Your opponent must then call stop. If this card stops and is not right-side up or up-side down, keep rotating this card until it reaches 1 of them. This card acquires the appropriate effect depending on the position:~right-side up: Increase the ATK of this card by 2000 points for every "Arcana Force" monster on the field.~up-side down: Decrease the ATK of this card by 2000 points for every "Arcana Force" monster on the field.
