That is the official time limit on Who Wants to be a Millionaire. It works out perfectly, unless if you need 60 seconds to find the answer.

During the old WWTBAM, there was no time limit, because they realized people might have needed time to think.

 

Personally, I feel the questions have gotten easier, which is why they imposed a time limit in the new version with that girl host.

If there was no time limit, it is easy to sneak up a few searches. Lifelines are important to give more of a refresher to people as well.

Of course a club can stay on topic. Can a shop reach 100 pages with only orders and such? Of course. Just go see mia's shop. This place is going to get locked if you guys keep getting off topic though.

Clubs center around discussion, which will inevitably go off-topic as discussion in real life does

If you look at all the successful clubs (ones over 100 pages), I'll bet almost all of them are talking about something completely random

My computer was all infected with all this adware so I had to get it fixed. Just thought I'd let you guys know. Anyways, just to keep on the topic of Mario, I recently began playing Super Mario RPG on snes. I've got to say that it is one of the best Mario-RPG's I have played in a long time. If anybody has anything they'd like to add, like what their favorite part of the game is, that would be good.

This club is moreso based on video games (like any seemingly themed club; take Club Pikachu, for example: they don't always discuss Pokemon nor Pikachu, and sometimes they don't even discuss video games), and the WWTBAM discussion was about video game trivia. I fail to see how any of us were off-topic, except this post, which was replying to your off-topic post. <3
