My account was deleted and my cards are all gone

Hello. I have tried to contact the administrator about this, but I have not received an email back in a week. My account was deleted somehow (my username does not exist in the member list either). I had never posted in the forums, so I did nothing to get banned for. I just remade my account so I could post this and hopefully get some answer as to why this happened. It is not just me though. My boyfriend (drmaven123) was deleted too. What is going on? I want all my cards back! >_

My boyfriend and I live 5 hours apart. LOL. So there is no way we had the same IP address! God hates me, that's why I lost 200 cards. :P

Could my acccount have been deleted because I logged on from too many different computers? I logged on at home, on-campus, and my boyfriend's computer. Too many IP addresses?

I had about 200 cards. :/ I really hope this never happens to any of you guys. AND I wish the administrators would reply to me. Thanks anyway though.

Either way, there is nothing you can do to get your cards back.

It happened to me 2 times!! I got 300 cards all the first 1 only 50 and it got deleted and the second 1 had 250 after the first was deleted i made the second which had many cards then it got deleted again :( so i made this one...hope it doesn't get deleted :D and i will be sure to post lol :)

I don't think a server update would do it.

 

Maybe, if you made a double account, that's it.

Figures. My theory is people who do not post in the forums got deleted to free up space because the website has been working perfectly since my account was deleted. And I know it wasn't just me because it happened to my boyfriend (who also doesn't post). Just a theory.

Yeah, I got kicked off a lot. But the last time I was kicked off, I was never able to login again. >:(

themaster1915 and themaster19156.. I knew the passwords real well and they were written on a paper by me along with the username..then I kept trying and it was invalid.

Also if you and your boyfriend had an account each there is a high chance that you two were using the same IP adress and you were both banned for double accounting.

 

Yes I know that you only had one account but if more than one user has the same IP Adress it would be classed as a double account.

 

But then again even if you were banned I don't think your accounts would be deleted...

Lately, before the update, the server began to get slow, as there was a lot of traffic and it could not support all of the active users at once. People were being kicked off of YCM. So YCMaker switched over to a larger server, which took about a day. Ever since then, YCM has been having minor issues such as faults in the Card Maker and sections in the forum.

im srry that happned that suks. There was a few recent server changes i htink metallica mentioned them. but the server changes are giving everyone different problems. Im srry urs was that extreme

I did not have a double account though. I had one, then none, and now I have one with 0 cards. :/

1.) Maybe the server update deleted it.

2.) There is no way to get your cards back if your account was deleted.
