I don't think that is ever going to happen Shadow. Monster Reborn is a broken card. It lets you Special Summon any monster from your opponent's Graveyard with no cost.

Well if you examine it carefully, it might be the least Broken Card of every Banned Card until now. I mean all other Banned Cards can be Used to make a Quick OTK for your opponent or to do a Specific Strategy. I mean it does kind of look like the Least broken of them all.

Okay i am not saying that it isn't Broken, but tell me this. What other Banned Card seems less Broken than this? We all know it cannot be Chaos End Dragon because well he is 10 Judgment Dragons in one Card and more. Yata Garasu makes a Complete Lock to your opponent. Ring of Destruction not only destroys any Monster it Inflicts Damage as well. Pot of Greed fills your hand without a Cost. So tell me what Card seems less Broken to you than this Card?

Agreed. Even I know Monster Reborn is a card that should never be unbanned.

 

Okay, by that logic your talking about NO COMBOS. An no combos is my logic in the following card. Butterfly Dagger Elma. That is, WITH NO COMBOS. Each card had a combo that got it banned.
