Akatsuki of YCM's Hidden Base

[Daybreak]

"Heh you're sharp as a hawk.", smirked Bando coming down form the trees. "You killed those four ninja back there didn't you!?" yelled Tsuki. Fusion looked down and nodded. This was really bad not for Bando of course but Tuski was alot weaker than Bando and if he had to face this guy head on he wouldn't make it Bando thought."I'm staying Bando we can beat this guy together." "I heard you looking for me what do want ?"Bando said.

[Fusion X. Denver]

Go thought about weapons for a second. Weapons out of webbing would be ideal for me...I doubt I could kill someone with them, but injuring should be doable. Using a sword was never my style anyway, so I guess it's fine it was lost during the space time rip at the temple. Go jumped into the hole and fired some webbing that started from the edges and he continued weaving them to connect and form a net. He landed safely and then used it to spring himself out of the hole. "That was cool, and if I try it like this," Go said as he fired another web net, this time with thicker consistency. "It can be more stiff and is the perfect tool for rescuing hostages during a chase or whatever." Then Go cleared the hole of his web nets and tried firing at the dummy with the thicker consistency. "This is perfect for holding opponents, it's harder to break and it's like a giant glue trap."

 

Next Go sat down and contemplated making advanced webbing shapes. He tried to make a web axe, but failed miserably. Same with a sword, javelin, hang-glider, and giant hand. Go started to feel foolish and asked, "What's the best tip for making weapons with webbing?"

 

"Hey kid, I didn't kill those ninja. That was probably a death trance that you ninjas are famous for putting people in, I merely defended myself because they attacked me." Fusion turned to Bando. "I don't know how you knew I was looking for you, but you were right. I came looking because when I visited Kougakure, almost all the civilians were talking about you. They want you back, you're a hero to them, and none of them know why you left them like that. If you're such a good influence on them, I figured I should find you and ask to return." Fusion then pulled out his Bingo Book. "However, I see you're in the Bingo Book here, S-rank I believe. Was this your punishment for leaving your village? Or is it that every other village wants you dead? Please answer my questions, I've spent a lot of time searching for you."

[Blake]

"It's not like the powers are born within my troupe... they are born out of it. then those people, until recently, would either die or run from where they were born, many joining us. It was cruel, as most parents would even attack their children if they had these powers." Black gripped his hands within his pockets, remembering his experience. "Those people... I hated them... I wished for them to die. They were naught but a source of cash for my troupe. I still wonder how that village was destroyed... by me... when I was not even concious, but I have to erase the concern from my soul, or I could not effectively lead them, now could I?" Black continued walking, feeling a change in Josep'd energy. He was worried about something, but Black was going to let it be. He was telling his history to a traveler, not asking for his story or his sympathy. "So, it should not be too long now."

[Shadow Zero]

The blue hedgehog turned to look at Crotez and raised an eyebrow sceptically. "I don't think so, although you do look like someone who owes me fifty rings. To bad I'm not going to get it from him, but hey, that's what happens when you make bets with pirates. They never pay up." The blue hedgehog raised his hands to his sides as he shrugged and shook his head before starting to walk off, apparently supremely unconcerned that the person that he was talking to was invisible for some reason or other. He then stopped and turned, looking in what he guessed to be Cortez's general direction saying "By the way, what's all this about a 'faker'? You telling me that you saw that fake hedgehog recently as well?"

 

Meanwhile, Shadow Zero finished reading the prophecy in the tome that he had been given by Shadow Zero that spoke of his coming, and that it would either herald the prosperity or destruction of his tribe. Shadow Zero was uterly shocked to find that his coming was not only foretold, but actually expected. As he gave the tome back to Ranmyaku Shadou he said "I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that there's been some sort of mistake here. I'm no legend, and I'm no child of prophecy. I only ended up here due to being in the middle of a fight with someone else, and the next thing I know I ended up landing in the middle of a clearing in front of this place." Ranmyaku Shadou looked Shadow Zero full in the eye, and in that moment he felt uneasy, as though he was but a child and he had rudely spoken out of turn. Finally, Ranmyaku Shadou spoke saying "You are the child of the prophecy, there is no other explanation for your sudden appearance or the fact that you are wielding the Burai Blade, of which there is only one in existence. Also, I am pretty sure that the part of the prophecy saying that the one spoken of in the prophecy, that you, would be wielding for objects of great power that were only refered to as 'lights'."

 

Shadow Zero feel silent, not sure of just what he could say. He could not deny that it was true. He currently had four of the Lights of Chaos in his posession, nor that he had the Burai Blade. As if that wasn't bad enough, it also said in the tome that the child of prophecy would have a heart of flame, which had suddenly appeared with him when he crossed blades with Ranmyaku Shadou. He felt as though he was being drawn into a world that he could never understand and that there was no way out. The only thing he knew for sure was that in order to get back home without having this eating away at his conscience, he had to tend to it, there was no way that he could leave it alone. In that moment he looked up at Ranmyaku Shadou and asked the one question that he knew was expected of him, but still dreading the answer all the same. "What must I do?"

[BlackSkullCortez]

"Tch. Jerk." Cortez turned into his normal form while the blue hedgehog walked away. "And just for the record, I'm not a Pirate! And I was referring to you, by the way!" He suddenly felt uneasiness from somewhere. He crossed through many halls of the ruins to find Shadow with Ranmyaku. Cortez, once again, turned into his Whisper Wind form, so only Shadow could see him. He managed to sneak behind Ranmyaku, who couldn't see him, and peek at the tome. When he realized he saw the back of it, he had to crawl in between Shadow and Ranmyaku, and it moved before he could see it. Darn it! Why does it always have to move at the last second? Cortez stood up and ran out before Shadow could say anything. I should just leave it to them, anyway. Right, Uhu? Right. I think you should continue your quest at searching for the World Rings. Cortez went searching in the desert for the Yellow Ring. He ran into a giant scorpion, which gave him trouble years ago, while he was a pirate. He managed to slice it open and obtain the ring without effort. He took the Yellow World Ring from its Stomach. "Great. That makes five. Just two more, and I can get back home." He knew where the Blue Ring would be. He started running towards the ocean. "Time to kill the Kraken. Or at least the Pirate God."

[El Make]

"Put some more speed into your movements! Hit harder! Dodge quicker! Move more smoothly!" Tenkai shouted as he swiped his hands swiftly, snapping shadows back and forth at Yurusu, who began to sweat at the exertion. Yurusu's current training was to dodge Tenkai's barage as if one single whisp of the shadow would kill him with a slow, creeping poison that had now cure. They had been going at it for hours now, this only being the afternoon's warm up.

"Damnit Tenkai! I don't know how quick you think I am without flash steps, but this is insane!" Yurusu panted as a shadow whipped his ankle.

"Oh yeah? Then where'd all that energy go? That power from when you fought Jazeth!?"

"I told you! It was only from absorbing his attack! It was like he super charged me, I'm just normal now!" Yurusu complained, snapping his head to the left to avoid a razor sharp shadow. Tenkai's anger, meanwhile, increased, letting his crash five shadows down on where Yurusu had stood a moment before he flash stepped to escape. Tenkai leaned against the wall of the cave, glaring at his partner.

"I know it was because you absorbed the blast. But couldn't you retain ANY of it!? For gods sakes, I wish I couls transplant the Curse Mark onto you, probably the only way you'd learn how to enhance your skills."

"Hey, why do even think you can make me so strong? I'm just your everyday shinigami, bankai the exception... and because I got shot full of lightning I'm a legend now?"

"No, it's because of what happened when you got that shot," Tenkai said, not taking his eyes off Yurusu, "And if I can make you better at base form, I can only imagine what you'll be able to do when you get hit again. If I can make you use more flashsteps, how many will you use with a charge? If I can make you lightning fast, how fast will you be with a charge? If I can make you shikai expand further, make it stronger, how strong will it be with a charge? That's the key Yurusu! To make you stronger with a power up, you need to be stronger without the extra boost! Now, get back over here, another hour as punsihment for you..."

[Daybreak]

Bando looked down at his feet and said,"I have been an S rank since i was 14 when my village was destroyed by Kunagakure." Fusion looked confused. "Why since then?" "Because that was the day I took down the entire village by myself." he stated. "I am wanted by the unallied villages as an S rank ninja." Fusion was amazed at this. At that point Kuna was at the height of their military power. He brought the whole village down by himself? "More to the point....I left the village because i have some loose ends to tie up. They are none of your concern." He said this with a darkness in his eye. " I have insurance for protection of the village, my old master."

[Fusion X. Denver]

OOC: Just letting you know, it's best not to control other characters in any way, but it can slide this time since that's how I'd react anyway :P

IC:

"Loose ends? What sort of loose ends? The kind that forces you to abandon your home and risk rogue ninja status for?" Fusion was startled that one man could take down a whole village, especially one full of ninjas. I better watch myself here... "Moreover, does your private business really take priority over your own villagers? I heard you were being considered for becoming the next Koukage, or whatever the village leader is called. You can't abandon your friends and family for something like loose ends." Fusion braced himself for anything. "Tell me what sort of business would take you from home. If I don't like the answer, I'll bring you back to the people myself!"

[Daybreak]

"Hmmm this sounds like the stroy of the sixth hokage and the last uchiha's story doesn't it? If there is any threat to my village I would go back. My former master will watch over it. I really care about my village but I have to do this before I become Koukage for the good of the village. I'll say it again that is none of your buisness. Now if you want to take me back to the village I have no choice but to object. Let's go Tsuki."

[Fusion X. Denver]

Fusion resigned for a second, but then objected, "Bando, if that really is the case, then I have no quarrel with you. However, your unwillingness to share your important business is suspicious, or perhaps I am just meddling where I shouldn't. But I don't believe you care about the village. If you did, you'd have announced your temporary leave to Kougakure so everyone would be assured of your return, instead of suffering from uncertainty like they are now. The other thing is, I, a B-rank criminal in the Bingo Book, attacked four ninja from your village, albeit in self-defense. Aren't you bothered that your comrades were soundly beaten by someone like me? You even thought they were dead and didn't seem too affected." Fusion then glared at Bando. "So what gives with the hypocrisy?"

[Daybreak]

"Heheh you just don't get it do you?", he said leaning on a nearby tree. "My village is everything to me, it's all i've got..." now aggresive. "Those ninja were some of my best friends and I will miss them but a ninja must not show any emotion", he said regrettably. "I don't know why they would attack you but from here on out....watch what you say to me...." he said with a deaththreat in his eyes."There was a ninja that attacked me was that from you? If it was you you will die here and now because he attacked someone from my village" looking at Tsuki.

[Fusion X. Denver]

"Oh right. Smothering emotions is the way you ninjas operate." Fusion said with distaste. "I wouldn't judge you for mourning for your friends, who are still alive I believe by the way, in fact, I think of you as a worse person for not showing any emotions." Fusion entered a battle-ready stance. "I don't have any minions of my own, so that wasn't me who sent any attackers your way. Anyway, if your village means so much, why abandon them without even a simple explanation?" Fusion was bracing for a fight, but hoped he could convince Bando to return through negotiation.

[Daybreak]

"Fusion.....when my village was destroyed I cried so much, for days. When it was done i promised myself i'd never cry again but...", said as tears streamed down his face. "Those were my friends and you killed them. I am mad at you but I think we can settle this through talking. But whatever you say i'm sorry i cannot go back to the village yet. There are ninjas out there that will attack the village!", yelled Bando. "That is why I cannot go back. Tsuki you go ahead. If you die in this fight i won't forgive myself. GO!" he yelled. Tsuki jumped to a branch and looked at Fusion for a moment and then jumped to another one out of view.

[Fusion X. Denver]

Wait a second, Kougakure wasn't destroyed...did he think I was talking about his former village? "Bando, I was referring to Kougakure as 'your village', not the one that was destroyed. I'm sorry for your losses and all, but you're contradicting yourself! You say you think we can settle this through talking, but you sent away your friend and are bracing for battle. Then you say you can't return to the village because ninjas will attack it? Do you mean they'd attack it because of you and you're going to eliminate all of its enemies before that happens? If it's the latter, you can't do that! None of them have committed crimes yet, that'd be genocide on the innocent!" Bando...is he suffering from emotional distress? His reputation precedes him as clear-thinking and has a high intelligence level. Maybe this is why ninjas are encouraged to never show emotions... Fusion prepared for anything Bando was about to do. "If you insist on a fight, very well. I'll beat your senses back into you."

[Daybreak]

"Heh, Fusion my old village was destroyed. I will never let that happen again! That is why I must destroy the people that threatned to do so with Kougakure. I don't want to fight. Tsuki is okay. He went back to camp. You are a good person based on your chakra. But I can also tell that you carry a heavy burden. I will put my life on the line for my village and Tsuki. I have notified the counselors and thy have told the village of the intentions of the ninjas that are threatning to destroy that village. I am also training Tsuki at this time. I care about my village it is all I have. Do you think I'd leave with it unprotected? I'll ask you one more time leave." At that moment Bando activated his Raigan.

[Fusion X. Denver]

OOC: I would apologize and leave, but for the sake of a fight, I'll have Fusion misinterpret that for the fight to commence >.> (since we both want it)

IC:

Fusion saw Bando's eyes change and he realized a fight was going down. "I see you won't take no for an answer. I'll just have to bring you to your senses!" Fusion took out his hammer and raced forward. His bio in the Bingo Book said he specializes in lightning jutsus, meaning he should know exactly how to conduct it to his advantage or counter it. Meaning my Thunderhand will be useless against him, as well as other lightning attacks. I suppose I'll test him out first. Fusion infused his hammer with fire and slammed it on the ground. A fissure with green fire emerging from it formed and headed to where Bando stood.

[Daybreak]

Bando moved 4 feet to the right and dodged it completley.He did so with his eyes closed. " So I see that hammer of yours is qute special. Well it won't work on me. My raigan is a kekkai genkai that allows me to predict what jutsu you will use. I guess it can't be helped. RaiMizu shot!" A spray covering a wide area erupted from Bando's hands and headed straight toward fusion. "What will you do now?" asked Bando

"C'mon, do you want it or not Yurusu?"

"I'm trying! If you could just make it a bit easier! Give me a few more inches, I could get it then!"

"Really, then how would you react as if it was your life force? Would you whine until you got clearance to go closer and save it, or would you try with all your might to reach it?"

"Okay, but I doubt an apple is on par with my life!" Yurusu yelled as he lunged again for the apple suspended in air, held by Tenkai's shadows. Yet he could not reach it, not with the shadow enforced bars infront of him, and each time he had it within reach, Tenkai scurried it away. Yurusu glanced over to his zanpakuto, which layed against the cave's wall behind Tenkai.

"I see you eying your sword Yurusu. But I'm doing this for your improvement. What if you two got separated? What would you do? Are you really that helpless without an object!?"

"It's more than an object Tenkai! It's part of my identity. It's like me taking away those shadows of yours... BLAST SPELL 32!" Yurusu rushed foward, the shadow bars exploding into dust like pieces. Tenkai brought the apple away from Yurusu, who charged at it wildly. Tenkai swirved the apple backwards, knocking it's chaser in the head and frustrating him very much.

"THAT'S IT! BLAST SPELL 18!" Yurusu yelled, a flash appearing and then the apple exploding into 5 even pieces. Tenkai dispersed the shadow he had used, and stomped on the apple's remains.

"Well, well... you crushed your own life out of frustration! Yurusu... you're a total IDIOT! Did you ever think to flashstep!? No use those spells to propell yourself, trick me, cut the shadow, anything!?" Tenkai growled, "Ugh. You're hopeless until I teach you to think on your feet."

"No need to be so harsh, I was pretty quick to escape Jazeth with his own power!"

"Please, a five year old girl could have come up with that... Alright, tomorrow we go head on. You versus me. This way, the only chance you have at survival is to use your abilities like no one would have thought. Use them in ways to fool me or suprise me... just don't die!" Tenkai mumbled as he threw Yurusu's zanpakuto to his feet, turning around and walking deeper into the cave.

[Daybreak]

Well that 's probably how he would react..=.= though i don't speak for him.

"Closing your eyes eh? Does that mean you're looking down on me?" Fusion was troubled by Bando's ability though. The power to predict your opponent's moves was a huge advantage, it'd be troubling beating someone like that. Fusion saw the incoming lightning blast and released jet-fires from his feet to dodge it and become airborne. "Your ability will definitely prove troublesome. But then again, there's one good thing about it." Fusion read Bando's expression and continued, "Sure you can predict what I'll do, but can you act quickly enough to counter?" Fusion suddenly burst forward so he was directly above Bando. A blue aura surrounded him as he turned to Kyoja Fusion; he used the sudden gain in weight to suddenly drop in the air. He felt himself impact into the ground very quickly. Did I get him? I can't tell with all the debris erupting around me. Fusion decided to focus his defenses and energy in preparation from an attack in any direction or from under his feet.

[Daybreak]

@ Fusion sorry won't happen again.

 

"Force Palm Jutsu!" he yelled from underneath Fusion at that moment Strong wind cut Fusion about 3 times and lifted him up into the air. Bando released the jutsu on fusion. So this guy is pretty quick huh? That is some jutsu he's got. He must've trained under someone good Bando thought. "Sorry but I have to end this and get back to tsuki." At that moment he lifted his arms at Fusion. "Time to stop messing around here." Bando said. He was concentraiting his chakra but kept his eyes on fusion.

[Fusion X. Denver]

Whoa! He repelled me in Kyoja form! Well, at least I only took minor damage from that, it's nothing significant. He looked down and noticed Bando was preparing something. What's he up to...whatever it is, it looks bad. I better match whatever is coming. Fusion turned to normal and emitted jet-fires from his feet again. He put his palms together and created a fireball. Next he intensified it with his energy and increased the heat and he soon had a sphere with properties of a nova. Just like with Kurayami. This is becoming a specialty of mine, I should name it...but whatever I do, I need to harness it correctly. I need both of my palms to contain it, and if its tampered with like that time... Fusion recalled Tenkai interfering with his move which backfired on them both and brought the fight to a draw. He sighed and focused on Bando. If it's like a nova sphere, then I'll go with- "My new special move, Shinseiken!" Fusion yelled as he flew down close to Bando and launched it at him. Will it be able to stay stabilized before impact?

[Daybreak]

Once again Bando closed his eyes and switched 20 feet to the right still having his hands at Fusion. He appeared out of nowhere right behind fusion and said "RaiMizu Touch."

He touched the back of Fusion's left leg although he wasn't sure that jutsu is hard to control. Immediatley after this Bando backed off. RaiMizu touch uses electricty to penetrate the skin and electrocute the bloodstream but for only about 12 inches area wise. He thought if he still is fighting me i might have to risk the *five second interval*.

[Fusion X. Denver]

Fusion sensed that his touch would be fatal. He whipped his leg upward, but Bando managed to graze it. Pain shot through it, but Fusion could tell he avoided the worst of it. That electricity burns. But now he's up close. When Fusion whipped his leg upward, it was still emitting jet-fire. Since Fusion's other foot was also doing so, his balance shifted and his body became parallel to the ground and perpendicular to Bando. He brought his legs together and charged his whole body forward right in Bando's way. He could use his ability to dodge, but in midair, the only real way to do that is to fall below. So Fusion twisted so he would face the ground and breathed fire in the direction where he predicted Bando would fall to dodge his aerial assault. Hopefully I'll inflict some damage here...

[Daybreak]

I have no choice he thought right as fusion barely touched him his hands shot to his right and left. Pain was felt through his body but he knew he was in time. "Shinra Tensei!"A force erupted from Bando pushing Fusion about 20 feet away trees were blown away all around Bando as he performed this justu. I can't use another jutsu for 10 sec. Grrr! he just had to fight with his hands. I know i did at least some damage, he thought to himself.
