Chaos Deus Machina

1 LIGHT Machine-Type Monster + 1 DARK Machine-Type Monster

This card is also treated as a LIGHT monster. This monster can only be Special Summoned by Fusion Summon (from the Extra Deck). Once per turn, you can remove from play up to 2 Machine-Type monsters in your Graveyard to remove from play 1 card on the field. If you activate this effect, the Battle Damage this card inflicts is halved this turn. If this card is destroyed, add 2 of your removed from play Machine-Type monsters to your hand.

 

Cybernetic Sky Titan

1 Machine-Type Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy up to 3 cards on the field. As long as 1 of those destroyed cards are in either players Graveyard, this card can attack twice per turn and cannot be destroyed by battle. If this card attacks your opponent directly while this effect is in use, the damage is halved.

 

Phantom Verräter (German for "Traitor")

2 Tuners + 1 DARK Synchro monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, destroy all face-up Special Summoned monsters other than this card. Once per turn, you can discard 2 cards to randomly remove from play 1 card in your opponents hand. If you have more cards in your hand than your opponent and this card destroys a monster by battle, remove from play the destroyed monster. Then inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monsters Level x 300.

 

Terravolt Blitz Drachen (German for "Dragon")

1 LIGHT Tuner Synchro Monster + 1 or more non-Tuner Synchro Monsters

Once, every 3 turns, during your Standby Phase, destroy 3 cards on the field other than this card. Inflict damage to your opponent for each card destroyed this way x 300. This card cannot attack the turn it destroyed a card with this effect. When your opponents monster declares an attack, you can select it, then remove this card from play and negate the attack. During the End Phase, Special Summon this card that was removed from play by this effect. If this card is destroyed by a card effect, Special Summon 1 Tuner Monster from your Graveyard.

Chaos God Machine is nice.

 

Cybernetic Sky Titan is great, but it looks like Wisel to me XD

 

Phantom Verräter is not a machine, at all, IMO XD It looks Fiendsish. Otherwise, I like the effect. It can screw over Honest, Battle Fader, Etc. ;D

 

Terravolt Blitz Drachen is good... but I'd make it a bit harder to summon (2 tuners, maybe?). Otherwise, I like it.

I'll change Phantom to Fiend. My mind was mostly on Machines since I'm so used to making those.

Cybernetic Sky Titan was my favorite. LolWiselLookAlike. Infinity Sky Titan?

A few apostrophes were forgotten, but other then that, I see no problems. It seems balanced to me. I honestly don't know what else to say for this card.
