LarvaeMothKaiba
As long as there is money to be made off Sonic, they won't.
Lonk
I think the lowest point of Sonic was Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 (Can some one tell me again why it is so horrible?)
werewolfjedi
IMO they stopped being good after the 2nd game on the Genesis. I really liked Sonic Advanced though. I dont even like sonic' date=' so i dont care.[/quote'] +1 Post Count Sonic 3 and Knuckles drove me up a wall' date=' and possibly to a bit of insanity. SO... MANY.... BLUE.... SPHERES.... AFASDBHLSFSLFHAFAKGFDLGGGLGSDDGBURNBURNBURNTOTHEGROUNDWOOBURNTOTHEGROUND[/quote'] This. The amount of dead traps in Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles were just ridicilious, had incredible cheap placed enemies, both of them have some serious level design flaws, Carnival Zone and Sandapolis Zone being the most notable and you actually got the possibility to get stuck into walls. Even the manual adresses the "get-stuck-into-walls" glitch, but instead of admitting its a glitch, they tell you its the most deadliest trap of Robotnik that is so deadly, that you actually have to reset the game in order to get out of it. the emulated version on the gamecube, they fixed that, in all the time I played, it never happened once. and I have 4 sets of finished games, with all hyper ems. ChaosDreadX
Shadow, Chaos, Rouge, and E-102 Gamma are actually in more than one game. Shadow is in I think 3 or 4. E-102 is in 2. Chaos is in 3. Rouge is in 3 as well. Shadow, Chaos, Rouge and Gamma are apart of these games as well and are essential to the storyline. The second and last game Gamma was in. That storyline made me fu**ing angry. Eggman rebuilt him, same name, same design but no memory. I wish Gamma would've lived. Well, I wasn't excluding Gamma, Rouge, Shadow, or Omega from the series as being in multiple games, only those that appear in certain spin-offs (Sonic Riders, Sonic Shuffle, Sonic the Fighters). But Shadow isn't necessary to Sonic's storyline anymore, nor is Rouge. Shadow has his own personal matters whereas Rouge is a treasure hunter (replacing Fang the Sniper's role). Gamma & Omega are more essential than them; they cause incredible conflict to Sonic & his friends since they're from Eggman's army (Omega is on hiw own, but still wants to destroy Sonic and Eggman's robots). And to the person who thinks Metal Sonic isn't part of the series, he actually he is and is apart of the storyline. Rouge and Shadow were essential to the Emerl era though if you remember. Gamma was in the Emerl era as well.
PowerlinX
Shadow the Hedgehog was really fun. It's the only Sonic game you go around shooting stuff. But the Genesis had the best Sonic games ever. Sonic 2 was the best. I actually beat it for the first time about a week ago
