"Sorry, but I much prefer actually stomping the s*** out of these pompous bastards then being a diversion. Also, I can tell you right now that Cortez and I should automatically be on separate teams for strategic purposes. To be quite honest, he and I are more powerful then you think. As to your one up mushroom and other item related problems, there should be a very healthy stock of it back in the city where most of my tribe resides. Oh, that's another things Cortez, my tribe was actually able to find a way to survive until I could return here and defeat Perfect Chaos, but apparently now I'm expected to be a leader of my people or something. Talk about unexpected consequences huh? I can't say that I have any experience in the matter, do you?" Shadow Zero then stopped himself from going even further off into a tangent and brought his mind back to the matter at hand. "Anyway, we should go back to my city, I can guarantee that we'll be able to be safe there for making plans and resting up before the attack on the Dragon Lords."

Cortez was surprised by what Shadow said, but didn't react. Instead he said, "Yeah, it would be better if we were. Having two people with similar Power Sets on one team is strategically stupid. And Fusion, here you go." He tossed a sac of 1 up mushroom to Fusion. He continued, "I'd say that we should have good trackers on the team that destroys the base, since you can probably HEAR Kisune anyway. And we don't know the security systems, so we need a stealthy weapon, too. Maybe a lightning controller, so we can short circuit the electrical systems. Then we need somebody who's good at gravitational control or just simply destruction. I propose that Liz, Tenkai, Ze'b, Shadow, and... um... I don't know most of the power sets with others, so is it okay if you guys can give ideas? Volunteers, or anything?"

Fusion split the mushroom into 3, then distributed the other 2 pieces to Bando and Tsuki. "Eat it. It's a special item that restores your 'life' to normal. These are very rare too, I wouldn't have Cortez use one unless we're pressed for time in a dire situation, like now." He turned to Cortez, "I don't know if Kurayami or this other guy will want to help, I'm counting them out for now because I doubt they want to, I bet they only came here for me." Turning back to look at Tenkai, he maintained a watchful eye on him. "Ze'b is a lightning user, I am too, but he specializes in it. I suppose he can go to the base. I will go with the team fighting Kisune, I've fought him before and can help everyone else coordinate attacks on him. Go, you should go to the base, your spider sense will be imperative for remaining undetected and to avoid or take out incoming traps. I'm assuming Zeru will want to come with me to fight Kisune, as he has unfinished business and seems to specialize in combat rather than stealth. Same applies to Bando, he can come with us, which makes 3 going to Kisune and 2 going to the base so far. Four if Tsuki comes, but this may be dangerous Bando, will he be ready? I suppose Shadow will go to the base, he sounds like he wants to storm in and destroy it, just make sure you enter stealthily first. Liz I suppose will go to the base for her tracking skills. So that leaves you, Cortez, and Derek. You two can decide which team to accompany. Just know, those going to the base may encounter Sven. Be ready for the fight of your lives, no matter which team you're on." Fusion addressed to everyone.

Cortez nodded. "Derek will go with you to fight Kisune. I'm going to prepare for Sven attacking any city. If you hear a random Tornado warning, that's probably me." Derek stared at Cortez as if he was insane. "What?" Derek said, "Dude, you're good at slaying dragons. Kisune would be easier to take down if you-" Cortez stopped him, "I don't think so. You have Earth Control, so you can get an advantage by grounding him. Also, since you can distinguish noises extremely well, they need you to find Kisune. And being a dragon slayer means I'll have the best chance of confronting Sven and surviving. It's risky, but it's worth a try. Since the world knows me as a legendary Knight who could possibly be dead, I'm going to send the broadcast. That'll be the cue for you guys to split up. And as a recap, Shadow, Tenkai, Liz, Go, and Ze'b are going to the base, while Fusion, Tsuki, Zeru, Bando, Derek, and the last guy with Tenkai that I never met or heard of get and incapacitate or kill Kisune. Objections?"

[Fusion X. Denver]

OOC: And it is here where I suppose we should wait for others to reply, El Make needs to make his stance clear and the others need to agree. But try not to disagree the team thing, we'll just be wasting time that way. Consider it like this, if you're on the Kisune team, you're fighting him. If on the base team, you may fight Sven.

IC:

"Uh none really. It's just..." Fusion turned to Tenkai and his accomplice. "These 2 have been strangely silent since they've gotten here. They may not be interested at all. But the base team has small numbers, if Kurayami's friend wants to go somewhere, go with the base team." He said to him. "Although I suppose bossing you around will only piss you off, so I'll let you decide. Just know this Kurayami, if you pick a fight, you'll be wasting our time and the world's. We need to get things going. So what will you do?" Fusion leaned back against the hospital wall with his arms crossed, solely focused on Kurayami and his accomplice this time.

[Dranzer]

Zeru and Ze'b just walked in while Cortez was explaining his plan."Well that sounds good to me.I need more destructive power to be in a team with me so Yurusu would work out great.I've actualy met him before and he has strong lightning to be used.So he'll help my new jutsu do incredible.Alright is everybody gathered now?All I need is fore Liz to pinpoint there location and I'll teleport us all there.We'll finaly launch our attack on the dragon lords."Zeru said with existment.

[El Make]

Yurusu looked up at the mention of his name, seeing the group of people that had amassed.

"Last time I doze off..." He said, "Anyways, it's true that I control lightning pretty well, but who the hell do you know me? I'm pretty sure I'd remember a face like yours..."

"Oh shut up Yurusu, just go with the guy if he wants it. Just don't forget where your sexualities lay," Tenkai mumbled as he turned to Fusion, who had been eying for a while now, "As for you... I'm suprised how dumb you think I am! Seriously man, do you honestly expect me to waste my time with your worthless lifeform while a threat like the Dragon Lords threatens MY life? Pathetic. I'm here to team up with you guys. As much as it sickens me to work with a bunch of good guys like yourself, teamings up the only way to beat over powered bastards. Plus, if I let them destroy all the cities, there won'tbe any supplies not destroyed for me to take." Yurusu stepped forward, coming up to Tenkai's side.

"I'm still more interested in that guy... But hey, if he can use lightning or whatever... I'm cool with it."

"Alright Fusion, we'll help you guys. Just don't think I'm turning good. The minute this fight ends, I'll be back to trying to kill you."

[Shadow Zero]

While Shadow was listening to the conversation that was taking place, Primus turned her attention to Fusion at his expressing disbelief about 'different universes' and the 'battle against Nexus'. "Well, like Shadow said, this all happened some many millennia ago. Shadow's ancestor and leader of the Ranmyaku Tribe, Ranmyaku Shadou fought side by side with Ze'Borova, Valyenciarn Furia, Xerar Fyurien, and many others across many universes in order to end the oppressionist rule of his father, Nexus. This universe, or dimension as the separate universes are sometimes referred to, was all but unaffected by the fighting, and was likely to only hear about the war against Nexus afterwards and pay little heed to it. That would probably explain why you have never heard about anything in relation to it before. But trust me, if you knew even a portion of what Shadow was told by his ancestor, you would begin to feel very, very small indeed. The power that Nexus wielded was so great, that he could easily destroy ten whole universes at once without breaking a sweat, all just before breakfast, if that's what he felt so inclined to do."

 

Meanwhile, Shadow heard some sneering comments from the two people that were teaming up with them who, unlike everyone else, was evil. He couldn't care less about whether they were good or bad people, but he wouldn't stand such talk at such a time where serious plans for an assault were being made and were about to be carried out. He summoned a mass of chaotic energy around the trash talker and his friend and cause spikes to shoot up from the ground and imprison them. "Now see here you sorry excuses of a life form, we don't have the time and I don't have the patience to listen to yous badmouthing anyone and everyone around you just because you don't like the situation that we happen to find ourselves in. Keep on talking like that..." further spikes suddenly erupted from the spikes already in place, coming to within an inch of the two people that was the subject of Shadows ire "and you won't have much longer to live, understand?" Shadow then banished the chaotic energy that he had summoned, grumbling about rude people and their criminalistic tendencies. "At any rate, we should get some supplies together." With that, Shadow used Chaos Control to move himself and everyone else present to the Ranmyaku tribe's city, where they would be able to find all the supplies that they needed.

[BlackSkullCortez]

Cortez said to Shadow, "Take care of that I'll make the broadcast once you get back," not realizing Shadow was teleporting them. As they arrived there, he leapt back in astonishment. He then said to everybody, "I'll make a final recap: I'm staying out just in case Sven attacks. The base group, who I'll call Squad B, will be Liz, Shadow, Ze'b, Go, and Tenkai. Squad A, who will be attacking Kisune, will be Fusion, Tsuki, Bando, Zeru, Derek, and Yusuru. Zeru Liz will pinpoint the location of the base, and Zeru will teleport Squad B to the base. Make sure its outside, because we don't know how the interior could be. Then, Zeru will come back if he has to, he'll come back and regroup with the rest of Squad A, and Derek will lead the way to the first city Kisune attacks. Any other random changes before we continue?" Cortez would have preferred Perseus as a source of weapons.

[Fusion X. Denver]

"Shadow, I wished you would give a heads-up before doing that." Fusion said feeling disoriented. He turned to Shadow's friend Primus and said, "Oh...sorry, I kinda get lost with cosmic stuff, but I guess I understand. But this Nexus guy is gone right?" He then turned to Tenkai, "Kurayami, I'm glad to hear you have common sense after all. So now that we have you and your friend, Yurusu right, to help us, I say we take Yurusu to Kisune and you go with the base team like Cortez said. Your shadow skills should help concerning stealth and Yurusu is a lightning user we can depend on in combat I'm guessing, since he's traveling with you."

 

 

"Now that we have a plan, let's stock up on supplies." Fusion saw a store nearby and went inside. Luckily it seemed to have many items exclusive to the Mushroom Kingdom. "Whoa...Shadow was right when he said this city would be best for supplies.." he said in awe. Fusion only had a little money on him, but he managed to grab an Ice Flower, Mega Mushroom, Hammer Suit, and a Rock Mushroom. "Ladies and gents," he said as he walked out putting on his gloves and cap. "I'm ready."

[BlackSkullCortez]

Cortez asked Derek and Liz, "You guys need anything?" They shook their heads at the same time. Cortez then said, "While you guys supply up, I'm going to start the broadcast. I'm going to challenge the Dragon Lords, so I can get one or two of them out. And you two know how I'll contact you guys." They both nodded and leaned against the wall, waiting. Cortez teleported back to where they were before Shadow teleported them, and he approached the nearest cameraman. "Hey, do you have a minute? I have to broadcast something!"

[Dranzer]

"You mean you don't remember?" Zeru said to Yurusu while they were still in the hospital."You're the one that helped me into creating these guns.Memory gap I guess."After they teleported Zeru said"I've alredy prepared everything I need.So I'm ready to go.You guys gather provisions so we can move out.By the way after we come back as heroes we're going to need a name for our team.Ofcours every organization needs to have rumors about it."Zeru said joking,but everyone seemd to take him seriously.

[El Make]

Tenkai turned to Fusion, a sneer on his face.

"Alright, who the hell is the cosmic guy over here? Everyone seemed perfectly decent until HE started to talk," Tenkai said as he slashed a little shadow at Shadow's feet for taunting, "Anyways, I'm all geared up. So whenever you people are ready we can set out..."

"Wait," Yurusu chimed in, "I thought I was going to the base... or am I going to fight Kisune? I'm so frikin confused!" Tenkai slid over to Yurusu, whispering in his ear.

"Don't say it around that guy, for all we know he'll try to scare us again. I don't need you wasting valuable energy fighting him that could be used on a Dragon Lord... P.S., take this." Tenkai slipped a black stone into Yurusu's hand, "You'll know what it's for when the time comes." Tenkai slipped back to where he was originally, seeming to dare Shadow to say something.

 

Yurusu looked at Zeru, searching his brain.

"If you say so man..."

[Fusion X. Denver]

Go went to a smith and borrowed his steel wheel that was used for sharpening weapons. He took out his stingers and then sharpened them to their finest, then retracted them back into his wrists. Next he did the same with a sword made of webbing, which he had by that point mastered making as to where it could hold its own against a real sword. He also made a bow and some arrows, which he then sharpened as well. Go actually had a talent for archery, but after Akuma killed his parents, he never had the time to go back to it. He came out with his sword sheathed and the bow and arrows in a makeshift canister attached to his back. "I'm ready too. Did Cortez leave?" "Just now," Fusion said turning back to him. "Someone turn on a TV and go to whatever major news network is broadcast around here."

[Shadow Zero]

Shadow followed Fusion over to where he went to get his supplies and watched him grab several items, although he wasn't able to buy that much. Hmmm.....I heard that there was a time when Sonic and Shadow teamed up with Mario and Luigi long before the battle with Nexus, and that Sonic was able to use a Fire Flower to gain a new type of Super Form. That could come in handy. "Hey guy, I'll take everything you've got. If I remember correctly, you should be getting more in the next few minutes, so it should be okay." Shadow reached into his pocket and pulled out several gold coins, making sure that there was a little extra in there for the trouble of being temporarily out of stock. The storekeeper merely shook his head and said "You don't have to do that, I'd be more then happy to help out however I can." Shadow merely chuckled and said "What kind of leader would I be if I didn't set a good example?" Satisfied that there would be no arguments, he took the entire stock and caused it to float around him as he walked back to where Fusion had gone to the others by this time. "Okay, we have fire flowers, raccoon leaf, Hammersuit, Bearsuit, various mushrooms....OOO, the rare poison mushroom! This'll come in handy. So Fusion, see anything that you like?" Shadow was acting very nonchalant for someone who had easily just bought an entire stores stock of items, but he didn't seem concerned at all, almost as though he considered this sort of thing to be normal.

[Fusion X. Denver]

"Whoa," Fusion said, seeing all the items Shadow had around him. "To be honest, I think I'm all set. Well actually, I'll just take this cape here." Fusion took the cape and thanked Shadow for it. "If I want to fly, now I can without using jet-fires. Thanks man." He then turned on the TV waiting for Cortez to make his move. Kisune...you will die today, count on it. The world will be saved. He then remembered what Zeru said about a team name. "I don't know if we'll all be a team after this," he said turning to him. "But I'd be good for it. We'll think of name when we know people will be interested in that."

Derek managed to say, "Cortez has probably covered that."

 

Meanwhile, back at the ruins of the town, Cortez appeared on a broadcast worldwide, hoping to get a message to the Dragon Lords. "Attention to all the world. I know that this is a time of chaos, with the appearance of the Dragon Lords. If you haven't heard of me, I'm the Sacred Knight of the Round Table: Cortez, Knight of the Wind. What's behind me, you probably know of it. It's the ruins of Kougakure, after being attacked by the Dragon Lords. The Mizukage has been killed, and this town has been turned into ruins. In the meantime, they are preparing for their next encounter. However, this isn't a time to be in fear!" Cortez drew his sword. "The first Dragon Lord has disappeared, so that leaves only two more! Taking out one Dragon Lord shows that there is still hope for the people! We have not come to be destroyed; we still stand here, ready to strike! We have realized their goal: To take down every large leader in the world. However, as powerful as they are, we have formed a group that has a chance! We are -" Cortez paused to think, and he raised his sword into the air. "- The Omega Resistance*! We shall stand up to the Dragon Lords, and our power will put them to balance. We are the last resistance, the last power, and the last hope of defeating the Dragon Lords. Even if you have no power to do so, you will be defeating the Dragon Lords through us! We carry your dreams of survival, and that is our strongest weapon. We will not have our land taken: It has been ours for the many years, and we will keep it that way!" He started looking around. "Sven! Kisune! Can you hear me!? We will be the ones to strike you down. So, come out and fight us! Meet us in the desert at coordinates 18-15-19-7 for our battle!" He paused and jeered, "Or are you just too scared to show your faces? Like you would conquer the world with that." He ran off, and heard the crowd cheering behind him. Just then, he teleported back to the ruins, and said, "It's done."

IC: Seriously these battle preperations are lasting forever.The hot babe Liz can start by telling us there locations and if you guys are finished I'd like to start.Now Bando,Tsuki,Fusion,Derek,Yurusu gather around so we can launch the damn attack awredy."Zeru said that tired from waiting and wanting to get his revenge on Kisune.Be prepared Kisune.Because I will keep my promise and take your soul.

"Omega Resistance? Lame name..." Go said as he came back. Fusion clapped him on the back, "That was awesome! No way will they let their pride be spit on like that! Except...weren't we supposed to storm the base?" he waited for Cortez to reply and turned to everyone else. "Guys, it's time. Get ready, we're about to kick some serious ass." He tied his shoes, gripped his hammer, and tightened his cap, waiting for Liz or Zeru to take them to the battlefield.

OOC: Of course I create the hot chick now...

 

IC:Cortez stopped anybody from leaving and said, "We ARE storming the base. What I just did is supposed to get them OUT of the base. So we'll split up now, I guess? But the first group, don't leave until I give a signal to Liz." Cortez continued, "I'll go ahead of you guys. Discuss if you think you should change the plans. I want somebody to be there when they leave." Cortez ran the old fashion way towards the coordinates. The wind was light and it was scorching hot, but he endured it waiting for somebody to show up. "Now then, let's see if they actually did anything to respond."

[Fusion X. Denver]

Fusion turned to them, "I think what Cortez is trying to say is he's expecting at least one Dragon Lord to show up. It should most likely be Kisune, since Sven will probably regard us with inferiority. So the base team, you may encounter Sven, just be ready for anything. When Cortez gives Liz the signal, Zeru will teleport us to the desert, and Liz can direct Shadow to the base, he should be able to get you guys there with Chaos Control. You guys ready?"

[Shadow Zero]

Shadow heard the comment about taking out the leaders of the world and wondered if that meant that he would become a target as well. Well, it's not like it's become common knowledge yet that I am the leader of the Ranmyaku Tribe now, so it shouldn't be a problem. Shadow decided that he wouldn't worry about it and instead bought a sack that could fit a large amount of things in it, yet was featherlight at any weight and could shrink down to the size of a bag of marbles. He then packed all of the items that he had bought and went to buy a few more, including a few badges with an S on them. If he remembered correctly, they would make it so that anyone using them would be able to use the Screw Attack. He walked back with the supplies pocketed and said "Okay, ready to go. Just waiting for Liz to find that darned base so we can get underway already."

 

ooc: I can only guarantee another 1-2 hours more of being on. After that, I may not be on until sometime between 10 and 12, if I can get on again tonight that is.

[Dranzer]

"Hell yeah I'm ready.I haven't felt this motivation since I became a jounin.Ah the old days.Fusion this might be good time to tell you this.Rememeber during the time before we attacked Kirigakure how I told you Ihold valueble information.Well no I can tell you.The blood of the hero who saved these lands milions of years ago runs true you.If I'm corect you hold the ability to creat fireballs with masive damage.I figured this would be a good time for all of us to have a back-up move."

Fusion stared at Dranzer. "Blood of a hero? I don't get it...how would you know that?" He also formed a Shinseiken in his hands. "You're right, I can use destructive fireballs now." He then let it dissipate as to not waste energy. He turned to Shadow and said, "We're actually ready to make our move. Cortez is waiting to see if a Dragon Lord will show up in the desert. If one does, he'll signal Liz, then Zeru will teleport us there. That's when Liz will pinpoint you in the location of their base, which you can use Chaos Control to get the base team to."
