To evolve, it depends on what you evolve it. If you want an evolutionary stone, you buy it at the mall for a cheap price, any you want. I believe I made the spas to increase your pokemon's happiness to go with.

The member list is in the Special Events spoiler. You can get another by having a pokemon that is LV 10 or higher
