My search has gone bad, so I can't look up Cloudians at the moment. .-.

 

So, you could probably make use of it, but you'd probably make a build around recycling the Smoke Balls. Then again, loads of Normal Tuners sounds cloggy.

Effect of Victoria? Can't remember it. All I can remember is that it was pretty bad imo.

Don't add those.

Not entirely sure about Venus, Victoria, and Needle Ceiling. Needle is fun, so you can if you want. I don't know about the other two though.

 

Zeradias and Sanctuary make no sense when you're better off running Ocean.

 

I've never seen Limit Reverse in a Cloudian deck, so I wouldn't go with it. But I don't know.

 

Don't care about everything else. Throw them out.

One for One and Dust Tornado? I dunno if I'd keep the Storm imo.
