Yugioh: Soul Cards

[spoiler=Plot]In the future, Yugioh is discouraged from being played. The government has banned it and declared it a "childish" game that causes too much trouble. There are people who still play, unwilling to give up their love for the thrill of dueling.

 

Even so, there are places sprouting up here and there across the cities that are offering to teach young kids how to duel-illegaly, that is.

 

But there are some cities refusing to ban Yugioh. It has been such a tradition,so it would be hard to be rid of.

 

Also in the future, there is a thing called the Soul Machine. When a child is born, he or she is given the chance to go through a harmless full body scanner that reads a soul. It does sound strange, but the machin creates a deck based on that person's soul. These Soul Machines are only in the cities that allow Yugioh.

 

But the cities that ban Yugioh, also known as YBP Cities (Yugioh Ban-Punishment) are reluctant to let this game go on for so long. They want yugioh to die down, and they want control, no matter what it takes.

- The YBP cities have organizations called the YBPS, s meaning systems.

-The Non YBP cities don't have organizations, but schools.

-The schools are duel acedmies

-the teachers are very close and will protect the kids at high costs.

-Every four years(when a kid graduates a school) they are each given a Portal of Souls card. There are four levels of it.

-Ages 14 and down get level one, 15-18 get level 2, and 19-22 get level three. If you want level four, you have to earn it.

-The Portal of Souls card is as follows:

Quickplay spell

"You can only activate this card during your main phase. Activate this card by discarding three monsters that are the same attribute, type, and level. (for level two,it's 4 cards. for level 3 its 5 cards). Also, you must pay one fourth of your life points. Then, Special Summon from your Soul Deck (basically Extra deck but it contains your Soul Card) a Soul Card."

-Soul cards are monsters, there level depending on your Portal of Souls Level.

-POS means Portal of Souls.

-There are two sides. YBP and Non YBP. If you are NON, then you can be a teacher, a student, or a dueler. If you are a YBP, you can be an Admin, soldier, or dueler.

-Teachers and students are obvious. A dueler means you live in either type of city but duel anyways. An admin controls the YBPSes and the soldiers work for the YBPSes
