You can't possibly say that Miku's voice isn't "too robotic", because in some instances - for example, Melt and The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku (/lol) - her voice is used in a very robotic sense. Especially in the latter, when they truly try to show that Miku, in literal sense, is just a program working in a computer. I don't think you can compare "feeling" to their "robotic tone" when it comes to Vocaloid, because what's trying to be expressed is the fact that they're devices. Most of their songs go deeper into meanings of other things, but you still have that feeling of what Vocaloid truly is - a singing computer. However, I'll give you props, because Miku is truly the Vocaloid that doesn't have such a drastic robot voice, but you can still immediately tell that it's there in her tone. Honestly, I feel that the most feelings devoted in their music would be when Luka and Miku sing together - in Magnet and World's End DanceHall.
