Nathanael D. Striker
You presume? That means you don't know. Also, how did you survive a sand storm. Wouldn't someone die if they were exposed to one without proper shelter?
Godot
Tsk tsk tsk. I'm not sure if you were paying an ounce of attention to my testimony, but I was off excavating, remember? How am I supposed to know when an incompetent patrol man goes to sleep? As for the sandstorm, it happened AFTER the murder. That's why the body has sand in it?
Nathanael D. Striker
I was the only one there of course' date=' so you can't prove I was there exactly. Nathanael D. Striker
How could the watch be stuck at 4:45 when the sandstorm happened around 3:05, the time you returned to camp? Shouldn't the watch been stuck around 3:05?

Godot
WHHHAAAAAAAAAATTTT!!!!!! Th...that's my wa...watch! How did you...where did you... Yes. That watch was found outside of the tent, which supports the theory that the murder happened outside! And what's more is that it's Mr. Wellington's!! Mr. Wellington, care to explain? O...OKAY! I ADMIT IT!!! I WAS AT THE SCENE OF THE CRIME. Bu...but I didn't kill anyone. And I was certain I lost my watch during that sandstorm. I guess I'll have to give off my testimony. -Witness Testimony: I Was There- OKAY. So I was there. But I didn't kill anyone! I promise! I left early because it started to get windy, an omen for the sandstorm, I presume. I got back to the camp and there he was, laying there! I ran up to him, and saw a gap in his chest, it seemed like he was stabbed. He was still hanging on with an inch of his life, though. Mann told me that his killer ran off, and told me to leave him there. He said he was already injured, and by the time the police would get there, he would have already died. I would've called the police, but Marshall told us all to not bring our cellphones, because "it ruins the adventurous spirit". Lana, though, still brought her phone, which is how she called the cops. I guess some people just can't live without their phones. -Current Court Record-Bullet - INFO: The bullet lodged in the Deer Bone. Godot
MR. WELLINGTON! What is the meaning of this?! I...uhh....I...I'll explain everything.... -Witness Testimony: What Really Happened- OKAY. So I got to the campsite. There I saw Deid Mann, lying down, unconscious. I ran up to him, only to see him lying there, dead, blood soaked in the desert sand. I lied and said that he told me to not call the police because...I had the complete opportunity too. I was just panicking and all. Also, I had my cellphone with me the whole time...like Lana, I can't live without it. So, as I calmed myself down, I saw a figure slip out of the treasure tent. IT WAS THAT MAN, RIGHT THERE. THE DEFENDANT! He was running off with the blood-stained Sword of Judgement and a Machine Gun. I chased after him, and we got into a tussle. I kicked and punched and managed to take his gun. His gun had a silent feature, so I expected that he used it when he was in the tent with Marshall. I tried to use the gun, but it just clicked. Even though Machine Guns presumably have around...50 Bullets? He must have used them all with Marshall. I then knocked that demon over there in the head with the gun and decided to go get help. When we returned, he was gone. Machine Gun Updated -Current Court Record-Bullet - INFO: The bullet lodged in the Deer Bone. Godot
M..Mr. Wellington? OKAY. OKAY. I ADMIT IT. I went there to see that greedy, nasty, filthy Deid Mann touching the sword. I made that evil man pay by killing him. I then moved him into the tent. Marshall saw me, and told Lana. I told them that if they alert the authorities I'll....I'll dispose of them. We then sneaked into the nearby excavation camp and took Striker's gun. We shot one bullet into the deer bone, but it wouldn't go in. So, I had to carve it out. Striker then came to find out what happened, and I shot him in his shoulder. Marshall then tried to stop me while Lana called the police, but I intimidated them again and they lied to the police. I...I'm.... GUILTY. I'M GUILTY. ARRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! ....Mr. Wellington, you are. G U I L T Y Striker, you are N O TG U I L T Y
