Troy89
I like Azrael's card effect cause it destroys Fusions and Synchros. So I guess Azrael.
Saturn of Elemia
My vote has to go to Azrael: His card is more splashable (as it is searchable via Giant Rat and it can be Special Summoned - THEN put face-down with Book of Moon) and it's actually a Flip Effect. Max Darkness
For everyone that says 2900 DEF is too much' date=' I don't see how 3000 ATK on Blue-Eyes White Dragon is any more balanced especially since my creature can't attack, has no reason to be in attack position, and doesn't create a field-altering effect while out (making him perfectly destroyable once his effect triggers). There are 1 tribute monsters with 3000 DEF, so 2900 seems fine for a 2 tribute monster. If you disagree, please post why.[/quote'] The 3000 DEF 1-Tributers and "Blue-Eyes" are all Normal monsters, which naturally have higher ATK and DEF than equivilent Effect monsters. Also, a field-nuking (or any powerful) effect is usually offset by difficult summoning conditions ("Neo-Daedalus"), negative on-field effects or lack-lustre stats ("Needle Worm"). Your card's 2900 DEF is too high for an effect that clears the field since it also provides a substantial defensive wall once activated. It has no reason to attack (unless you use "Inverse Universe"), so the attack-stopping effect is almost pointless. The DEF needs to be reduced to around 2400 or 2500 so it can still be defeated by 1-Tribute monsters because an effect that could destroy every monster your opponent controls cannot have DEF that high. Guest Star
Gongancuas the Great Defender - Well, it's different, I'll say that. I'd like to think that it's somewhat creative in some regards and plays into the "Sand Moth; Dummy Golem; Guardian Statue" Rock-Type monsters that were released back in The Lost Millenium, I believe it was. That being said, I'm not a huge fan of that many effects/drawbacks in one card. The OCG isn't great (not sure if there's like a rule against OCG criticism or something now; been away for a while), but I can't help but think that the card could be a bit more wordy. Destroyed by a Synchro Monster how? Effect-wise? In battle? It doesn't really explain. C+ Glyph Titan - Gollem - One thing I'll comment on to start here - and it's a good thing - is that both cards have extremely fitting pictures. I personally haven't seen them used before, and they fit the names very well. So you've both done a great job of bringing the card together, so-to-speak. Even the effect fits the images, which isn't needed, but it only makes the card seem well thought-out, so it can't hurt. This card's got a more balanced, better explained effect. It's not broken, but it's one of those cards I can't be completely sure I'd use because of its drawbacks, such as having to Tribute 2 monsters to get it on the field in the first place. However, I think the fact that you "destroy" your Spell and Trap Cards allows it to be used in combination with cards like that Wicked Statue Card as well as others, and I like that. Good OCG, good picture, good name, and a balanced, effective effect. B+ My vote goes to Azreal on this one. EDIT: Just want to add that 2900 DEF isn't too much in any way. First of all, it only destroys Fusion and Synchro Monsters. Second of all, it requires two Tributes in the first place, and it's restricted to acting as a defender. No way is it broken, and I think the card is completely balanced. Look at cards like "Ojama Delta Hurricane!". Yes, it's a Spell, but it requires 3 Tributes to clear the whole field. This one requires 2, and it only clears a specific Type(s) of monster.
Cloister
I vote for Azrael. I find his card much more useful. I like the image more and is actually a "FLIP:" effect... Does my vote count?
Guest War Torn
That is game. 9-3. Well, I pulled a comeback, but the FLIP technacallity ruined me. Ah well, I have some more tinckering to do.

Ah well, I have some more tinckering to do.[/quote']Well played ^_^ The unusual conditions made this contest a very good test of skills, and showed me that not making many cards recently has started to make me slip :P As this is over, I'm going to go ahead and lock/move it.
