You didn't stop making these suckish things...

And "You don't win" doesn't make sense. I'm not Groudon or Obelisk' date=' but an existing 12-year-old boy. Why would I ever win or lose in this battle?

Anyways, Obelisk.

[/quote']

By You don't win I mean

ever since the first one i made last year people have been saying things like

I win cause there both fictional characters etc.

Obelisk, hes way bigger and has been around for thousands of years sealed away in a rock, he would be pretty pissed when he comes out and Groudon is well......flattened.

Crap! *Facepalm*

Anyone know a yugioh card about the same stats as Groudon?

Uh' date=' for once the fight is actually balanced. Groudon is the god of land, while Obelisk is the god of evil and stuff (he's supposedly based on Set, but his powers are poorly defined). They're complements of each other.

The fight could go either way; Groudon is basically the Pokémon version of Obelisk and vice versa. (Horakhty = Arceus, of course.) They're evenly matched because they're basically parallel versions of each other.

either way, if it was lucario VS oblisk, lucario wins, but Oblisk wins this

lolwut

You say this like Rukario is in any way superior to the god of land.

Seriously, Groudon forged the continents on its own. Rukario, no matter how cool he may be, has absolutely nothing on Groudon.

[/quote']Groudon's been sealed away in a rock for thousands of years too. >.>

Also, size matters not when you forged the continents. It would be child's play for Groudon to make itself into some golem of rock and magma to battle Obelisk. Remember, while water dominates the surface, only Groudon's domain lurks beneath it.

Lucario, ultimate fighting master, gets stronger as hes hurt, is the most kung fu master in the pokeverse, can talk with his mind, groundons to slow to even catch lucario, because lucario can use extreme speed, and while pokemon will somtimes win, Obolisk wins this one

Lucario' date=' ultimate fighting master,

[b']lolno. That's Mewtwo, actually.[/b]

gets stronger as hes hurt,

Against an über? He'll go down in one hit. Also mind that the "stronger-as-he's-hurt" thing only applies in Brawl, in which Groudon will still send him flying off the screen without so much as flinching.

is the most kung fu master in the pokeverse,

lolno. That's Hitmonchan and/or Hitmonlee, actually.

can talk with his mind,

Just like... every Psychic-Type in existence. Irrelevant.

groundons to slow to even catch lucario,

...

...I can barely begin to describe how wrong this is.

Besides the fact that no one ever misses in Pokémon, THEY HAVE THE SAME BASE SPEED.

because lucario can use extreme speed,

lolno. Extremespeed: 5 PP, 80 power, Normal-Type, strikes first. Nothing in there about speed or evasion.

It strikes first... and promptly bounces off Groudon's 140 base Defense. Rukario only has 110 base Attack to keep up.

Then Groudon uses Earthquake, which has accuracy 100, is Ground-Type and therefore super effective, and uses all of Groudon's 150 base Attack.

The best Rukario can do is hope Aura Sphere will do the trick through Groudon's high Defense and decent HP. Assuming Groudon isn't faster already, since they have the same base Speed and there's no telling what the Groudon's IVs and EVs are. Oh, and if Groudon's already used Bulk Up, it's finished.

and while pokemon will somtimes win, Obolisk wins this one

Again, they're equivalents of each other. Slifer = Kyogre = Palkia, Obelisk = Groudon = Dialga, Ra = Rayquaza = Giratina, Horakhty = Arceus.

If it were an actual fight' date=' I would have to vote for Obelisk:

1) Obelisk is much larger than Groudon

2) Obelisk is an Egyptian God and has been around for a LONG time, meaning it has TONS of power

[/quote']Same arguments: Groudon is a god too, and can effortlessly use the land it created to make itself a new body on par with Obelisk's.

Considering Obelisk levitates and automatically makes itself immune to Groudon's Earthquake...

Although, since Obelisk would be considered Rock/Psychic due to levitation, if Groudon were to launch an automatic Solar Beam at a Rock/Psychic Obelisk, that's pretty much end-game right there. If Obelisk was Rock/Flying (lol), shouldn't a Thunder from Groudon (Yes, Groudon can learn Thunder) end the battle right there?

I'd have to say Groudon on this one.

In terms of battle Obelisk would obliterate Groudon.

lolno.

[/quote']On the other hand, Obelisk would probably have high-powered Fighting-Type moves at its disposal (FIST OF FATE!), and probably a similar base speed (~90). This is the best analysis yet, though.
