While this card is face-up on the field, you can remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard and send 1 card from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard to negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card, and destroy it.

 

Notable ruling: If you Book the Summoned monster, Illusions doesn't kill it and the End Phase. Same with Interdimensional Matter Transporter.

 

Workable? Or is it too much of a pain to keep Summoner alive to use it? A 2800 beater that ignores the backrow seems non-horrid.
