The Mushroom Kingdom

I'm quite saddened that those of you who are avid vgm-listeners have not added much to my list. By no means do I want the most obscure games to make their way into my iPod, but I'm not the best at memorization and remembering things, and as such, I've missed out on a ton of games. I've even reviewed the PM that Clair sent me detailing her extensive video game compilation, and still found some games to be missing. As such, I urge you to add any games you believe to have good music, and please address games I have missed.

Please do not mention Mario Party or Touhou, as those are two franchises that will take quite a while and I might as well do them over a summer break.

I do ask that ZeroChill or someone else that was actively involved in WCA in the original VGMS thread help with Fire Emblem songs.

Pokemon BW

Okamiden

Sonic Colors

Final Fantasy XIV

Mario Sports Mix

Donkey Kong Country Returns

Super Mario Sunshine

Epic Mickey

Kingdom Hearts Franchise

Please give Scott Pilgrim vs. the World a chance.

Or are you not doing non-Nintendo games?

You've been mentioning this game like twenty times, and considering your vgm tastes, I think you are being soooooper cereal about this.

...fine, find the best two tracks from the game, and if I like them, I'll review the ost.

KAtamari Damacy maybe? :3

Never heard of it; as such, find the best two tracks from the game and post 'em here. =)

Sounds a bit sloppy, especially the first track you gave me. But it sounds interesting enough.

Everybody that plays Scott apparently loves Another Winter.

The second one is there because it's a Mega Man-esque track.

And a lot of you know me and my Mega Man.

Super Mario RPG was one of the best games ever, but when I first started playing it on Virtual Console, the graphics literally hurt my eyes. I'm fine with NES graphics, since those are full-out 8-bit, and I liked Super Mario World, because it was in 2D and the rendering was simple, but 3D graphics on the SNES just did not work. It took awhile to get used to, and I still noticed that the transition from 2D to 3D was horrid. But other than that, the game was kick-ass.

I actually loved the graphics of 7 Stars. To me the 3D as amazing and very well done. I used to spend many hours (probably around 5-10) a day playing it. I never could get the Super Suit by doing 100 consecutive jumps though. I think my record was between 75 - 80. Culex was easy if you gave Peach the Lazy Shell and just had her use the Star Egg and Rock Candies.

SUPER LUIGI LAND

Also, you should steal it then. <3

The reason i want a Paper Luigi is because of the books we could read of his adventures. I think it would be awesome if we could play as Luigi going on that adventure. :) (I think it was the Waffle Kingdom?)

I don't think that would be very good in the long run. XD I'm actually trying to get a job so I can buy alot more things. I bought all of the main Zelda and Metroid games. I just need the Mario games. I also want a whole bunch of book series. If only I was rich. XD

The 3D was terrible, in my opinion. It was some weird blocky-midget thing.

And Bowser's sprite scared me.

Culex was easy though.

I prefer when Bowser looks all scary. He was also scary looking in Super Mario 64.

Culex was pretty interesting though, with all his crystals. Although I had to keep revivng Mario and Bowser. Peach just sat there taking one damage from every attack, only using the Star Egg.

Nonono

64 Bowser was cool scary.

7 stars Bowser was disturbing scary.

Right up there with Guts Man's sprite.

*shudders*

I thought they were both cool scary. I loved seeing Bowser use his Drill Claw, and the sound effect it used when you timed it correctly was amazing.

My favorite Megaman series are Megaman X, Megaman Zero, and Megaman ZX. My favorite character is Zero. Although the only games I have are Megaman X: Command Mission & Megaman Zero Collection.
