How would that NOT be banned? 2500 is fine.Smart players won't Synchro Summon if it appears.Can still be killed by all kinds of Trap cards.It has that "While this card is face-up on the field, other monsters you control cannot declare an attack." text, which kills any possible swarming beatdown.
