[align=center]Something nobody expects. An Ace Attorney RP. Yeah, I know. Awesome. Anyways, yeah.

 

[spoiler=Vague Plot (Beta, it'll be fixed when Nexev and I finish it...maybe]

There has been a series of serial killings, all of them suspects for murders that got off due to lack of evidence.

 

The investegator, John Javert, seems overly intent to find the killer but he keeps failing

 

Then the killers went for Miles Edgeworth.

 

Edgeworth was saved thanks to his bulletproof cravat but he is seriously injured.

 

Now, Dick Gumshoe isn't just going to sit around anymore, even though it;s not his case he goes to gather several freelance detectives, including ex-detectives Jake MArshall and "Cough Up Queen" Angel Skye.

 

However tragedy strikes, Javert finds evidence (apparently, but it's existence is questionable at best) that convicts Diego (aka Godot) who recently got out of jail for good behavior and several deals.

 

Damon Gant acts like Hannibal Lector here, as a genius detective he helps you find out

the suspect in order to be allowed a heavily watched trip to the lake, for a bit of swimming of course.

 

The rp has two stages, where you are trying to find evidence to find the criminal and where you are defending Godot in trial.

Appearance (Good descreption or a pic in a Spoiler): Scar has long dark blue hair that ends at around the the shoulders. He has deep green eyes and usually wears a black suit with green stripes/blotches on it. He also wears black pants that match the suit. He also has a green pendant that has an Allebahstian symbol on it. He also has a scar on his face that shows a Zheng Fa symbol, although nobody really knows what it means.

I'll be Jake MArshall and Javert.

 

Name: John Javert

Appearance (Pics in Spoilers): [spoiler=img]meanfog2.jpg

 

Age: 40

Occupation (Defense Attorney/Defense Attorney's Assistant/Prosecutor's Assistant/Witness/One of the Detectives): Detective

Background (Optional, would prefer if you had one though.) Javert was once a bright eyed patrolman, that was until he's friend and coworker Bob Valjohn was killed in a bank robbery, due to a lack of evidence the robber walked.

 

This broke Javert, he refused to accpet this, he vowed to make sure nothing close to this every happened. Swearing an oath to make sure the suspect got the guilty verdict nomatter the cost, Javert got a string of sucess so long he made detective in record time.

 

He then got assigned the VM-35 Case, also known as the Justice Killings do to the victims all being suspects for various crimes and a list of crimes commited by the victim is writtin on the wall of the site of the murder, in the victim's blood no less.

 

This case is taking it's toal on poor Javert, he seems desperate, on the edge.

...Wow, I'm excited about the idea of being a witness for this but I really couldn't think of stuff for the app. Hope this works for you. If not, I'll update tomorrow when I hopefully have better ideas.

He doesn't often actually wear the magician get-up. Often he's in a sort of formal get up involving a dress shirt and slacks along with a tie. Ignore the magical glowing things, he can't do that.

 

 

Age: 26

Occupation: Witness

Background:

Nothing stood out in Warren's childhood except the fact that he had always been really introverted. He often didn't show emotions outward regardless of how passionate he might be on a particular subject. Due to shyness he doesn't feel he often did much of what he really wanted throughout his life. He went through college to become and engineer and graduated when he was 23. However he began wanting to do something a little more exciting. So he decided to see if he could become a magician. Things didn't go so well for him. Not because he couldn't learn the tricks, but because he couldn't interact at all with the audience. Needless to say, the people didn't want a magician that couldn't talk with them. Still he's continuing with it and hopes to do better.

 

When talking with people Warren tends to get a bit odd. He knows what he wants to say but often lacks the courage to say it and needs prompting to get going most of the time. He often has many seemingly random outbursts when he finally does get to saying what he wants. He's very observant and intelligent but never wants to show that fact off, or anything else about him. Because he's so introverted he may not tell things he should tell people, even if he knows he should be telling it. Though often emotionless, when he reacts to something he really reacts. If he finally does get talking he may begin rambling off random facts he's heard/learned about and needs to be cut off to stop. It only happens when he's unsure of what to say next but he already began talking so he feels he shouldn't simply stop.

Question 1: Around the Phoenix Wright Games, before Apollo Justice.

 

Question 2: They'll basically make testimonies claiming that they "saw the crime" and such, and will have to have contradictions that can be solved with the current evidence (Unless told otherwise). Kind of like how they are in the game. If you need a guideline for the testimonies, ask Nexev or I.

 

Cool. You can have 2 characters, if you want, I mean.

Here is my application, I hope it fits your standards. And a guideline to the testimonies would be helpful. ^^

 

 

Name: Demitri Jacques Denonno

Occupation: Witness

Background: Demitri is rich young actor who lives by himself in a large appartment in the inner city. He played in a couple of blockbuster movies such as; Return of the Steel Samurai, Star Attorney: Falcon Left and Star Attorney 2: Revenge of Rhode Sharpedge. He has had only one investigation on him which was how he had obtained millions of dollars seemingly out of thin air, there have been no solid conclusions and just rumors floating around. Demitri has a clean record and has never been in any real trouble with the law.

 

Demitri is generally a very polite and intelligent man. Although he sometimes tends to say the wrong thing, unintentionally, at the wrong time. He enjoys talking with people and is very loyal to whoever he trust. He tries not to fluant his fame around intentionally, but he always keeps spare photos on him along with a pen. Demitri is fasinated with with court system after playing the role of the defense attorney in his most popular movies the Star Attorney series, even though they don't follow the law completely...
