Why would I get rid of my Trap line up? With Decree at two I've gotta have something to stall and I usually don't activate it until after Lv 8 is on the field.

 

I'm not trying to be rude but just want an explaination as to the fixes.

 

Traps don't run well with Decree. Two more traps would be okay I guess, that's why I put Beckoning Light in there. LV8 is useless unless you are using it with Trade-In, which you aren't. You don't need level up! in there because LV4 is better than LV8. Why? Because it's easier to summon and can get it's attack up to 3500 fast. I don't see why Creature Swap is in there, it's really random. You said Divine Wrath tends to be a dead draw so I took it out.

 

You need more than one hand destruction in there to get LV4 up to 3500. I put Morphing Jar in there as another option in case you don't draw hand destruction or card destruction. Smashing Ground is in there for destruction I guess. It doesn't hurt to have another Shining Angel having it at two just seems weird. I put another Defender in there for the same reason as Shining Angel, the same goes with Crusader. Breaker is in there for S/T destruction, beckoning light is in there to recycle your light monsters.

Not a fan of PoC, outside fusion decks. =/

 

Lv. 8 Spellcasters: Blizzard Princess (not out in TCG), Cosmo Queen (no),DMoC (ban), Dark Paladin (fusion), Gravekeeper's Visionary (no), Ice Master, Ice Queen, Magician of Black Chaos (ritual), Silent Magician Lv.8.

 

Not really a good selection. Once Blizzard Princess comes out I would <3 to. But right now only Ice Master is an option.

@TMD: The changes where tested and it played a lot worst.

How many times did you test it? I have a deck similar to this and it works just fine.

I tested on WC10 in 2 matchs against 10 different opponents. (All meta decks)

 

I know WC10 isn't saying much much they couldn't even pull off a majority win. I've never used Beckoning Light (never needed), BTH was really needed, and other traps could've saved me a lot when the opponent destroys Decree.

 

I'm keeping the current changes. The only match I've lost against on WC10 and YVD is against Gigavise.
