freaks of nature and will do everything in their power just to kill them all!" With those words, Sparky's excitement immediately turned into despair. "Doesn't that mean I am a walking target for them to just hit me??????" As Sparky said this, Arceus let out a jolly laugh. "It just means you have more challenge on your journey. Practically any Pokemon can be a Shiny Hunter. The Shiny Hunters are funded by wealthy clients who desire trophies of Shiny Pokemon. Whether it would be a disembodied head or a stuffed body". "I won't let them make a trophy out of me! I will try to avoid them as much as possible. I will try not to bring attention to myself". "I am afraid that is virtually impossible my son. Your destiny forces you to tangle with the Shiny Hunters, especially since their leader has one of my plates". "Are you serious!?!?!? Great, now I need to keep getting tangled with them all the time. The obligatory evil organization, why do I have to get involved with them?". As Sparky said this, three Luxrays from behind a hiding rock had shown themselves. "Now it's time to move in and kill the Shiny!". "Sparky, watch out!". Responding to his sister's cry, Sparky immediately turned around and jumped away from the ambush. "Hmmm, you have to be faster if you want to get me". Despite Sparky's quick action, the Luxrays took the offensive and used Thunder Fang, Ice Fang and Fire Fang respectively. "Sparky no!". Danielle looked away in horror as she saw the three Luxrays attack Sparky. "Sparky, remember what you have. Use it!". As Arceus said that, he disappeared. As Sparky was trying to avoid the three fang moves, Danielle decided to herself that she will help Sparky by distracting the Luxrays, even though she knows she is no match. As she jumped in the way, one of the Luxray noticed who she was. "Well well, if it isn't Danielle. You may be one of the better Luxios around here, but that won't stop us from going easy on you and capturing your Shiny brother. We are Shiny Hunters!". Danielle was at first confused, but then realized that one of the Luxrays was one of her mother's friends. "Quetzal! Why? Why do you want to kill Sparky? I thought you were a family friend who would always protect us. My mother would not allow you to hurt Sparky or me!". Quetzal just laughed. "Two things, your mother is dead and I am a Shiny Hunter first! When I saw the light of Judgment, it meant that Arceus has selected a new successor to learn his technique, which also means that the Pokemon will genetically become a Shiny. So me and my gang followed you up here and to our surprise, little ol' Sparky was selected. This makes it much, MUCH more easier to kill since he does not know much about combat at all! What's the matter, you looked shocked. Are you afraid we will hurt your precious younger brother?" "Don't hurt him! He has done nothing wrong to deserve this! I won't let you harm Sparky at all!". "Don't worry. I won't hurt him. In fact, I will let the twerp go if the three of us each take a spin with you. The three of us have always found you to be an attractive Luxio. Now let's see if you are as smooth as you are attractive". As Quetzal said this, the gang of Luxrays all laughed as they were getting very close to Danielle. "Hold her down so she doesn't escape!" "Please, don't! Help!". As the gang of Luxrays were holding her down, Sparky has became indignated. "NOOOOOOOOO!!!! I WON'T LET YOU LAY NOT EVEN A PAW ON MY SISTER!". As Sparky said this, his body grew radiantly with divine power. "NOW THEN! TASTE THE POWER OF JUDGMENT!!!". As Sparky said this, a ray of light shot out of the sky, approaching the gang of Luxrays. "Danielle, get out of there!" Danielle leaped back by reflex and all three Luxrays, damaging them severely. When the beam disappeared, all the Luxrays were battered up, but still had enough energy to retreat. "Danielle, Sparky, mark my words: You will regret the day you became a Shiny!". As Quetzal said this, he retreated to the base to tell the Alpha Male about what happened, but in his own words. "Danielle! Are you okay???". Danielle went back up onto her feet. "Yes, I am fine now, thanks to you. If you were not there, I surely would have been scarred for the rest of my life......". Danielle looks at her brother as he is still radiant from his anger. "Well, it's good that you are okay. I am worried. With mom dead and dad gone from our lives, we only have each other to look after. I will always protect you sis." "I will always protect you too Sparky. I will take even a fatal blow just to protect you.". After their conversation, Sparky and Danielle went back home for the night. Meanwhile, at the home of the Alpha Male, Quetzal was telling his clever lie to the leader. "What!?!?!? You are saying that both Danielle and Sparky had used the power they obtained from Arceus to attack you?" "Yes honorable one. They have attacked us while we wanted to see Sparky receive the oracle from Arceus." "Hmmm, they have broken a founding law of the pact. Very well, I will want to see them here tommorow when the sun rises. In the meantime, the oracle is over and we all should get some rest". The next morning, while Sparky and Danielle were sleeping, a messanger Luxio enters their abode. Danielle, who was the first to wake up, hears the call. "Danielle, Sparky. The leader of the pride wishes to see you immediately". As the messanger said this, Sparky woke up, but was still half-asleep. "hmmrrruuhh. What time is it?" "Sparky, we have to go see our leader." Sparky knows that a visit to the leader usually means trouble. No one "Sis, no one ever gets called down there for no reason." "I usually visit the leader just to see his son. So I know the experience of going to him" "Oh, what a relief. But still, why do you think the leader wants to see us at such a hurry?" "Quetzal......he used to be one of our closest friends; someone who would protect us when we were in danger. It just goes to show you, no one could not know a person until he one day attacks you with such might......"

As the clouds clear up after one cloudy day, a Shiny Shinx stands by various mounds of wood. This wood was set on a savanna in the plains of a faraway continent. The Shinx appears as though he were mourning over the mounds.

 

"Mom, I'm finally leaving the pride. I will not be able to visit your grave for a while, if I do manage to survive. Damn those legendaries for casting judgment upon my pride! Damn that Quetzal for betraying us! I thought all this would never happen to me........"

 

As the Shinx said that, his memories of that day were unraveled to himself. One day back, he remembers how the legendary Pokemon attacked his pride.

 

It was dawn upon a golden savanna when a few flying legendary Pokemon invaded the pride. Almost everyone was asleep, until the watchers noticed five flying Pokemon, coming right at them with faces screaming "Death to the Pride!". The watchers quickly alerted the leader, who was always awake at dawn.

 

"My leader! Legendary Pokemon are going to attack the Savanna at any moment!"

"What!?!? Evacuate all the Pokemon to the shelters, quick!" The Pokemon present at the court then roared the alert, causing everyone to wake up and go into the shelter. One Luxray in particular heard the alert and evacuated her daughter, but forgot her son. The panic of her face knew that by the time she went to get him, the two of them would already be dead. Nether less, she decided to risk her life to save her son. By the time she made it back to her home, the legendary Pokemon had arrived.

 

"Sparky! Wake up now! We need to hide quickly!" Sparky was woken up by the voice. He appeared to still be half-asleep.

 

"Mom, I still am tired. Couldn't it wait?"

 

"Sparky, we have no time to wait. The legendary Pokemon are attacking us!"

 

With those words, Sparky snapped out of his half-way trance and rushed out of his home, where he met his sister Danielle, a Luxio.

 

"Sparky, run to the shelter! Get there as quick as possible!" Sparky was horrified to see the fields he once played on set aflame, the blue sky he used to look up to distorted by clouds of thunder and the placid water holes frozen. Perhaps what shocked him the most was seeing the burnt and frozen corpses of all the people he used to know with blood still fresh from their wounds.

 

"It doesn't feel like home anymore. It feels more like a land of disaster now....."

 

"Sparky, come this way!". Danielle was one of the leading Luxios of the pride due to her intuition and her familiarization with many landscapes. Just then, a Ho-Oh appeared out of the Chaos of the sky.

 

"Foolish pokemon, you can never beat us!". Both Sparky and Danielle had chills sent down their spines. They know the legends of Ho-oh all too well.

 

"Sparky! Danielle! Run to the shelter without me! I will try to hold off Ho-oh just to buy you some time!". Unknown to Sparky and Danielle, this would be the last time they will hear their mother. Before the fatal blow however, their mother had crunched Ho-oh, dealing massive damage.

 

"You inferior being! I will kill you!" were the words before Ho-oh had used the dreaded Sacred Fire. All that was heard from her was a scream that no one but the sadistic Ho-oh heard. As Sparky and Danielle were hiding from the shelter, everything became quiet, as though all of the calamity stopped.

 

When all of the Pokemon in the shelter walked out, they were mortified by what they saw. They saw only a battleground with hundreds of burnt and frozen corpses. However, the most gruesome death was Sparky's own mother, who not only had muscles burnt beyond belief, but a bit of her skeleton was charred. Seeing this monstrosity, all of the people who survived felt overwhelmed with grief over their loved ones. Two luxrays who never got their son in time decided to bury him where he was. A Luxio found both of his parents and buried them under his home. A Shinx found three of her siblings and requested help to bury them. Sparky and Danielle then prepared the makeshift graves for every resident who has died.

 

"Danielle, our mom is dead......I can't believe this happened." Sparky would have cried if his rage over the legendary Pokemon had not angered him more instead.

 

"Those bastards! Killing a pride of Pokemon, thinking like they can do whatever they want!" Danielle, however was apalled at Sparky's behavior and slashed him.

 

"Hey, that hurt! What did you do that for?"

 

"Don't you ever curse anyone Sparky. Mom has always told us. With mom dead and dad nowhere to be found, I have to be the adult here because no one else is going to take care of us. Everyone feels angry about this incident, your not the only one." Sparky, realizing this, became overwhelmed with sadness again.

 

"I'm sorry sis, it's just that we are orphans now. We have no one to take care of us because the only person who loved us dearly was mom......" Sparky then cried, feeling remorseful and coped by hugging his sister.

 

Later that night, imnosia has befallen over Sparky. He found it hard to sleep. He decided to walk outside to get some fresh air until he heard a voice calling him.

 

".....Sparky......."

 

"Who's there!?! Show yourself!"

 

".....Follow my voice....." As Sparky went closer to the tallest mountain in the savanna, the voice became louder and more clearer.

 

"Who's there? Show yourself!" The speaker of the voice did not reveal himself yet. Sparky, feeling compelled to see who was trying to communicate with him went up the mountain. When he made it to the top of the mountain, Sparky can clearly hear the disembodied voice.

 

"Ok, whoever is calling my name, talk now! I had a bad day and now I am pissed off!". When Sparky said those words, the spirit of a Pokemon started to appear as a spirit.

 

"Well, aren't you a spunky little shinx?" The Spirit was none other than Arceus, god of all Pokemon. Sparky was surprised about seeing Arceus, who had disappeared years ago. He also realized that he cursed in front of him.

 

"Arceus! Sorry that I said that. It's just that legendary Pokemon had killed off most of my pride today. You may be a legendary, but I don't think you would have anything to do with the incident. Still, I wouldn't mind knocking the legendary Pokemon down a level if it is the last thing I could do"

 

Hearing this, Arceus felt power in his speech. "Hmmmmm, an aggressive additude and a score to settle with the legendary Pokemon. You just may be the one...."

 

"The one? What are you talking about?" Sparky gave Arceus a confused look, as he had had no idea of what he is saying.

 

"Actually, I was looking for a Pokemon who would gather 17 of my lost plates scattered throughout the world. No other Pokemon has the same rage and hatred of the legendary Pokemon as you do" Sparky became even more confused.

 

"Why are you looking for someone who hates the legendary Pokemon if you value them as your messangers?"

 

"Well Sparky, it's actually because those Legendary Pokemon took all 17 of my plates and defeated me. They realized that once I lose all of my plates, I become powerless. As a result, they stole all of my plates when they distracted me with their attacks and my body turned into stone. I was able to communicate with you here because this mountain is the gateway to the heavens, where the statue of my body exists" Everything was starting to make sense with Sparky.

 

"Well, is that why the legendary Pokemon attacked my pride, so that they can stop you from communicating with me on this mountain?"

 

"Ohohohoho! A brilliant young Pokemon! Yes, but the reason why I am communicating with you today is to tell you of your destiny"

 

"Destiny? You mean you want me to go onto a journey?" Arceus nodded.

 

"There is more that I must explain. You, your sister and pokemon who you befriend on your journey will aid you in the fight of the Legendary Pokemon. But even with that power, you are still no match for them. You will need the power of Judgment on your side"

 

"You mean your signature technique Judgment?"

 

"Yes. Only then can you defeat the Legendary pokemon. So, will you gather my plates for me? You shall save the world once I am revived by the power of my plates"

 

"Arceus, I just have to tell you two things: I. AM. SPARKY! I will gather all those plates for you and I will do more than defeat the Legendary Pokemon. I will kill them! Kill them like how they killed my Pokemon"

 

"Ohohoho! There's that Spunk again! Well Sparky, it seems that I can give you my technique after all! Please, accept it!"

 

As Arceus said that, a bright ball from heaven descended upon the mountain. Everyone woke up to see what was going on from their homes. Among the Pokemon that woke up was Danielle, who noticed that Sparky was missing.

 

"Sparky!" With that gusto, she rushed to the mountain where the light descending is coming onto. However, she never knew that she was being followed. When the light enshrouded Sparky, he shone with power. He was gradually feeling much more different and much more powerful, like an enormous amount of energy is transfigurating every cell in his body to learn the technique. However, the ordeal is proving to hurt Sparky as he screams in pain as a response to the cellular transfiguration. When Danielle reached the top of the mountain, she was horrified to hear Sparky in so much pain.

 

"Sparky! What is happening!?!?!?!?" As the light was finishing it's purpose, Sparky's color began to change; His soft, blue fur became an electrified yellow and his body gleamed like a crystal. Afterwards, the light of Judgment faded away.

 

"Ok, now stop screaming! the process is over" As Sparky floated down to the ground, Danielle also has seen Arceus' spirit.

 

"Lord Arceus!" Danielle knows how to present herself to royalty, especially since she sometimes sneaks out of her home to visit the Alpha male and his son, who was also a Luxio. She bowed down in honor to Arceus.

 

"I see you know how to address the royal. Very good. Sparky, get up! I need to tell you and your sister about something very important" Sparky got back up from the ground and was eager to listen Arceus' words.

 

"Sparky, the light of Judgment has turned you into a Shiny Pokemon"

 

"A...Shiny Pokemon? Danielle, what is a Shiny Pokemon?" Danielle, knowing the answer decides to tell her younger brother.

 

"Sparky, a Shiny Pokemon is a Pokemon that has a different coloration than almost all Pokemon of their species". Sparky opened his mouth in joy.

 

"Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow! I can't believe I turned into a Shiny Pokemon! That means I am very rare!" Sparky then ran around in excitement, realizing his agility has slightly increased.

 

"Arceus, why am I faster than usual?"

 

"It is because that is one of the benefits to being a Shiny. You have a slight advantage over every other Pokemon of your Species. BUT, you must beware. This is what I wanted to tell you. There is an organization of Pokemon called the Shiny Hunters, who absolutely despise Shiny Pokemon like yourself. They consider them freaks of nature and will do everything in their power just to kill them all!" With those words, Sparky's excitement immediately turned into despair.

 

"Doesn't that mean I am a walking target for them to just ambush me??????" As Sparky said this, Arceus let out a jolly laugh.

 

"It just means you have more challenge on your journey. Practically any Pokemon can be a Shiny Hunter. The Shiny Hunters are funded by wealthy clients who desire trophies of Shiny Pokemon. Whether it would be a disembodied head or a stuffed body"

 

"I won't let them make a trophy out of me! I will try to avoid them as much as possible. I will try not to bring attention to myself"

 

"I am afraid that is virtually impossible my son. Your destiny forces you to tangle with the Shiny Hunters, especially since their leader has one of my plates" Hearing this, Sparky dropped his mouth in astonishment.

 

"Are you serious!?!?!? Great, now I need to keep getting tangled with them all the time. The obligatory evil organization, why do I have to get involved with them?" As Sparky said this, three Luxrays from behind a hiding rock had shown themselves.

 

"Now it's time to move in and kill the Shiny!" Just barely seeing the gang of Luxrays, Danielle quickly warned Sparky.

 

"Sparky, watch out!" Responding to his sister's cry, Sparky immediately turned around and jumped away from the ambush.

 

"Hmmm, you have to be faster if you want to get me". Despite Sparky's quick action, the Luxrays took the offensive and used Thunder Fang, Ice Fang and Fire Fang respectively.

 

"Sparky no!". Danielle looked away in horror as she saw the three Luxrays attack Sparky.

 

"Sparky, remember what you have. Use it!" As Arceus said that, he disappeared. As Sparky was avoiding the three fang moves, Danielle decided to herself that she will help Sparky by distracting the Luxrays, even though she knows she is no match. As she jumped in the way, one of the Luxray noticed who she was.

 

"Well well, if it isn't Danielle. You may be one of the better Luxios around here, but that won't stop us from going easy on you and capturing your Shiny brother. We are Shiny Hunters!"

 

Danielle was at first confused, but then realized that one of the Luxrays was one of her mother's friends, Quetzal.

 

"Quetzal! Why? Why do you want to kill Sparky? I thought you were a family friend who would always protect us. My mother would not allow you to hurt Sparky or me!" Quetzal just laughed.

 

"Two things Danielle, your mother is dead and I am a Shiny Hunter! Letting him get away so easily is not what we are about. When I saw the light of Judgment, it meant that Arceus has selected a chosen to learn his technique, which also means that the Pokemon will genetically become a Shiny. So me and my gang followed you up here and to our surprise, little ol' Sparky was selected. This makes it much, MUCH more easier to kill since we know that he does not know much about combat at all!" Danielle was frozen in fear about what she heard Quetzal say.

 

"What's the matter, you looked shocked. Are you afraid we will hurt your precious younger brother?"

 

"Don't hurt him! He has done nothing wrong to deserve this! I won't let you harm Sparky at all!"

 

"Don't worry. I won't hurt him. In fact, I will give him a painless death if the three of us each take a spin with you. The three of us have always found you to be an attractive Luxio. Now let's see if you are as smooth as you are attractive"

 

As Quetzal said this, the gang of Luxrays all laughed as they were getting very close to Danielle. "Hold her down so she doesn't escape!"

 

"Please, don't! Help!". As the gang of Luxrays were holding her down ready to rape her, Sparky has became indignant.

 

"NOOOOOOOOO!!!! I WON'T LET YOU LAY NOT EVEN A PAW ON MY SISTER!". As Sparky said this, his body grew radiantly with divine power.

 

"NOW THEN! TASTE THE POWER OF JUDGMENT!!!"

 

As Sparky said this, a ray of light shot out of the sky, approaching the gang of Luxrays.

 

"Danielle, get out of there!" Danielle leaped back by reflex and hit all three Luxrays, damaging them severely. When the beam disappeared, all the Luxrays were battered up, but still had enough energy to retreat.

 

"Danielle, Sparky, mark my words: You will regret the day you became a Shiny!" As Quetzal said this, he retreated to the base to tell the Alpha Male about what happened, but in his own words.

 

"Danielle! Are you okay???" Danielle went back up onto her feet and brushed off the incident like it didn't happen.

 

"Yes, I am fine now, thanks to you. If you were not there, I surely would have been scarred for the rest of my life......" Danielle looks at her brother as he is still radiant from his anger.

 

"Well, it's good that you are okay. I was worried. With mom dead and dad gone from our lives, we only have each other to look after. I will always protect you sis."

 

"I will always protect you too Sparky. I will take even a fatal blow just to protect you." After exchanging words, Sparky and Danielle went back home for the night. Meanwhile, at the home of the Alpha Male, Quetzal was telling his clever lie to the leader.

 

"What!?!?!? You are saying that both Danielle and Sparky had used the power they obtained from Arceus to attack you?"

 

"Yes honorable one. They have attacked us while we wanted to see Sparky receive the oracle from Arceus."

 

"Hmmm, they have broken a founding law of our pride. Very well, I will want to see them here tommorow when the sun rises. In the meantime, the oracle is over and we all should get some rest"

 

The next morning, while Sparky and Danielle were sleeping, a messanger Luxio enters their abode. Danielle, who was the first to wake up, hears the call.

 

"Danielle, Sparky. The leader of the pride wishes to see you immediately". As the messanger said this, Sparky woke up, but was still half-asleep.

 

"hmmrrruuhh. What time is it?"

 

"Sparky, we have to go see the leader of the pride." Sparky knows that a visit to the leader usually means trouble.

 

"Sis, no one ever gets called down there for no reason."

 

"I usually visit the leader just to see his son. So I know the experience of seeing him. Doesn't mean I know what he wants with us."

 

"Why do you think the leader wants to see us at such a hurry?"

 

"Quetzal......he used to be one of our closest friends; someone who would protect us when we were in danger. He probably told the leader what happened in his own words. It just goes to show you, no one could not know a person until he one day attacks you with such might......" As Sparky and Danielle proceeded into the home of the leader, they were greeted by Marcus, his son.

 

"Danielle, Sparky! Welcome!"

 

"Marcus! How have you been doing since the incident?"

 

"Well Danielle, not good. I lost my mother during the attack. I know you lost your mother as well."

 

"Yes, I did. I didn't expect this to happen. I guess it can't be helped."

 

"Then you know that every member we have left counts. I feel sorry about what is going to happen to you though." Hearing Marcus' words, Sparky became paralyzed with fear. To him, this means both him and Danielle are going to be in big trouble. Danielle notices a discomforting look upon Sparky's face.

 

"It's okay Sparky, everything is going to be alright."

 

As Marcus looked down on Sparky, he notices that he looks very different.

 

"Sparky. Were you the one that received the oracle? I just saw a flash of light up on the mountain and immediately went back to sleep afterwards." Marcus saw that Sparky was very nervous.

 

"I know you have a good heart and you wouldn't hurt other people on purpose, but my word is no match against my father's word. You will have to see him now." After the conversation, Sparky and Danielle went to the main chamber of the leader. Sparky and Danielle saw Maxus, their leader along with his inner circle of councilmen. They bowed in respect to him. Simply enough, they saw him with such anger that would scare even a Beartic away.

 

"Danielle! Sparky! Did you even know how serious your crime was against the pride!?!?!? The both of you should be damned for attacking an innocent member of the pride!" While Danielle was keeping her head low as a sign of accepting Maxus' words, Sparky was feeling intimidated and backed away a bit.

 

"Sparky! Why do you back away!?!? We don't have cowards in my hall, chosen of Arceus or not"

 

"Sorry most honorable......" Sparky then went to his regular position of keeping his head low.

 

"Hmmm, very well. Even though this crime is particularly serious, I know that you are just children with Arceus being among you and I know this is your first crime. I will be lenient with you." A silence was among everybody who attended this arraignment.

 

"For your crime against Quetzal, an alpha member of the pride and his two friends, you must leave by noon and can never return. That way, you will have enough time to say goodbye to everyone." Both Sparky and Danielle had different reactions. While Danielle was thankful for a lighter punishment, Sparky acted like the end of the world came.

 

"Meeting over. Everyone return home." With the meeting ended, Sparky and Danielle walked out, first noticing the makeshift graves that they have made.

 

"Danielle, I am going to pay mom one last visit before leaving the village."

 

"Take all the time you need Sparky." Sparky visited his mother's grave, recalling all the events that had happened the day before until the sun rose to the highest it can go, when Danielle called for him.

 

"Sparky! It's noon! We need to leave before our leader gets any more angrier!"

 

"Coming!" Sparky then followed Danielle to the village gate, but not without bidding farewell to his mother. At the gate, before Sparky and Danielle left, they met up with Marcus.

 

"Danielle, Sparky! Please, take this bag of Blitzle meat I caught this morning. I know how much you two love it." Danielle and Sparky looked at the meat in allure and took it with them.

 

"Thank you Marcus. Though, isn't it against the law to help out criminals?"

 

"I don't care about what my father says! I know you two are innocent! I will try to prove Quetzal a liar so that your sentence can be repealed. However, I am not sure how long it will take. It could take years to bring this to my father." As Marcus said this, Sparky's nerves have calmed down from the meeting, feeling eased by how much Marcus would want to help them.

 

"Thank you Marcus! I will never forget the kindness you have given us. If only you could come with us."

 

"Sparky, as much as I would like to help an honorable Pokemon like you, I am afraid I cannot join you on your journey. My father will be very angry if I left the village for criminals. And Danielle, there is one more thing I wanted to give to you."

 

"What is is Marcus?" Marcus rushed up to Danielle and kissed her.

 

"I know you always liked me, and I always liked you. I only helped you because.......I love you." Danielle was shocked. Marcus admitted to both Danielle and Sparky that he had loved Danielle. "Your kiss definitely shows your innocence. Therefore, I will not give up on my quest of helping you!"

 

"Marcus, I don't know what to say. I always liked you, but I never expected you to say that you loved me. Very well, both me and Sparky will have to stay alive for you as well. I promise!" Afterwards, Marcus contently left them to go back home. Unfortunately, the three of them were being spied by Quetzal and his gang.

 

"Hmmm, what an interesting turn of events. The king's son admitted his true love towards Danielle and he thinks he can go against me......"

 

"Yes. He thinks he can. Want us to report this to the king?"

 

"No. I want to see just how badly he would go to help them. Besides, we have much bigger fish to fry."

 

"Speaking of which boss, doesn't this banishment make a turn on our plans of hunting down Sparky's flesh?"

 

"It does, but for the turn of the better. We will have many more opportunities to catch Sparky out of the savanna. After all, no one is around to watch us do the unspeakable. We have the mission of bringing back Sparky's head to the boss himself." With that, Quetzal and his gang rushed back to their homes, planning their strikes against Sparky and Danielle.

 

As Sparky and Danielle were going down the sun-blazed dirt trail, Sparky questions Danielle on where to go.

 

"Danielle, since we are banished, where is it that we can go to?"

 

"Sparky, we must listen to the words of Arceus. Did you forget that already?"

 

"Oh, right! I still remember that I have a score to settle with both the Legendary Pokemon AND the Shiny Hunters! I will not forget that!"

 

Sparky and Danielle walk along the Dense Jungle Path, going to wherever they believe they should be heading. What they don't know is that they are being followed by a mysterious Pokemon.

Togepi's a good decision. I was thinking of a Cubone as a partner to bail out the gang. I was also thinkiing that late in the fanfic, a Ruins-obsessed Blissey joins them when they make it to the mountains.
