Giovanni is gone, Maxie and Archie changed their ways, and Cyrus might have been eaten by Giritana. Or he's in the Distortion World, plotting his revenge...

My favorite is Cyrus. Giovanni is close, but he wimps out. Cyrus is that absolute nihilist with no regard for anyone but himself, and has a cool team too. No, not Team FREAKIN' Galactic, his Pokemon Team.

Giovanni was the best. Archer was kind of a disappointment, in my opinion.

But so far my favorite is probably Cyrus due to the fact he was the only one that really remained evil during the whole thing, only stopped after he was trapped in the Dimension World.

Team Galactic's Cyrus is the most evil of the leaders. His team may have been jokes, but he was actually pretty evil for a pogeymanz game.

All of the antagonists were crap.

 

Giovanni was a failure, and Team Rocket had nothing except bad Poison-types. (Gen I)

 

Team Rocket broke up and tried to form again, with more Poison-type. (Gen II)

 

Archie and Maxie (and Team Aqua and Magma) had weird costumes and were stupid. (Gen III)

 

Team Galactic... lol. Cyrus was cool, but everything else sucked. (Gen IV)

 

Team Plasma... no. (Gen V)

Cyrus had an actual PLAN that does not have issues... except, the idiots he needed to fall for him... Then again, he was made to be Hitler charismatic.

 

Giovanni: "Hey, I'm gonna take over the world with a Pokemafia! And give them all lolpoison types!"

 

Archer: "Our Brilliant leader is waiting for us! WE MUST FIND HIM! Oh, and grunts, use more lolpoison types, k?"

 

Archie/Maxie: "I will revive Kyogre/Groudon to increase the Sea/Land mass, so more Pokemon will live/More areas to populate! Screw the natural issues it will cause!"

 

Cyrus: "I am going to lead my Grunts along like puppy dogs until I no longer need them. Then, to break their spirits, they will dress in an odd manner, and will have to have Turquoisse bowl cuts! Next, the Admins will have to wear specialized goof-suits, and have weird hair fashions! Finally, when I have used them to get what I need, I will destroy them all with non-members and make my new world! It's Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!" (+Rep for reference)

Not to mention Archie/Maxie picked the wrong orb.

 

Archie: The blue orb will allow me to control the RED Groudon!

Maxie: The red orb will allow me to control the BLUE Kyogre!

Legitimate mistakes. Groudon has blue glowy markings on his body, and Kyogre has red glowy markings on his body.

 

And don't you need both orbs to summon the legend anyways? I forgot my Hoenn storyline already. :/

Grah, due to extensive time away from the computer, and not being able to play my guitar due to rusted strings that are now off, awaiting strings tomorrow, I can finally get on, and still have no idea what the hell we are talking about.

Although I have 1 problem. Why couldn't Cyrus just push Diamond/Platinum off the edge of the Distortion World?

Why would Archie and Maxie screw up nature? Because (As my father says), it's in the script. He was beat, and somehow he decided "I WILL HAVE MY REVENGE!" Over victory. They made him, Archie, Maxie, and Archer into lolsupervillains.
