Stealth Rock is no longer a TM in Black and White, meaning the only Pokemon that can have it are those that learn it via level-up, those that learn it via breeding, and those imported from DPPtHGSS. But if you import from Gen IV, you cannot have BW Egg Moves nor can you have Dream World abilities.

Uh, Dark Pulse is gone. Roost is gone. I don't remember which ones exactly, but those are a few. I think Dragon Pulse is gone, too.
