There once was a kingdom very far away

A kingdom made of nothing but grey

Inside lived a boy who could not decide

Whether he was black, or if he was white

 

A part of him was peaceful and kind

He was only proud of his poetic mind

And the other part saw the evil of the land

He aimed to change that with his own hand

 

Why was he the only one who should know

But before he could speak out, his body gave a lurch

He fell to the ground, one hand on his head

And stumbled away, before anything was said

 

He sat against a tree, looking up at the sky

Wondering about the girl, he did not know why

She was at a church, tears streaming down her cheek

As for the boy, from his face a single tear began to leak

 

Well, it had to happen now

And ah, that style could work... Although I wonder how I'll make it awesome like it is in that drawing....

Also, I suppose Dai is a half Voyakiloid. His dark half is the one that sings songs with angst and stuff.

 

@Opal - I suppose yeah, the black and white concept is overdone. But unlike the usually nice and kind white, Dai's just poetic and philosophical, so he CAN see what mankind really is, but unlike his black self, he's impartial. His black self (as SOn of Grey put it) wants to change the evil of humanity, and ONLY sees the evil.

But vocaloids are supposed to sound like vocaloids xD

 

Nor do I have such equipment, although I have my webcam, which has actually a nice voice capture, for a webcam.

 

I'd thought about it.

 

Maybe I'll give it a try with Son of Grey.

You know, Vocaloids sound like Vocaloids because of voice actors' voices put through massive editting.

 

Unless you want to call it a fandub of yourself, which would be weird xD

Also, I thought that the voice synthesizers just had voices BASED on ppl IRL. But the people just record every syllable, and the ppl put syllables together into songs, right?

 

Also, funny thing, I was like the 3rd person to join that forum, but I never posted.

Newer Vocaloids like Yuki Kaai and Hiyama Kiyoteru sensei? They were apparently released in Dec. 2009. That's really new. For some people anyway xD

I find out something funny about SF-A2 Miki and Hiyoteru sensei. Apparently Hiyoteru got complaints because his voice refuses to blend in. Miki got complaints because her voice is too unnoticeable. That and Miki's design was considered retro...
