Pokemon LPs take a lot of work, and unless you can pull it off with chugga-styled perfection, I'd pass. It takes a lot of video editing and pre-planning. You need to know your shit.

 

EDIT: @ the new rule: It was only a matter of time until they did it, so I don't care much. But it's been so long, and I've been accustomed to using the tags to bypass the censor, so I need to get into a habit of stopping that.

Don't bother doing a full-blown LP; just go over the Gym Leaders, the Elite Four, the Champion, any major battle (rival or not), the legends, et cetera, et cetera.

 

Again, a Pokemon LP is one of the hardest LPs to do, because if you've seen either of chugga's LPs, you should be meeting that caliber. And I don't think any of us have video editing skills that good to do Pokemon bios and whatnot, nor can we commentate that good to attract users.

Datai has done some wonderful pokemon LP's. I would suggest seeing them if you haven't already. Of course, they weren't so much LP's as they were Solo Runs.

Solo Runs aren't LPs in the slightest.

 

LPs are really hands-on, give you information, play through the game. Solo Runs are cooler, but you don't need to explain as much. You don't need to walk someone through the game.

He still did his fair share of explaining, much more then I would do, and do right now., But then again, I hardly remember where to go, so it's not like I can. Blind LP's are always sooo much fun. I had to pull up a walk through for the Trade Quest. I had no idea what to do.
