Weird idea I had guys. I was thinking about perhaps doing some form of live splice video. Basically it would be a live feed of me doing some splices. People watching could comment or make suggests was part of the idea. Just wondering who here would be interested in that.

How long on average does it take you do to a standard splice?

Oh I'm not talking Youtube jumpking. I already have multiple tutorials and videos of me doing sprites on there. Some of which I do talk in, but trust me when I say that people don't know what I'm doing, and they need people to spell it out.

When I say live, I mean like a live feed.

Hard to say how long. Depends on the sprite of course. I do fear it might take a bit too long. I tend to spend maybe anywhere between 15 minutes and 30 minutes on one splice alone. That'd be the problem with the live feed, I don't know if people would want to sit through that the whole time.

Oh I'd use my mic for sure when doing this. I'm sure I won't stay on topic very well and probably rant about something on the side. Maybe even set some of my music to random if I'm feeling particular sadistic that day =P

Oh also I mentioned how on that one sprite I did a video of me making. Well here is that said video.

On the first one, the right arm seems to be set a bit low. The legs of the second one are kind of misshapen and the wings and ear/horns on it's head are both placed awkwardly. Like Jumpking said, the wings are placed a little too low on the third one. There is also some wing left near his head that you could clean up. But, they are better.

I've had to do one for a contest. I'd be Ok with them if people were more subtle with them. However I can't say I'm found of the typical Pokeball splice. I just don't get why someone would think adding wings and a tail to a Pokeball looks cool, especially when the the tail and wings are like 5 times bigger than the ball itself. If the changes were small, then I'd be fine. Mine was a Squirtle one, I changed the top of the ball to a shell pattern. Sadly I'm one of the few who think to do minor changes like that.
