The above statement is a lie.

 

[spoiler=[color=#C71585]+[/color]Workers and Customers Bill of Rights]

As a Customer:

+You have the right to ask for a redo or to ask for a slight or drastic change in a product.

+You have the right to order 3 or less items at a time.

+You have the right to speak you're opinion on a product without having to spark an argument.

+You have the right to use a product on another forum as long as the product is credited.

+You have the right to cancel an order, as long as 24 hours have not gone by.

+You have the right to use the product however you please, as long as credited i.e: Renders, Custom images.

 

As a Worker

+You have the right to decline an order without having a reason.

+You have the right to remain silent if a customer is not pleased with the product

+You have the right to take up to 3 days on a single product.

+You have the right to work part or over time. i.e: If you will be busy you can ask to work only certain days a week, or if you want extra points, ask for over time. As long as it's ok with me. You can also ask for vacations if needed.

+You have the right to name you're price.

+You have the right to quit whenever you please.

+We are a High Quality shop, so expect high prices. But bear in mind the term "High Quality"

+Like I said High Quality shop, we only accept GFX'ers who have been in there work are for a while i.e: Render'ers. Must produce only High Quality renders. Spriters must produce top quality sprites. Taggers: at least high nov Tags/Avatars, must know the basics. Logo Makers, same as the rest. Custom images, only HQ renders and again must know the basics (No Wanderly noobs).

+There is too be absolutely no fighting in this shop, any fighting or disregards of the rules, will cause an immediate ban from the shop, Customers and Taggers alike.

+When Hiring and Ordering i like to use Rankings to establish quality. What this means is I will occasionally use "A" "B" and "C" when I accept an applicate, the higher the grade the higher the price, but the higher the quality. This give you as a customer the power to determine what it is you are looking for, quality or a cheap buy. But keep in mind that even a "C" worker is still, better than most taggers on this forum.

Expertise- Leave this empty I will fill based on what i think is you're best department.

Departments- List everything that you can make, gfx-wise. I will choose what you can work with. For example if a person lists they make renders, and tags. I think there tags are good but render work isn't at least C material. You can only make Tags in this shop, no renders.

Grade- Leave this empty too, i and any managers will class you according on you're products quality, we will class each department seperately, and then come up with you're overall grade.

Position-Again leave this empty, i will choose what you will work as, right now we only need workers, later you can be promoted and what not.

Examples-Provide in a spoiler at least 3 examples of each department. Remember that the more examples the better.

Well this is something that is gradually worked on and change depending on income and business. But for now, customers: When making a payment send it to me through donation, at the end of each week, in this case every Friday workers will be paid based on percentages, starting next week, since this week is finished, although if we get immediate business then i may start send surprise checks. Reps for our customers are always appreciated as well.
