How long is one combined day-and-night cycle?

 

If it was a bit less than 15 minutes, you could do a Majora's Mask type thing and make your videos like Day 1, Day 2, etc.

 

If each day-and-night cycle was longer, you could do Day 1, Night 1, Day 2, etc...

 

Also, I suggest for newcomers, in the description, you right how to get some items. Like a shovel was, what, wood + wood + stick? You did it fairly fast, but I wasn't able to catch what item combos make what.

 

A single day is about ten minutes, and a night cycle is ten minutes. However, for now so little will happen at night since I can't see, there is nothing to show. And then once I start digging into caves I'll be losing all track of time. I thought about doing that, but those things have kept me from being able to easily.

Yeah, that's true. Once you lose track of time, it disrupts the entire day/night cycles. So you would be better off just doing "Parts".

Trust me, once I get into the mines, I won't care anything about what time it is. Because then I'll have coal, and then every time will be day time.

Well, there are tons of items in it. The main things you'll need are Pickaxes to mine minerals with. Coal, Gold, Iron, Diamond are the main minerals you'll see. I think there are more, but I haven't seen them yet if there is. Sometimes you'll find blocks you can't break with a pick, so you would have to get gunpowder.

 

Well, right now it's mainly to survive and whatnot. The creator said he would be adding more of a focus over time, as the game is just in it's Alpha stages right now.

 

When I start recording again, I'll check that and hope it helps.

There is a multiplayer function, but it's still testing right now. I cba to mess with it currently.

 

Fourteen bucks to be able to play the Alpha, and all updates are free after you buy.

Not a full all-nighter. I started Saturday at around 10 pm-ish, and finished around Sunday at 4:30 am-ish. Yeah, 6 hours+ for that many FF OSTs. Ugh, I was so goddamn tired afterwards, but how could I sleep?
