Great. Hope you join. RPing with you is fun.

Not really. I've screwed up in my own ways too many times. Mainly by becoming inactive. That's one of the reasons I quite long ago.

Nah. Besides, witness doesn't mean you have to be EXTREMELY active. ;D

Your logic makes me smile and yet die on the inside.

What the hell are you doing on YCM? God, you are FAR too smart.

Someone call?

I chose b. A machine gun is more deadlier than a pistol. Also' date=' the size of the bullet is different as well.

[/quote']

That was A but whatever.

I see, Mr. Striker. The power does matter. If it where the kind of Pistol Jake was talking about, how could it penetrate the deer bone?

godot-deskslam-mug.gif

OBJECTION!!!!

Good one, Strite. Good one. You almost had everyone there. Almost. But remember Meekin's testimony? The gun can shoot 1 bullet at a time. That, of course, makes the power of the gun weaker, and it would be too weak to penetrate deer bone! Therefore the gun doesn't matter! It couldn't have penetrated the deer bone...

(This is directed to you, another question.)

Unless....

A: The gun had a strong bullet

B: The murder didn't happen in the tent

C: Sorry Judge.[/align]

The machine gun was an SK94. The SK94 was a special machine gun that was compatable of the famous Silver bullet. The power of the silver bullet equals the power of a single release of bullets from a regular SK94 machine gun. So A and B. It is also B because Jake confronted the theif outside the tent, not inside.

You have to pick one. And no gun types. It's just as Godot/I said...or is it.

Indeed. That would mean that the bullet hole was...faked. Hmmm, the only person outside of the tent was Richard Wellington! He was apparently excavating the site! Bailiff! Get him immediately!

Hmmph. You wanted me? You think I'm guilty for theft AND murder. Tsk tsk tsk. But fine, I'll amuse you all.

-Witness Testimony: What I Was Doing-

wellington-nromal(b).gif

I was still at the excavation site. I was the only one there of course, so you can't prove I was there exactly.

What you can prove is my absence. I believe Meekins, Marshall and Lana can prove that very well.

While I was there, I found many old tablets, talking about the Sword of Judgement. I left the site at approximately 2:45 PM. I believe that was the time of the murder? Too bad it would've took me about 20 minutes to get too the campsite.

I have a feeling you'll ask how I know the exact time. That's because my watch announces the time every 15 minutes. Too bad I lost it during that dreaded sandstorm.

I can also prove the sandstorm's existence. Ask anybody there, or anybody in Egypt at the time. It was an extreme one, at that.

So as you see, it was impossible for me to have done the murder.

-Current Court Record-

Bullet - INFO: The bullet lodged in the Deer Bone. The same kind of bullet that Striker's gun uses.

Machine Gun - INFO: Can shoot 1 bullet at a time. Fired twice.

Sword of Judgement - INFO: An object that was stolen. It was used to kill Deid Mann.

Mysterious Watch - INFO: Found outside of the tent. Stuck at 4:45.

Deer Bone - INFO: A bullet was lodged in it. It was an odd artifact found in the tent.

Autopsy Report - INFO: Stabbed through the chest. Died at an instant.

Cross-Examination, Mr. Striker?
