Phoenix, who was standing on a building, watched as Arc transformed. "Interesting. Apparently these duel spirits like to take the shape of a human and transform into their Duel spirit form when they want to." Phoenix says, pulling out a card from his ability deck. Jumping down off the building, Phoenix activates the card yelling "Psychic Sword!". He lands on the ground, the sword appearing in her hand. "This sword won't be enough." Phoenix says in thought, Pulling out another card from his ability deck. "I summon the card known as The blue eyes white knight!" Phoenix says, A knight in blue armor with the helmet shaped like a blue eyes white dragon's head.

 

 

 

(The ability deck is where Phoenix keeps all the cards he uses for his powers.)

This is just getting out of hand. "This is just getting out of hand." Arc said, quoting me. She immediately bashed the knight aside without a second thought, and then burned the knight into the ground mercilessly. She then literally set the knight on fire. And then faced the two humans that stood before her, turning to see them both. "I summon the fact that this rescue was too convenient."

 

Protheus tapped his foot. This battle would never end, he thought. He waited for Leo to finish this duel with Malefis already.

"I do not mean to harm the girl. Only you." Phoenix tells Arc. "That dragon works for the Five-Headed Dragon. I work for the Duel Spirit Resistance. A group who tries to stop Five-Headed Dragon." Phoenix says. Now, perhaps we could settle this in a duel? Phoenix asks Arc, activating his duel disk. "Because I really want to duel a duel spirit and one that works for the Five-Headed Dragon would be a nice opponent."

Pandora's eyes lit up as she ran over to Arc and wrapped her arms around the dragon's neck. "Aww! You're so cute!" Pandora nuzzled up against the stunned dragon until some guy jumped down from a nearby building and attacked the two of them with a knight. Pandora watched in awe as Arc protected her and subdued the knight. "Arc, I promise you, I have no idea who this guy is." Pandora then concentrated. "I am still not very proficient with my Psychic abilities, but his name is...Pheonix. He apparently sees me as a damsel in distress."

"G-Get off me, that tickles!" Arc exclaimed, trying to shake off the human. But it was too difficult, and she didn't even have any arms either, so she couldn't throw the human off. This was way too odd. Was the human an infant or something? The human definitely acted like one. "He sees you as a damsel in distress, yet one time when I was a damsel in distress, Kaibaman, who is known as a 'true hero' among us, just ignored me since he didn't view me as a damsel in distress and let me rot in a cave until help came two days later."

Pandora managed to acrobatically swing herself onto Arc's back, then petted the wyvern before hearing what Arc had to say. "That's horrible!" The cyborg girl exclaimed. "I've met other versions of Kaibaman before, and all of them have been very noble and kind. Why is this dimension so different? And could you please let one innocent human girl become your friend? I promise I will never hurt you." Pandora hoped that Arc would be willing to accept the offer.

"Girl, you say?....Strange, I thought you were much older than a girl." Arc said. She simply sighed. "You can be my friend if you can get off me, as I intend to go back into human form so as to duel this random stranger. And what was that about dimensions? You come from a different dimension? That's simply impossible....never mind, could you please get off?" She then waited for the girl to get off her back. "Thank you, now we're friends. How old are you anyway?" She asked as she turned back into human form and faced Phoenix. A Duel Disk appeared on her arm.

Pandora dismounted, and shook Arc's hand before the wyvern-girl turned to face Pheonix. "I believe a proper introduction is in order. My name is Pandora Atlas, and yes, I do come from a different dimension. An alternate timeline, in fact. And I don't really know what my age is. Mom says I'm supposed to be 15, but we both have no idea, because I was raised in a strange dimension where the concept of time was very different than normal. In fact, back in the City, I was the only real indicator that time was passing at all!"

Arc was confuzzled by all this. But for some reason she was accepting it as if it wasn't nonsense.

".....Uhhh....uhmm.....Alternate timeline? City? What City? And who's your mom anyway, leaving you behind here? I'm pretty sure every mom's job is take care of their child, so why'd she leave you here, in this dimension?"

Yep, she was completely confuzzled alright.

 

NeoProtheus decided that he might as well scan the world for Itsu, she was bound to visit almost every dimension he visits, with the clear exception of the Falsebound Kingdom and some others. He left Leo to his own job and then went into a corner, while activating his invisibility cloak again. He pointed his left middle finger at the sky, which sent a signal into space, in actuality, a satellite. This satellite was originally a TV satellite but it had already been abandoned for twenty-or-so years, and then Protheus had taken the liberty of remodeling it. He then read the results. He used his own Search to try and find the word he had to find. Yes, it finally had a result of Itsu Solace. She was here. But wait, Damian Atlas, another Protheus Maximus....this was impossible..... He read the location. They were all at the same place, same coordinates, same spot, same stance.....they were the same entity! Protheus had a WTF look on his face, not that anybody could see it.

Pandora chuckled. "Don't worry. Mom once told me 'nothing is impossible, just improbable'. That means that if something seems like it can't exist, it probably does, but the chances of coming across that particular thing are very, very, very small. Trust me, there is a multiverse, a collection of alternate timelines coexisting together. In fact, Mom has the very important job of fixing the multiverse."

Now Arc was just more confuzzled than ever before.

"As for you," Phoenix says to Arc. "My name is Phoenix Kaiba. Son of Seto Kaiba. Now, Let's duel!" Phoenix says, His duel disk activating as he draws five cards. "Would you like to go first?" Phoenix asks Arc, waiting for a response. "Oh, One thing. Would you happen to know the location of the signers?" Phoenix asks. "Phoenix, Are you sure it's a good idea to challenge her?" Dragon asks telepathically.

Haseo finally reached the area Pandora was in and saw that Phoenix was beginning to duel a spirit that was really really confused at the moment, so he stopped his runner between the two of them. "That's enough Phoenix, I'm pretty sure she doesn't want to fight." Haseo looked over at the two girls he had an odd presence about him, dark yet noble, "So do you mind if I ask who you girls are?" Haseo know that one of them was a duel spirit but the other one completely confused him, it was as if she had the anima of two or three people along with something else inside her, she could pose a serous threat or a powerful ally.

Arc sighed. "I know where the Signers are, they're just-" She said, but was cut short.

 

(How DARE you break logic without any logical explanation whatsoever! I am forced to speak through the fourth wall to remind you, that without any explanatory back-story, and without even being listed on your abilities list, that you CANNOT KNOW ITSU!!! Thank you.)

Merciful Idiot said telepathically to Phoenix.

 

Arc simply paused, and she had no idea why. "They're just...well...tied up at the moment, let's say that. Anyway, I take the first move then. I summon Red-Eyes Black Chick." She said. A red egg appeared on the field. "I then send it to the graveyard to summon Red-Eyes Black Dragon." The red egg immediately exploded and in it's place was a black, skeletal dragon. "Now I activate this card, Inferno Fire Blast! Burn him!" The black dragon fired a black devastating blast from it's mouth, which then hit the human, and the damage was real enough. "Now I send that to the graveyard to summon Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon!"

The black dragon's skeletal appearance began gaining size. And then it looked like a real black dragon with red markings. "It has 3000 ATK now. I set two card and end. By the way, I am quite sure you are no infant or child, so I shall no mercy on you."

Pandora slipped away to the side, ran into an alley, made sure no one was watching, then gave a thumbs-up to the sky. "Thanks, Mericful, TheFinalFan." Pandora whispered. "You guys are always so awesome. I can see why Mom hold you two in such high standards."

Pandora batted her eyes and assumed the classic puppy-dog expression."Please, Mister Andrews?"

Pandora giggled, then looked at a different portion of the sky. "Mister Merciful, please live up to your name and treat TheFinalFan fairly. At least give him a negative rep for a little while or something. He really hates having his almost spotless reputation getting tarnished."

Pandora simply walked away, humming as she rejoined her new friend.

"I activate my trap! Morphtransition!" Leo declared as the attack was negated and Morphtronic Magnen was switched to defense position. "(Just need this to last longer, just a little longer, a little longer so the rest can get here.)" Leo thought with a smirk, unknowingly with a number of possibilities in his hand. He was still trying to pull off his favorite combos, after five years he had never learned. It was now he learned, or never.

Malefis sneered. "Stall all you like, child. I set two cards to end my turn," she said, smirking. Two facedown cards appeared behind the red and white dragon, which growled at the toy monster. She was not worried in the slightest. This boy would serve as a good chew toy for her. She was looking forward to him writhing in pain. That would teach him for even thinking he had a chance of survival in this changing world. Now that Spirits were reclaiming the world once more...it was only a matter of time before the scum that continued to fruitlessly fight for survival would realize how futile their goals really were.

Leo thought with a smirk "I set one card face-down and end my turn!" Leo declared with a smirk, awaiting Malefis' next turn. "(Come on, they need to hurry up! Wait..... Drat I forgot to tell them!)" Leo thought face-palming himself. "(........ Stupid.)"

"My turn." Phoenix says. "And I'll start with my heavy storm. So say bye bye to your facedowns. Then I play lightning vortex. I discard my white stone of legend to destroy all your faceup monsters. And since my stone of legend went to the graveyard, I can add a blue-eyes white dragon to my hand. Then, I play Ancient Rules. . Come forth Red-Eyes Black Dragon! Then, I play double attack. I discard my blue-eyes...and my Red-Eyes can attack twice! Now attack with Inferno Fire Blast!" Phoenix says

As the blast came at Phoenix/Dragon Haseo drove out of the way, seeing the girl run into the alley Haseo followed her making sure she was okay and to try to find out who she was and were she came from. When Haseo found her she was talking up at the sky and apparently it was talking back. "... Um excuse me but would you mind telling me who you are, well I guess its rude not to give my name first, I'm Haseo second in command of the of the Duel Spirit Resistance."

"During the End Phase of your turn, child, I activate the Trap Card, Burst Breath!" Malefis hissed, one of her cards flipping over, displaying a dragon sending a stream of fire. "By dismissing one of my dragons, I destroy every monster on the field with less DEF than the ATK of said dragon. So, your puny attempt to stall is useless!"

 

She pointed a claw at her Masked Dragon, which glowed and shot a powerful burst of fire into Leo's monsters, shattering both of them before it also disappeared. "Masked Dragon's ATK is 1400, meaning your weakling toys are scorched!"

 

She smirked and held up a claw, a card appearing in it. "You now have no monsters, human, no allies at your side. Vermin like you don't deserve allies. So I shall now Summon my Magna Drago!" A burst of flame engulfed Malefis' side of the field, forming into a red, fiery dragon. (Lvl 2, 1400/600)

 

"Now I shall command my Dragon servant to attack your Lifepoints directly!" she hissed gleefully. Her new dragon inhaled, spitting a stream of fire towards Leo.

Man in Black was watching the duel between Leo and Maleifis. This looks interesting. Mght as well check it out. MiB thought to himself. he mainly wanted to watch this because he sorta wanted to see that bossy Bi*** Malefis get creamed by a teenager. he walked up to them and spoke to them saying. " mind if I watch this Maley?" MiB said in a playful tone calling Malefis by the nickname he made for her. He was already 'dead' so why not have some fun.

Zac awoke to multiple blasts and destructive sounds coming from an area not to far away from where he had made his temporary back-alley home. "Whats with all the commotion at this hour? Can't a guy get a decent rest?" Now fully awake and slightly curious about what was going on Zac figured he might as well head to the direction of the noises. I really hope this is worth my time, Zac thought to himself as he ran. I cant spend to much time running around I need to find the Duel Spirit Resistance fast.
