It is the year 200X.

 

Dr. Wily has successfully taken over the world. He eventually died though, probably because of AIDS. How a 70-something-year-old got a sexually transmitted disease is beyond me. Anyways, after he died the Robot Masters/Generic Enemies and so on decided to take control of the world. Well, that got complicated and boring so they said "f*** that" and decided to create continents again. On the west side of the planet was a continent known as North Monstropolis. Inside of that continent was a place known as The United Segments of Monstropolis. All of the Robot Masters lived in this country (excluding the StarDroids and those annoying asses. They're European.), and they lived in peace with the generic enemies, and even Dr. Lights robots. The founding president, Mega Man, was murdered one faithful day after the infamous Revolutionary War with Britainland. So, they decided to have a 4-year election for president. Anyways, things were fine until the system of slavery found it's way here. The western Robot Masters/High-Class Enemies would force Mettaurs and Sniper Joes to work for them for low wages. However, the eastern Robot Masters and citizens believed in equality. They threatened to leave when a brave soul who believed in equality ran for President. This young man won, and the westerners left, forming The Confederacy of Racist a******s Monstropolian Robots. This soul knew that was blasphemy, and tried to reason with them. They then attacked a few Eastern Robots one day, which they call the "Trigger Massacre". The word "Trigger" was in it because it triggered a war. The brave soul decided to fight for equality. His name, you ask? Cut "Kung-Fu" Man.

V-This RP Follows a Phase System. The Phase System consists of 2 Phases. Phase one is planning attacks, where the team will discuss stuff. The generals can PM certain soldiers/other generals about plans. We are at base in the RP during this phase as we discuss this stuff. This is where everybody relaxes and prepares. The second phase is war/getting to the location in which the battle will begin. This is where the plans operate the and the groups fight. The Leader of the Eastern Side will PM the leader of the Western Side. When they both agree that we're ready, we move to phase two.

VI-Soldiers MUST listen to Generals, no matter how retarded they are.
