Today, on December 24th, 2008, I would like to celebrate my birthday, one day early. Tomorrow, I will not be on YCM, as I will be celebrating both my birthday and Christmas. So, I am posting this one day early. I cannot believe that tomorrow, I turn 15. To think, I am only in the 9th grade, but I am already turning 15 years old. In one year, I would be able to drive, and run over some people who I really hate. In 3 years, I will be sent off to college, hopefully MIT. In 6 years, I will be able to gamble and drink. But for now, I am turning 15 years old. Many people consider me as "werid" or "unusual" for having my birthday on such a massly-celebrated holiday. To them, I say, I am not weird or unusual, but I am SPECIAL. SPECIAL in the fact that I can celebrate two holidays on the same day, right before the new year. Special in the fact that I have so many people who adore me. I thank the YCM members for making these first few months such a wonderful time, and I hope in 2009, I have an even better time. I thank thee who gave me reps and points galore, who congratulated me for turning 15 years old. To those I say, thank you. As this post drags on and on, I realize that reps and points are not really what I want, I don't want anything. I want the sense of satisfaction knowing that, I am not a 14 year old anymore, I am 15, not that big of an accomplishment, but still. ^_^ Thank you YCM, this has truly been an awesome birthday.
