Ok, I made it real. Anyways, here are my 2 cards!

Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 3 WATER monsters. This card's Type is also treated as Aqua and Spellcaster. As long as "Fidelity Conqueror - Rangiku Matsumoto" remains on the field, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 WATER monster to have this card gain ATK equal to the Tributed monster until the End Phase. Each time this effect is activated, place 1 "Hyorinmaru - Ice Ring" Counter on a monster your opponent controls (max.1). A monster with a "Hyorinmaru - Ice Ring" Counter on it cannot attack or change Battle Position. Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster with a "Hyorinmaru - Ice Ring" Counter on it. If the destroyed monster was not a WATER monster, send a number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to half the Level of the destroyed monster (rounded down). During each of your End Phases, remove from play 1 WATER monster from your Deck. If you do not, destroy this card and take damage equal to half of this card's ATK.

This card's Type is also treated as Spellcaster. As long as "Blizzard Conqueror - Toshiro Hitsugaya" remains on the field, your opponent cannot select another monster as an attack target. When this card destroys a monster by battle, place 1 "Haineko - Ash Barrier" Counter on this card (max.3). Once per turn when your opponent declares an attack, you can discard up to 3 cards to remove 1 "Haineko - Ash Barrier" Counter from this card to decrease the ATK of the attacking monster by the number of cards discarded from this effect x500. If a "Blizzard Conqueror - Toshiro Hitsugaya" is in your Graveyard, you can Tribute this card with 3 "Haineko - Ash Barrier" Counters on it to Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position.

When there is "Izuru Kira" on your side of the field, this card ATK gain 1000 points and you can control one of your opponent monster(s) until this card is destroy.

 

 

Lore: This card can be Special Summon when there is "Gin Ichimaru" on your side of the field. When this card is successfully Special Summon, you can destroy one Spell or Trap card on your opponent field. When there is "Gin Ichimaru" on your side of the field, this card can attack twice once per turn.

Anwyays, here are my Round 2 cards:

This card can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard. When this card attacks, it gains 300 ATK during the Damage Step only. When you control a face-up "Yachiru Kusajishi" this card gains 200 ATK. This card cannot be tributed except for "Kenpachi Zaraki - Released". There can only be 1 face-up "Kenpachi Zaraki" on the field.

 

 

 

I already told you in Page 2 about his OP'edness... So I won't go over that again.

 

I made the card look like a black-and-white Ghost Rare, so it looks pretty cool to me.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. If there is a face-up "Kenpachi Zaraki" or "Kenpachi Zaraki - Released" on your side of the field, this card cannot declare an attack. If a face-up "Kenpachi Zaraki" or "Kenpachi Zaraki - Released" on your side of the field is destroyed, this card gains 1000 ATK.

 

 

 

If you don't know much about Bleach, Kenpachi always makes her sit out of a fight, which is why I added that effect.

 

Also, when he gets injured, she gets nervous and then angry, which is why I added the ATK boost.
