Shop>Groomers>(MAX .5 grooms for your pokeon)>Get at least 5 done>THats it.

I'll evolve it around level 50 or something. Roselia gets more moves leveling up than roserade does.

 

Also, to make dojo better, you should make rewards from battles x3
