[spoiler=My App]

Name: Luke Copper

Age: 13

Apperance: My Avatar

Daemon: When mature, will become a large hawk. For now, he's usually a chipmunk or squirrl.

Personality: Luke has a very black-and-white view on the world. What's good is good, what's bad is bad. There is no middle ground. He also was very firmly established in reality. However, when taken to this other world, he has become rather bitter, having this reality, the very ground he stands on, dissappear in a instant.

Material and its power: The Just Baton: This baton allows the user to manipulate the dust, useing it as a wepon or for some other purpose.

Bio: Luke was born in a hospital, but was immedalty shipped with his mother to a jail, as she had stolen some money to support her oncoming child. As such, he sees things very much in terms of black and white. Living with his father only after his mother's death, he dreamed of becomeing a policeman or a dective, a person who tries to seek justice.

Homeworld: (A daemon world, or a non-daemon world?) Non-daemon

Luke picked the thing up. What was it? He brought his hands down it, admiring the intrecite carvings and the gold-tipped ends. This is suspicious...something like this, just left on the bench here? He looked around for anyone atique-seller looking. Perhaps someone just left it here. Would it be stealing to take it? He sat down next to it, allowing himself a look around. He picked the baton up. He made a desition. Wrapping the stick in his coat, his eyues searched the park once more...and was gone.

Rosalie walked around the schoolyard, her Red Fox Eoxeis by her side. "Oh Eoxis, what are we ever going to do to occupy our time here?" Rosalie sighed, bored. She had performed every trouble-making scheme she knew of, and now, was bored. There was simpkly nothing for her to do. She sat down, and looked at her feet. It was a rose. Just a simple, plain, white rose. Eoxis sniffed it, opening his jaws, and Rosalie flicked his nose. He cowered. "Eoxis! Don't eat it! It is so beautiful, yet simple, and plain..." Rosalie twirled the flower in her fingers, stroking the light, delicate petals of the flowers.

Luke sat on his bed at home, turning the baton over and over in his hands. Was that stealing? Or was it the same as me picking up that old action figure back when I was five, and keeping it? He examined the cravings, one of a man in a funny napoleon hat, the other in a russian black furry hat...one of them near the end made his blood run cold. A boy in a cloak, holding the baton secretivly. However, thisw boy was him. "What?" He lowered the baton to the floor: But it was stuck. He pulled harder on it, and it finally seemed to cut through thin air, opening a...portal of sorts, right next to a girl in a park holding a rose. Luke jumped back, as if stunned.

Lyr sat, a little bored, at a bench in the University of Oxford's Botanical Garden. Though he expected nothing to happen, he was disappointed nothing did. He was about to go home, when he looked down and saw a knife. "What the?" He picked it up, wondering who would leave something like this here. The knife has intricate designs on the handle. The strange pattern wouldnt let his gaze break. Examinating it more, he saw that one side of the handle depicted an angel with its wings up; the other side, the same with its wings down. He was so intrigued, he didnt realize he was walking home already. He tripped and fell, dropping the knife. As he hit the floor, he saw something he didnt expect. The knife's blade is perfectly lodged into the floor. When he pulled it out, however, it slid out without trouble...

The little bear, well, really, she was about the size of a large dog pawed at 'her' human, who tossed and turned. Finally though, Chase awoke. "Ugh... Why can't you just let me rest Mae?"

"Simple. You told me not to." with that Chase sighed and sat up, searching his bed-side table for his tongue stud. Right next to the silver one he'd taken out right before bed, there sat a new one, one that seemed to be composed of emerald. Chase shrugged, probably just a gift from a family member, He slipped the stud into his tongue, and rolled out of bed, he was wearing his clothes already, time for school.

Lyr, back home in his room, was surprised at how sharp the knife was. He managed to slip it from the sight of his dad, but it tore slit a hole in his pocket. Lyr didnt wait to test out just how sharp it was. He had already sliced through a text book, the edge of his desk, even the heater (the leg. it would be stupid to cut the actual heater). Lyr waved it through the air a little, pretending he was fighting with, when suddenly it caught on something. Nothing. The knife was stuck in the air. He pulled up as hard as he could, when...the air....sorta....ripped. He looked through the opening in the air reality (at least as far as he knew), to see a boy with blonde hair that ended in green, next to a small bear.

Chase, who was looking away from the hole flicked his hair back, he felt it drag along the wall, for a moment there was nothing, and then the wall resumed. that was odd, and the look on Mae's face was no more ordinary. He turned his head to see what he had felt and what the little bear had begun to stare at. almost like a 'window'. Through it, he saw a boy brandishing a knife. Chase quickly jumped backward, caught by surprised, he didn't act much beyond that, he simply stared at the boy, his mind too clouded by recent sleep and shear shock to make heads or tails of what was happening.

Lyr stared at the boy, then back at the knife. He now was certain it wasnt any ordinary blade. "Woah." He said, simply. After a moment, he then realized what an awkward moment he just created. "Heh, sorry. It's just that I found this knife and WHAT THE F*** IS THAT?!" He said shocked, pointing the knife at the bear-ish creature.

"That..." The bear started. "I am Maemordia, Chase' Daemon." The bear was clearly offended, it was then that Chase noticed the distinct lack of a daemon by the knife-wielder's side. "Kid, where's your Daemon?" Chase managed to ask, still shocked, his voice was quiet. This was easily the strangest thing that had ever happend in Chase' life, but now he was starting to think that maybe it wouldn't be the last. Just because the last. He found the knife? But then... The tongue stud...

Lyr was shocked that the bear talked. He felt like leaving awkwardly, but he didnt know how to close the portal. He tried to stay as calm as he could, but his nervousness was beginning to show. "Daemon? What in gawd's name is a daemon?" he asked. Eww, whats with the tongue stud, he thought to himself.
