Clair
Oh, welcome back, Twiggeus Maximus. :3 Also, Pokemon Ranch was the lulziest game I've ever seen in my life. I haven't played Colo or XD, but from what I've heard they weren't much better than PBR. Also, Celebi event coming to US, but Gamestop-only event. Someone pick it up for me, reset for a Timid nature, and I'll clone it for you. PLEASE. D': Too lazy to get off my ass to go to Gamestop. I already have to go there to pick up my copy of Black. Check Serebii for details. Compared to PBR, Colo and XD were awesome.Plus, they both have a kickass OST. ... hm.There's a Shiny Raikou event going on at our Gamestop now. O_o I got my wi-fi working on my ds, so everything's all right. My SS FC is 0647-4045-3181, btw. (Clair, are you gonna add my FCs to the first post? Dark's are up there...) Yeah, sorry about that. ^^'Time to get off my ass. ;D If they make a new Pokemon game, they SHOULD make it Brawl-style :3 Or maybe make something like Pokemon Mystery Dungeon for the Wii, that would be cool. (IMO) ...HOLD MiYAMOTO FOR RANSOMAND DEMAND A MYSTERY DUNGEON WII
DL
I wonder how it would look...I mean, they could do so much with the graphics they can't do in GBA/DS, like make the camera more..dynamic and stuff ...Now I really want a Pokemon Dungeon Wii ; - ;
Fusion X. Denver
Mystery Dungeon?Never went back and finished it..So how'd you turn into a Pokemon anyway?
Dark
Celebi event? Finally I can fight Giovanni in SS! I'll get 4 because I have D/P/Pt/SS. I can do the same for the 3 shiny legendary beasts if you want those, too. I already promised one set to a friend, but I still have 2 more sets, not including the 1 set I'm keeping. Actually, I need to pick up 4 Suicunes first, but you get the idea. Also, anyone want a free Pikachu w/Light Ball? They're having that event, too, and I'll pick 4 up when I go get Suicune. I got my wi-fi working on my ds, so everything's all right. My SS FC is 0647-4045-3181, btw. (Clair, are you gonna add my FCs to the first post? Dark's are up there...) I already have the legendary beasts, although I believe mine are Japanese. No matter, I don't care much for English versions if I already have the JPN version. But I would love a Timid Celebi if you can get your hands on it. <
DL
....I forgot, TBH. It's been so long ._. I think he was a mean person to his Pokemon, and as punishment, he was turned into a Pokemon. Tho I'm probably horribly mistaken.

Shradow
I wish they would make a Pokémon with a linear-motion battle system, like the Tales games. Poképark had something kind of close, but incredibly simplified.

DL
A liner battle system could definitely work. On the topic of Pokemon/Brawl (not really the latter) It would be cool if the Pokemon Trainer himself was in the battle, and his attacks involved many Pokemon. Like, B up, a Pidgeot soars below him and carries him up, then glides, b down, Pikachu comes in front of him and does a thunder thing, etc. Olimar has his Pikmin, why can't Red Ash Pokemon Trainer have his Pokemon AND be in the battle? Dark
I wish they would make a Pokémon with a linear-motion battle system, like the Tales games. Poképark had something kind of close, but incredibly simplified. Can you describe what a linear-motion battle system is, as I've never heard that term before. I probably call it something else, but I'm unsure about what exactly you mean. Or maybe a battle system like Kingdom Hearts (I could definently see a turtwig jumping out of the way and using razor leaf on command). Ehh... I guess, but that leaves it too open. In the Dragon Ball Z game I'm talking about, it is just a flat plane, a closed area, where you fight one enemy at a time. I think Pokemon needs something like that, instead of having to fight multiple enemies at once, or something like that.

Shradow
Dark, a linear-motion battle system is the battle system in any of the Tales games, such as Tales of Symphonia, Tales of the Abyss. Have you never seen any of those games?

Lonk
I never got a chance to play it, unfortunately, but one look at the characters makes me want to play it soo much ; - ;My older brother recommended this game to me as he wanted me to have the lengthiest gc game possible. I got it and was amazed. Even saying something minor about the characters is a major spoiler. Even mentioning Sheena's mission is a spoiler. Even mentioning Raine and Genis' heritages are spoilers. Even mentioning Kratos' history is a spoiler. Even mentioning Colette's fate is a spoiler. But the biggest spoiler is Lloyd's character development. Get it! You don't know how much you are missing. DL
I would, if Gamecubes existed to this day. But no, it would do me no good, as I do not have a gamecube controller for my Wii... And yes, that is the actual English dub for the game. But aside from that, that's basically what the 2-D fighting engine for the GBA Tales of Phantasia is like. If not, and there is no command system and it's some run and hit thing, then it looks complicated.
Dark
That looks weird as hell. I can't even see how the Tales game work like that, much less porting it over to Pokemon. <___<
DL
Actually it is run and hit. Yor character is always on semi-auto, or auto and if on semi-auto he'll attack when you want him too, but after the attack will run back. It may seem wtfish, but after you get used to it, it kinda grows on you.
Ice.
... So wait, it's completely luck based. ... How the hell is this series successful again?
DL
Not luck based >.> Maybe I'm not explaining it right. But it actually requires very minimal amount of luck.
